技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃技术领域,具体地涉及一种具有可切换和发光功能的玻璃组件、其制备方法,以及包含该玻璃组件的窗体总成。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的快速发展以及消费者对车辆功能日益增长的需求,具有可切换和发光功能的玻璃已受到车辆生产商的广泛重视和消费者的青睐。
玻璃的可切换功能和发光功能,这两种功能的兼容性是一个值得关注的问题。在靠近光源区域,当光线进入功能器件层(例如包含聚合物分散液晶的层),由于其中包含的功能器件通常为散射性材料,因此会产生看起来类似于漏光的光晕效应,造成不良的用户体验。功能器件层在生产过程中往往不可避免存在缺陷。在没有光进入功能器件层的情况下,该类缺陷不易被察觉,但当光线进入后,该类缺陷会被照亮,带来不利的视觉效果。
CN109823265A公开了一种车顶部件,其包括具有外侧和内侧的玻璃板,以及自内部固定至玻璃板的透明密封胶、嵌入密封胶中的至少一个LED和至少一根电线。所述密封胶优选包括聚氨酯,其具有高费效比且易于加工。
发明内容
在一方面,本发明涉及一种多层玻璃组件,其包含:第一玻璃板;可切换功能层;光隔离层;和发光功能层;其中,所述光隔离层位于所述可切换功能层和发光功能层之间;所述可切换功能层位于所述第一玻璃板和光隔离层之间;其中,所述光隔离层的厚度为0.3-0.8mm且透光率T为18%以下。
在另一方面,本发明还涉及另一种多层玻璃组件,一种多层玻璃组件,其包含:第一玻璃板;可切换功能层;光隔离层;和发光功能层,其折射率为n1;其中,所述光隔离层位于所述可切换功能层和发光功能层之间;所述可切换功能层位于所述第一玻璃板和光隔离层之间;其中,所述光隔离层包含第一光隔离层和第二光隔离层;所述第一光隔离层的透光率为T;所述第二光隔离层的折射率为n2;n1、n2、T满足以下关系:0.03≤n1-n2<0.08;且T相比n1与n2的差值的比值T/(n1-n2)小于10.5。
在又一方面,本发明还涉及一种窗体总成,其包含本发明的玻璃组件。

本文中,除非另有明确具体的限定,“安装”、“连接”、“附接”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本文中的具体含义。当窗体总成描述用于车辆的车窗玻璃时,“外”和“内”是相对于车身来说的方向,“外”是指远离车身的方向,“内”是指面向车身的方向。应理解的是,根据本发明的实施方式的车窗玻璃包括但不限于后风挡玻璃、天窗玻璃、车门玻璃或角窗玻璃,可基于不同的需求提供不同的发光效果。
本文所使用的术语“夹层玻璃”是指一种复合玻璃产品,玻璃的一侧可以包含一层或多层的中间夹层。夹层玻璃通常经过高温预压(或真空条件)及高温高压工艺制备。
本文所使用的术语“功能模块”是指包含电子元件的部件,可以提供电气或光电功能。示例性的功能模块包括但不限于聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)、悬浮颗粒器件(SPD)、电致变色显示装置等。
本文所使用的术语“层叠”是指在设置好玻璃组件的各层之后,在一定温度和压强下,进行层压以使各层贴合在一起的过程。
本文所使用的术语“室温”指约20-30℃,例如约25℃。
本发明的玻璃组件
在一方面,本发明涉及一种玻璃组件,其包含:
第一玻璃板;可切换功能层;光隔离层;和发光功能层;其中,光隔离层位于可切换功能层和发光功能层之间;可切换功能层位于第一玻璃板和光隔离层之间,其中,光隔离层的厚度为0.3-0.8mm且透光率T为18%以下,例如约10%、约12%、约14%、约16%、约18%等。
上述本发明的玻璃组件,通过设置光隔离层的透光率范围,可以避免或充分减弱来自发光功能层的光线进入可切换功能层,实现光隔离效果。同时,通过设置光隔离层具有合适的厚度,可以使得与相邻层具有足够的粘合强度,且避免厚度过大或过小造成在车辆应用中(例如在装配过程中)的不利影响。
