Claims (18)
1. Способ повышения устойчивости к цараппанию композиции, содержащей термопластичный органический полимер (P), включающий в себя на первом этапе (I) реакционное смешивание термопластичного органического полимера (A) и полиорганосилоксана (B) при температуре, при которой термопластичный органический полимер (A) и полиорганосилоксан (B) находятся в жидких фазах, с образованием маточного концентрата, причем полиорганосилоксан (B) содержит по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу, способную реагировать с термопластичным органическим полимером (A), так что при реакционном смешивании в маточном концентрате образуется сополимер (A) и (B), а на втором этапе (II) - смешивание маточного концентрата с композицией, содержащей термопластичный органический полимер (P).
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором полиорганосилоксан (B) содержит преимущественно звенья типа D и/или T.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором полиорганосилоксан (B) содержит алкенильную функциональную группу.
4. Способ по п. 3, в котором полиорганосилоксан (B) представляет собой полидиметилсилоксан с концевым винилом.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором полиорганосилоксан (B) имеет среднечисловую молекулярную массу от 200 000 до 2 000 000 г/моль.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором термопластичный органический полимер (A) представляет собой полиолефин, предпочтительно полипропилен.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором полиолефин имеет индекс текучести расплава в диапазоне от 100 до 2000.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором термопластичный органический полимер (P) и термопластичный органический полимер (A) имеют аналогичный химический тип.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, в котором термопластичный органический полимер (A) и полиорганосилоксан (B) реакционно смешивают в соотношении 10-90 частей по массе термопластичного органического полимера (A) на 90-10 частей по массе полиорганосилоксана (B).
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, в котором реакционное смешивание термопластичного органического полимера (A) и полиорганосилоксана (B) осуществляют по существу в отсутствие других компонентов.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 1-10, в котором реакционное смешивание термопластичного органического полимера (A) и полиорганосилоксана (B) осуществляют в оборудовании для смешивания расплавов при температуре в диапазоне от 180°C до 250 °C.
12. Способ по п. 11, в котором реакционное смешивание термопластичного органического полимера (A) и полиорганосилоксана (B) осуществляют в двухшнековом экструдере.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 1-12, в котором среднечисловая молекулярная масса продукта реакции (A) и (B), образующегося в маточном концентрате, составляет по меньшей мере 1,1 от среднечисловой молекулярной массы полиорганосилоксана (B), предпочтительно по меньшей мере 1,3 от среднечисловой молекулярной массы полиорганосилоксана (B).
14. Способ по любому из пп. 1-13, в котором маточный концентрат, полученный на этапе (I), перед смешиванием с термопластичным органическим полимером (P) охлаждают и разделяют на пеллеты.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 1-14, в котором маточный концентрат, полученный на этапе (I), смешивают с термопластичным органическим полимером (P) в соотношении 1-10 частей по массе маточного концентрата на 99-90 частей по массе термопластичного органического полимера (P), предпочтительно 1-5 частей по массе маточного концентрата на 99-95 частей по массе термопластичного органического полимера (P).
16. Устойчивая к царапанию полимерная композиция, содержащая смесь 99-90 частей по массе термопластичного органического полимера (P) и 1-10 частей по массе маточного концентрата, полученного при реакционном смешивании термопластичного органического полимера (A) и полиорганосилоксана (B) при температуре, при которой термопластичный органический полимер (A) и полиорганосилоксан (B) находятся в жидких фазах, с образованием маточного концентрата, причем полиорганосилоксан (B) содержит по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу, способную реагировать с термопластичным органическим полимером (A), так что при реакционном смешивании в маточном концентрате образуется сополимер (A) и (B).
17. Устойчивая к царапанию полимерная композиция по п. 16, в которой как термопластичный органический полимер (A), так и дополнительный термопластичный органический полимер (P) представляют собой полипропилен.
18. Применение маточного концентрата, полученного путем реакционного смешивания термопластичного органического полимера (A) и полиорганосилоксана (B) при температуре, при которой термопластичный органический полимер (A) и полиорганосилоксан (B) находятся в жидких фазах, с образованием маточного концентрата, причем полиорганосилоксан (B) содержит по меньшей мере одну функциональную группу, способную реагировать с термопластичным органическим полимером (A), так что при реакционном смешивании в маточном концентрате образуется сополимер (A) и (B), в качестве присадки для повышения устойчивости к царапанию композиций термопластиков, предпочтительно полипропиленовых композиций для применения в автомобильных интерьерах, например на приборной панели.
