Claims (23)

紫外線スペクトルと可視光線スペクトル中の光を吸収し、オートクレーブ処理中に前記少なくとも1つの透明ガラス層及び前記IR反射層を合わせガラスの他の部分と接着する第1中間層であって、前記オートクレーブ処理中の前記第1中間層の温度が110°Cより小さく、前記第1中間層が強化された紫外線吸収を伴う熱可塑性材料であり10乃至130の範囲のメルトインデックスを有する、第1と第2の対向配置された主要面を有する第1中間層と、
互いに対向配置された第1と第2主要面を有する切換え可能フィルムであって、前記切換え可能フィルムの前記第1と第2主要面の間の可視光の透過率は前記切換え可能フィルムに印加された制御信号に応答して変化可能であって、前記切換え可能フィルムの前記第1主要面は前記第1中間層の前記第2主要面に面しており、前記IR反射層は前記透明ガラス層の前記第2の対向配置された主要面と前記切換え可能フィルムの間に存在し、前記第1中間層も前記透明ガラス層の前記第2の対向配置された主要面と前記切換え可能フィルムの間に存在し、前記第1中間層は前記切換え可能フィルムを保護するために紫外線/可視光線放射の周波数範囲において放射吸収性を有する、切換え可能フィルムと、
第1と第2の対向配置された主要面を有する第2中間層であって、前記第2中間層の前記第1主要面は前記切換え可能フィルムの前記第2主要面に面している第2中間層と、
第1と第2の対向配置された主要面を有する第2ガラス層であって、前記第2ガラス層の前記第1主要面は前記第2中間層の前記第2主要面に面している第2ガラス層と、

- 前記第1中間層は、400ナノメートル未満の波長を有する光スペクトルに対する強化された光吸収を伴うことを特徴とする請求項1の積層された合わせガラス。
- 前記第1中間層は、410ナノメートル未満の波長を有する光スペクトルに対する強化された光吸収を伴うことを特徴とする請求項1の積層された合わせガラス。
- 前記第1中間層は、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、エチレンビニルアセテート及びポリビニルブチラールから構成されたグループの1つから選択された材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1の積層された合わせガラス。
- 前記切換え可能フィルムに電力を供給するための前記切換え可能フィルムに接続された電気導体を更に含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1の積層された合わせガラス。
- 前記IR反射層、前記透明ガラス層の前記第1主要面、前記透明ガラス層の前記第2主要面、前記第2ガラス層の前記第1主要面及び前記第2ガラス層の前記第2主要面から構成されたグループのうちの少なくとも1つに接着された塗装塗布膜を更に含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1の積層された合わせガラス。
- 前記切換え可能フィルムは、SPDフィルムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1の積層された合わせガラス。
- 前記切換え可能フィルムは、PDLCフィルムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1の積層された合わせガラス。
- 前記積層された合わせガラスは、外側エッジを画定し、前記積層された合わせガラスは更に、前記切換え可能フィルムの外周と、前記積層された合わせガラスの前記外側エッジとの間に位置する境界層を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1の積層された合わせガラス。
- 前記切換え可能フィルムは、前記切換え可能フィルムの前記第1主要面と前記第2主要面の間に配置されたエッジ表面を有し、前記積層された合わせガラスは前記切替え可能フィルムの前記エッジに固着されたポリイミドフィルムを含み、前記ポリイミドフィルムは前記第1と第2中間層から前記切換え可能フィルムを分離していることを特徴とする請求項1の積層された合わせガラス。
- 自動車用途で使用する窓合わせガラスであって、