本发明还涉及另一种玻璃组件,其包含:
第一玻璃板;可切换功能层;光隔离层;和发光功能层,其折射率为n1;其中,光隔离层位于可切换功能层和发光功能层之间;可切换功能层位于第一玻璃板和光隔离层之间;其中,光隔离层包含第一光隔离层和第二光隔离层;所述第一光隔离层的透光率为T;第二光隔离层的折射率为n2;n1、n2、T满足以下关系:0.03≤n1-n2<0.08,例如约0.03、约0.04、约0.05、约0.06、约0.07等;且T相比n1与n2的差值的比值T/(n1-n2)小于10.5,例如约1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10等。
上述本发明的玻璃组件,通过对光隔离层的设置(折射率、透光率),可以避免或充分减弱来自发光功能层的光线进入可切换功能层。还可以根据玻璃组件中所包含的功能层(如发光功能层),灵活地调整光隔离层的参数,可以实现本发明的光隔离效果,同时可以在需要的情况下(例如利用车外自然光来实现车内照明效果时),玻璃组件也具有让外部光线(如自然光)进入车辆内部的合适的透光性能,具有节能环保的优势。
玻璃板
在本文中,玻璃板是非晶无机非金属材料,一般是用多种无机矿物(如石英砂、硼砂、硼酸、重晶石、碳酸钡、石灰石、长石、纯碱等)为主要原料,另外加入少量辅助原料制成的。它的主要成分为二氧化硅和其他氧化物。这里的“玻璃”可以是任意类型的玻璃,例如普通玻璃,其化学成分包含Na2SiO3、CaSiO3、SiO2或Na2O·CaO·6SiO2等,例如为硅酸盐复盐,是一种无规则结构的非晶态固体。又例如无色玻璃,也可以是混入了某些金属的氧化物或者盐类而显现出颜色的有色玻璃,或通过物理或者化学的方法制得的钢化玻璃等。此外,这里的“玻璃”还可以是其他类型的玻璃,例如中空玻璃、镀膜玻璃等。
在本文中,玻璃板的形状可以是任意的。根据实际需要,玻璃板例如可以为正方形、矩形、圆形、椭圆形、正六边形等。另外,玻璃板例如也可以为任意形状的框,即玻璃板平面的内部为中空的,外部为玻璃板。根据实际需要,中空结构的位置、形状和大小也可以是任意的。例如,所述玻璃板为正方形的框,其中中空结构为正方形,位于玻璃板平面的中心。
在本文中,根据实际需要,玻璃板的表面可以是水平且平整的,也可以是具有任意弧度的,还可以是具有不规则弧度的。
玻璃组件包含两个以上的玻璃板并且玻璃板之间还有其他材质的中间层(包括但不限于聚合物)时,可称为夹层玻璃。玻璃板的材料可以相同,也可以不同。
可切换功能层
在本文中,可切换功能层是指在玻璃组件中包含功能模块的层,其可以为本发明的玻璃组件提供可切换的功能。
在一个实施方案中,可切换功能层包含选自以下的功能模块:聚合物分散液晶、悬浮颗粒器件、电致变色显示装置。在一个优选的实施方案中,可切换功能层包含的功能模块为聚合物分散液晶。
聚合物分散液晶:聚合物分散液晶(Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal,PDLC)是指液晶以微米量级的小微滴分散在有机固态聚合物基体内。由于由液晶分子构成的小微滴的光轴处于自由取向,其折射率与基体的折射率不匹配,当光通过基体时被微滴强烈散射而呈不透明的乳白状态或半透明状态。向聚合物分散液晶施加电场可以调节液晶微滴的光轴取向,当两者折射率相匹配时,呈现透明态。除去电场后,液晶微滴则又恢复最初的散光状态。因此,包含聚合物分散液晶的玻璃可以在透明模式和不透明模式之间进行切换。
悬浮颗粒器件:悬浮颗粒器件(Suspended Particle Device,SPD)是指包含在液体悬浮介质中的悬浮的颗粒,所述液体悬浮介质容纳在聚合物中。与聚合物分散液晶相似,悬浮颗粒器件通常可以在黑暗状态(未施加电压时)和高透明状态(施加电压时)之间进行切换。悬浮颗粒器件中的颗粒之间的相对对准度通常由施加的电压所决定,这使得悬浮颗粒器件在施加可变电压时表现出可变的光学透射率。
