Abstract
Description
本願は、2014年7月14日提出の「スマートガラス構造体及び輸送機関用窓ガラス」という発明の名称の中国特許出願第201410333475.2号の優先権を主張し、その開示全体を参照によりここに組み入れるものである。
Claims (23)
- 少なくとも2つの面を含む第1のガラス、
少なくとも2つの面を含み、第1のガラスと向き合って配置された第2のガラス、
第1のガラスと第2のガラスとの間のポリマー分散型液晶集成体、及び、
第1及び第2のガラスの、当該ポリマー分散型液晶集成体に隣接している少なくとも1つの面に位置するアンチ放射コーティング、
を含むスマートガラス構造体。 - 前記アンチ放射コーティングが1つの銀層、2つの銀層、又は3つの銀層を含む、請求項1記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記ポリマー分散型液晶集成体が、
ポリマー分散型液晶層、
前記ポリマー分散型液晶層と前記第1のガラスとの間に配置された第1の透明導電性膜、及び、
前記ポリマー分散型液晶層と前記第2のガラスとの間に配置された第2の透明導電性膜、
を含み、当該第1及び第2の透明導電性膜が前記ポリマー分散型液晶層を駆動するための電極としての機能を果たす、請求項1記載のスマートガラス構造体。 - 前記第1及び第2の透明導電性膜のおのおのが基材と当該基材の面を覆う透明導電性層とを含んでいて、当該透明導電性層が前記ポリマー分散型液晶層の方を向いている、請求項3記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記第1のガラスと前記第1の透明導電性膜との間、及び前記第2のガラスと前記第2の透明導電性膜との間に、紫外線保護フィルムがそれぞれ設けられている、請求項3記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記紫外線保護フィルムがポリビニルブチラール又はエチレン酢酸ビニルを含んでいる、請求項5記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記第1の透明導電性膜が前記第1のガラスを覆う第1の透明導電性層であり、前記第2の透明導電性膜が前記第2のガラスを覆う第2の透明導電性層である、請求項3記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記第1のガラス及び第2のガラスが両方とも単層ガラスであり、前記アンチ放射コーティングが位置している前記少なくとも1つの面が前記ポリマー分散型液晶集成体の方を向いている、請求項3記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記第1のガラスが中空ガラスであり、前記第2のガラスが単層ガラスであり、そして当該第1のガラスが、
前記ポリマー分散型液晶集成体から遠い方を向いた第1の面、
当該第1の面と別の方を向いた第2の面、
当該第2の面に向き合って配置された第3の面、及び、
当該第3の面と別の方を向いた第4の面、
を含んでいて、
前記第2の面と前記第3の面との間にガス中間層が存在し、
前記アンチ放射コーティングが次の面のうちの少なくとも1つ、すなわち、前記第1のガラスの第2、第3、第4の面、及び前記第2のガラスの前記ポリマー分散型液晶集成体の方を向いた面、のうちの少なくとも1つを覆っている、
請求項3記載のスマートガラス構造体。 - 前記第1のガラスと第2のガラスが両方とも中空ガラスであり、そしておのおのが、
前記ポリマー分散型液晶集成体から遠い方を向いた第1の面、
当該第1の面と別の方を向いた第2の面、
当該第2の面に向き合って配置された第3の面、及び、
当該第3の面と別の方を向いた第4の面、
を含んでいて、
前記第2の面と前記第3の面との間にガス中間層が存在し、
前記アンチ放射コーティングが次の面のうちの少なくとも1つ、すなわち、前記第1のガラスの第2、第3、第4の面、及び前記第2のガラスの第2、第3、第4の面、のうちの少なくとも1つを覆っている、
請求項3記載のスマートガラス構造体。 - 前記ポリマー分散型液晶集成体がポリマー分散型液晶層を含んでおり、そして前記アンチ放射コーティングが前記第1及び第2のガラスの当該ポリマー分散型液晶層の方を向いた面を覆っていて、且つ前記ポリマー分散型液晶層を駆動するための電極としての機能を果たす、請求項1記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記第1及び第2のガラスの前記ポリマー分散型液晶層から遠い方を向いた面が、紫外線保護コーティングをそれぞれ備えている、請求項7又は11記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記第1のガラス及び第2のガラスが両方とも単層ガラスであり、前記アンチ放射コーティングが前記第1及び第2のガラスの前記ポリマー分散型液晶層の方を向いてそれと接する面を覆っている、請求項11記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記第1のガラスが中空ガラスであり、前記第2のガラスが単層ガラスであり、そして当該第1のガラスが、
前記ポリマー分散型液晶集成体から遠い方を向いた第1の面、
当該第1の面と別の方を向いた第2の面、
当該第2の面に向き合って配置された第3の面、及び、
当該第3の面と別の方を向いた第4の面、
を含んでいて、
前記第2の面と前記第3の面との間にガス中間層が存在し、
前記アンチ放射コーティングが前記第1のガラスの前記第4の面と、前記第2のガラスの前記ポリマー分散型液晶集成体の方を向いた面とを覆っている、
請求項11記載のスマートガラス構造体。 - 前記アンチ放射コーティングが前記第1のガラスの前記第2及び第3の面のうちの少なくとも一方を更に覆っている、請求項14記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記第1のガラス及び第2のガラスが両方とも中空ガラスであり、そしておのおのが、
前記ポリマー分散型液晶集成体から遠い方を向いた第1の面、
当該第1の面と別の方を向いた第2の面、
当該第2の面に向き合って配置された第3の面、及び、
当該第3の面と別の方を向いた第4の面、
を含んでいて、
前記第2の面と前記第3の面との間にガス中間層が存在し、
前記アンチ放射コーティングが前記第1のガラスの第4の面と前記第2のガラスの第4の面とを覆っている、
請求項11記載のスマートガラス構造体。 - 前記アンチ放射コーティングが、前記第1のガラスの第2、第3の面及び前記第2のガラスの第2、第3の面のうちの少なくとも1つを更に覆っている、請求項16記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記透明導電性層が酸化スズインジウムを含んでいる、請求項4又は7記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記第1及び第2のガラスを固定するため当該第1及び第2のガラスの周囲にフレームが配置されている、請求項1記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記ポリマー分散型液晶集成体が電圧の非印加時に白色又は黒色に見え、あるいはカラフルに見える、請求項1記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記ポリマー分散型液晶集成体中に、電圧の非印加時にカラフル又は黒色に見える二色性色素が取り入れられている、請求項20記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 前記ガス中間層が空気の中間層又は不活性ガスの中間層である、請求項9、10、14又は16記載のスマートガラス構造体。
- 請求項1〜22のいずれか1つに記載のスマートガラス構造体を含む、輸送機関用窓ガラス。