切換え可能フィルムであって、電気制御信号に応答して前記切換え可能フィルムを通過する可視光の透過率を制御する切換え可能フィルムと、
1つの表面上に反射塗布膜を有する第1ガラス板であって、赤外線スペクトルの90%より大きい光を反射する第1ガラス板と、
前記切換え可能フィルムと前記第1ガラス板の間に配置され、オートクレーブ処理中に前記第1ガラス板を窓合わせガラスの他の部分と接着する第1中間層であって、前記オートクレーブ処理中の前記第1中間層の温度が、110°Cより小さく、前記第1中間層が強化された紫外線吸収を伴う熱可塑性材料であり10乃至130の範囲のメルトインデックスを有し、且つ、前記切換え可能フィルムを保護するために紫外線/可視光線放射の周波数範囲において放射吸収性を有し、前記切換え可能フィルムを前記第1ガラス板に結びつけ、380ナノメートル未満の波長を有する光の少なくとも98%を吸収する第1中間層と、
前記第1中間層から対向する前記切換え可能フィルムの側面に配置される第2中間層と、
前記切換え可能フィルムから対向する前記第2中間層の側面に位置し、前記第2中間層によって前記切換え可能フィルムに結び付けられた第2ガラス板と、
を含んでいることを特徴とする窓合わせガラス。 - 前記第1中間層は、400ナノメートル未満の光スペクトルの1%未満の透過率を有することを特徴とする請求項16の窓合わせガラス。
- 前記第1中間層は、410ナノメートル未満の光スペクトルの1%未満の透過率を有することを特徴とする請求項16の窓合わせガラス。
- 前記第1ガラス板の前記反射塗布膜は、380ナノメートルより大きく400ナノメートルまでの波長のスペクトルの光を反射することを特徴とする請求項16の窓合わせガラス。
- 前記第1ガラス板の前記反射塗布膜は、380ナノメートルより大きく410ナノメートルまでの波長のスペクトルの光を反射することを特徴とする請求項16の窓合わせガラス。
- 前記電気制御信号がオンの時、前記切換え可能フィルムは380ナノメートルより大きいスペクトル中の38%より大きい光を透過し、前記電気制御信号がオフの時、前記切換え可能フィルムは380ナノメートルより大きいスペクトル中の1%未満の光を透過することを特徴とする請求項20の窓合わせガラス。
- 前記第1中間層は、40乃至60の範囲のメルトインデックスを有する熱可塑性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項16の窓合わせガラス。
- 電気制御信号に応答してガラスを透過する光の透過率を選択的に制御する積層された合わせガラスであって、
第1と第2の対向配置された主要面を有する少なくとも1つの透明ガラス層と、
赤外線スペクトルの光を反射するIR反射塗布膜であって、前記透明ガラス層の前記第2の対向配置された主要面に塗布されたIR反射塗布膜と、
紫外線スペクトルの光と可視光スペクトルの光を吸収し、オートクレーブ処理中に前記少なくとも1つの透明ガラス層及び前記IR反射塗布膜を合わせガラスの他の部分と接着する第1中間層であって、前記オートクレーブ処理中の前記第1中間層の温度が110°Cより小さく、前記第1中間層が強化された紫外線吸収を伴う熱可塑性材料であり10乃至130の範囲のメルトインデックスを有し、前記第1中間層は第1と第2の対向配置された主要面を有し、前記第1中間層の前記第1主要面は前記IR反射塗布膜に面している第1中間層と、
互いに対向配置された第1と第2主要面を有する切換え可能フィルムであって、前記切換え可能フィルムの前記第1と第2主要面の間の可視光の透過率は前記切換え可能フィルムに印加された電気制御信号に応答して可変であり、前記切換え可能フィルムの前記第1主要面は前記第1中間層の前記第2主要面に面し、前記第1中間層は前記切換え可能フィルムを保護するために紫外線/可視光線放射の周波数範囲において放射吸収性を有する、切換え可能フィルムと、
第1と第2の対向配置された主要面を有する第2中間層であって、前記第2中間層の前記第1主要面は前記切換え可能フィルムの前記第2主要面に面している第2中間層と、
第1と第2の対向配置された主要面を有する第2ガラス層であって、前記第2ガラス層の前記第1主要面は前記第2中間層の前記第2主要面に面している第2ガラス層と、
を含んでいるアセンブリから製造される積層された合わせガラス。
