Abstract
Description
(i)水溶性支持ポリマー及び不溶性材料を含む前駆体付加製造物品を提供することと、
(ii)前駆体付加製造物品を水に曝露して、その結果、水溶性支持ポリマーが水中で溶解されて、(a)水溶性支持ポリマーと水との水溶液、及び(b)完成付加製造物品を形成するようにすることと、
(iii)最終付加製造物品を水溶液から除去することと、
(iv)水溶性支持ポリマーを水溶液から沈殿させて、水溶性支持ポリマーの不溶性沈殿物を形成することと、
(v)沈殿物を水から分離することと、
(vi)水溶性支持ポリマーの沈殿物から一切の残りの水を除去することと、を含む、方法。
三次元印刷のためのフィラメントを、下記表1に列挙される、DS(メチル)、MS(ヒドロキシプロポキシル)、及び粘度を有する2つの異なるヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース(HPMC)粉末試料から生成する。アルカリ化セルロースをエーテル化するための既知の方法を使用して、HPMC試料を調製する。エーテル化剤塩化メチル及び酸化プロピレンを、アルカリセルロースに添加し、高温度で反応させる。得られた未精製HPMCを中和し、湯を使用して塩化物を洗い流し、乾燥させて、粉状にする。生成されたHPMCを、60〜85℃の温度で80〜100分間、HPMC粉末を塩化水素ガスで加熱することにより部分的な脱重合にかける。
Claims (15)
- 付加製造プロセスで使用される支持材料を回収するための方法であって、
(i)水溶性支持ポリマー及び不溶性材料を含む前駆体付加製造物品を提供することと、
(ii)前記前駆体付加製造物品を水に曝露して、その結果、前記水溶性支持ポリマーが前記水中で溶解されて、(a)前記水溶性支持ポリマーと水との水溶液、及び(b)完成付加製造物品を形成するようにすることと、
(iii)前記最終付加製造物品を前記水溶液から除去することと、
(iv)前記水溶性支持ポリマーを前記水溶液から沈殿させて、前記水溶性支持ポリマーの沈殿物を形成することと、
(v)前記沈殿物を前記水から分離することと、
(vi)前記水溶性支持ポリマーの前記沈殿物から一切の残りの水を除去することと、を含む、前記方法。 - 前記沈殿させることが、pHを変化させることか、塩を添加することか、前記水溶液の温度を変更することか、またはそれらの組み合わせにより行われる、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記水溶性支持ポリマーが、ポリ(2−エチル−2−オキサゾリン)、ポリビニルアルコール、スチレンとメタクリル酸とアクリル酸ブチルとの耐衝撃性改良ターポリマー、無水マレイン酸を含むコポリマー、ポリビニルアルコール、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、またはそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記水溶性支持ポリマーが、前記ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースである、請求項3に記載の前記方法。
- 前記水溶性支持ポリマーが、さらなる構成物を有さない、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記水溶性支持ポリマーが、さらに充填剤を含む、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記充填剤及び沈殿物が、同時に分離され、乾燥後に配合されて、前記充填剤を含む前記水溶性支持ポリマーを再形成する、請求項6に記載の前記方法。
- 前記充填剤及び沈殿物が分離され、一切の残りの水が個別に除去され、次いでまとめて配合されて、前記充填剤を含む前記水溶性支持ポリマーを再形成する、請求項6に記載の前記方法。
- ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースが、少なくとも1.0のメトキシル基の置換度及び少なくとも0.6のヒドロキシプロポキシル基のモル置換を有する、請求項4に記載の前記方法。
- 前記ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースが、さらなる構成物を有さない、請求項9に記載の前記方法。
- 前記沈殿させることが、塩を前記水溶液に添加することを含む、請求項9または10に記載の前記方法。
- 前記塩の少なくとも一部分が、前記水溶液からそれを除去することなく沈殿させるために再利用される、請求項10に記載の前記方法。
- 前記ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースが、中性pHまたは中性pH付近である水中に溶解される、請求項9に記載の前記方法。
- 前記ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースが、周囲温度または周囲温度付近の温度を有する水中に溶解される、請求項13に記載の前記方法。
- 前記充填剤が、不溶性充填剤である、請求項6に記載の前記方法。
