Claims (20)
- プーリーアセンブリであって、
貫通する穴を有するプーリー本体であって、主方向に回転可能なプーリー本体と、
回転軸を画定するハブであって、前記プーリー本体内に配置されるハブと、
前記ハブを径方向に囲む一方向クラッチ機構であって、前記一方向クラッチ機構は、係合位置および非係合位置を含み、前記一方向クラッチ機構が前記係合位置にある場合に、前記ハブおよび前記プーリー本体は共に前記主方向に回転し、かつ前記一方向クラッチ機構が前記非係合位置にある場合に、前記ハブは、前記プーリー本体に対して自由に回転する、一方向クラッチ機構と、
を備える、プーリーアセンブリ。 - 前記一方向クラッチ機構が前記ハブの外面およびクラッチアクチュエータの内面の間に挟まれている、請求項1に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記クラッチアクチュエータは、上部傾斜部品および下部傾斜部品を含み、かつ前記下部傾斜部品は、前記一方向クラッチ機構を囲む内面を含む、請求項2に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記上部傾斜部品が前記下部傾斜部品を駆動する、請求項3に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記一方向クラッチ機構が前記プーリー本体の内面およびクラッチアクチュエータの外面の間に挟まれている、請求項1に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記クラッチアクチュエータは、上部傾斜部品および下部傾斜部品を含み、かつ前記下部傾斜部品は、前記一方向クラッチ機構を囲む外面を含む、請求項5に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記下部傾斜部品が前記上部傾斜部品を駆動する、請求項6に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記ハブの周りに配置されたクラッチアクチュエータをさらに備え、前記クラッチアクチュエータが上部傾斜部品および下部傾斜部品を含む、請求項1に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記プーリー本体が前記主回転方向に回転する場合に、前記上部傾斜部品および前記下部傾斜部品が互いに対して軸方向に広がる、請求項8に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記上部傾斜部品に対して軸方向に力を及ぼす少なくとも1つの付勢部材をさらに備える、請求項8に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記ハブおよび前記上部傾斜部品が互いにかみ合っている、請求項8に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記上部傾斜部品および前記下部傾斜部品の間に配置された少なくとも1つのローラー部材をさらに備える、請求項8に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記一方向クラッチ機構が、スプラグ軸受、クラッチスプリング、またはパウルクラッチの1つである、請求項1に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- プーリーアセンブリであって、
貫通する穴を有するプーリー本体であって、主方向に回転可能なプーリー本体と、
回転軸を画定するハブであって、前記プーリー本体内に配置されたハブと、
前記ハブの周りに配置されたクラッチアクチュエータであって、前記クラッチアクチュエータは、上部傾斜部品および下部傾斜部品を含み、前記プーリー本体が前記主回転方向に回転する場合に、前記上部傾斜部品および前記下部傾斜部品が互いに対して軸方向に広がる、クラッチアクチュエータと、
前記ハブを半径方向に囲む一方向クラッチ機構であって、前記一方向クラッチ機構が係合位置および非係合位置を含み、前記一方向クラッチ機構が前記係合位置にある場合に前記ハブおよび前記プーリー本体が共に前記主方向に回転し、かつ前記一方向クラッチ機構が前記非係合位置にある場合に前記ハブが前記プーリー本体に対して自由に回転する、一方向クラッチ機構と、
を備える、プーリーアセンブリ。 - 前記一方向クラッチ機構が前記ハブの外面および前記クラッチアクチュエータの前記下部傾斜部品の内面の間に挟まれている、請求項14に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記上部傾斜部品が前記下部傾斜部品を駆動する、請求項15に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記一方向クラッチ機構が前記プーリー本体の内面および前記クラッチアクチュエータの下部傾斜部品の外面の間に挟まれている、請求項14に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記下部傾斜部品が前記クラッチアクチュエータの前記上部傾斜部品を駆動する、請求項17に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記クラッチアクチュエータの前記上部傾斜部品に対して軸方向に力を及ぼす少なくとも1つの付勢部材をさらに備える、請求項14に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
- 前記ハブおよび前記上部傾斜部品が互いにかみ合っている、請求項14に記載のプーリーアセンブリ。
