Abstract
Description
−(CH2)3NHCH2CH2NH(CH2)2NH2、−CH2CH(CH3)CH2NH(CH2)3NH2、
−(CH2)3NH(CH2)4NH2、及び−(CH2)3O(CH2)2NH2が挙げられる。アミノアルキル基はオルガノポリシロキサン(B)の側鎖基及び/又は末端基でもよい。

Claims (18)
- 熱可塑性有機ポリマー(P)を含む組成物の耐引っ掻き性を増大する方法であって、第一工程(I)で熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)とオルガノポリシロキサン(B)とを、前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)及び前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)が液相である温度で混合反応させてマスターバッチを形成する工程であって、前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)は前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)と反応できる官能基を少なくとも1つ含有して、(A)と(B)のコポリマーが前記混合反応中にマスターバッチ中に生成される、工程と、
第二工程(II)で前記マスターバッチを、前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(P)を含む組成物に混合する工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)が主にD及び/又はT単位を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)がアルケニル官能基を含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)がビニル末端ポリジメチルシロキサンである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)が200,000〜2,000,000g/モルの数平均分子量を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)がポリオレフィン、好ましくはポリプロピレンである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオレフィンが100〜2000の範囲のメルトフローインデックスを有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(P)及び前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)が類似の化学種である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)及び前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)が、前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)の10〜90重量部対前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)の90〜10重量部の割合で混合反応する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)及び前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)が実質的に他の成分の不存在下で混合反応する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)及び前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)が180℃〜250℃の範囲の温度で溶融ブレンド装置中で混合反応する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)及び前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)が二軸スクリュー押出機中で混合反応する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記マスターバッチ中に形成される(A)と(B)の反応生成物の数平均分子量が、前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)の数平均分子量の少なくとも1.1倍、好ましくは前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)の数平均分子量の少なくとも1.3倍である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(I)で製造される前記マスターバッチが、前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(P)と混合される前に、冷却され、ペレットに分割される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(I)で製造される前記マスターバッチが、前記マスターバッチの1〜10重量部対前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(P)の99〜90重量部、好ましくは前記マスターバッチの1〜5重量部対前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(P)の99〜95重量部の割合で前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(P)と混合される、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性有機ポリマー(P)の99〜90重量部と、
熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)とオルガノポリシロキサン(B)とをマスターバッチ形成のため熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)及びオルガノポリシロキサン(B)が液相である温度で混合反応させて製造されるマスターバッチであって、前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)は前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)と反応できる官能基を少なくとも1つ含有して、(A)と(B)とのコポリマーが混合反応中にマスターバッチ中に生成される、マスターバッチの1〜10重量部とのブレンドを含む、耐引っ掻き性ポリマー組成物。 - 前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)及び別の熱可塑性ポリマー(P)両方がポリプロピレンである、請求項16に記載の耐引っ掻き性ポリマー組成物。
- 熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)とオルガノポリシロキサン(B)とを、マスターバッチ形成のため熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)及びオルガノポリシロキサン(B)が液相である温度で混合反応させて製造されるマスターバッチの、熱可塑性組成物用、好ましくはダッシュボードなどの自動車内装用途向けポリプロピレン組成物用の耐引っ掻き性改良剤としての使用であって、前記オルガノポリシロキサン(B)は、前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)と反応できる官能基を少なくとも1つ含有して、(A)と(B)とのコポリマーが前記混合反応中にマスターバッチ中に生成される、マスターバッチの使用。