电致变色显示装置:电致变色是指材料的光学属性(反射率、透过率、吸收率等)在外加电场的作用下发生稳定、可逆的颜色变化的现象,其在外观上表现为颜色和透明度的可逆变化。含有电致变色性能的材料称为电致变色材料,使用电致变色材料制备获得的显示装置即为电致变色显示装置。
在本文中,根据实际情况的需要,使用不同形状或尺寸的可切换功能层,因此可切换功能层的尺寸可以与其余层(例如第一玻璃板、光隔离层、发光功能层、第二玻璃板等)一致,也可以小于其余层。
在一个实施方案中,可切换功能层的功能模块面积小于与其相邻的层,并且功能模块的周围还具有额外的连续或不连续的画框,以围绕和容纳功能模块。在文本中,“连续或不连续的”是指画框的形状是连续且完整,或者是不连续的,只要画框能够包围和容纳功能模块即可。画框的形状或尺寸可以根据功能模块的形状进行调整。
画框的材料选自能够提供足够机械性能的材料,包括但不限于:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)等。
合适画框厚度有利于提高玻璃组件的稳定性,有效地填补可切换功能层的功能模块边缘与相邻层边缘之间的空间,玻璃组件制备过程中,对玻璃板施加压力时,画框可以防止可切换功能层的功能模块边缘和/或发光功能层的功能模块(如:独立的自发光层包含的LED发光模块或电致发光模块)可能对玻璃板造成的破坏。
发光功能层
本文中,发光功能层位于光隔离层背离可切换功能层的一侧,以使得玻璃组件可具备发光功能,例如实现车内的照明、美化、显示等功能。
发光功能可以通过多种技术实现,包括但不限于:光提取技术、自发光技术等。
光提取技术指:其自身不具备发光性质,但可以提取外部光源的光线,从而实现发光效果。光提取技术包括但不限于:1.使用光提取材料(如发光珐琅(釉质)或发光油墨),基于图案设计,从而形成光提取发光区域。例如:在层的表面上施加发光珐琅(釉质)或发光油墨,形成发光图案;2.基于图案设计,在层的表面或内部进行微雕,从而形成光提取发光区域。例如,通过对玻璃表面或内部进行微雕,形成光提取微结构玻璃。又例如,在层(如膜)的表面进行微雕,获得光提取微结构膜。在一个实施方案中,采用光提取技术的发光功能层包括:光提取玻璃板、独立的光提取层、带光提取粘合层的玻璃板或其组合。
自发光技术指自身具备发光性能,无需提供外部光源。自发光技术包括但不限于电致发光技术、透明分立LED矩阵。在这种情况下,不需要再设置外部光源以获得入射光,只需要提供电源就可以实现发光功能。在一个实施方案中,采用自发光技术的发光功能层为独立的自发光功能层。
在一个实施方案中,发光功能层为光提取玻璃板。发光功能层的折射率n1即光提取玻璃板中玻璃板的折射率。该实施方案采用光提取技术,通过以下方式实现发光功能:通过在玻璃的表面或内部基于图案设计进行微雕或在玻璃的表面基于图案设计施加光提取材料(如发光珐琅(釉质)或发光油墨),形成光提取发光区域,然后当设置的外部光源发出的入射光投射到图案区域时,由于表面结构的变化,光线被散射或漫射而通过图案区域透出,实现不同的发光效果。图1示出本发明的一种玻璃组件的示意图,其中,发光功能层为光提取玻璃板4a,通过在玻璃板上进行微雕或施加光提取材料(如发光珐琅(釉质)或发光油墨),形成光提取发光区域。
在另一个实施方案中,发光功能层为带光提取粘合层的玻璃板。发光功能层的n1为:光提取粘合层的折射率和该粘合层所位于的玻璃板的折射率,这两个折射率中数值较小的折射率,以确保实现良好的光隔离效果。该实施方案采用光提取技术,通过以下方式实现发光功能:在粘合层的表面上印刷光提取材料(如发光油墨),形成光提取发光区域,当外部光源发出的入射光投射到光提取发光区域上时,光线被散射或漫射而透出,从而实现发光效果。图3示出本发明的一种玻璃组件的示意图,其中,发光功能层为带光提取粘合层的玻璃板4c,通过在粘合层上印刷光提取材料形成光提取发光区域,从而获得光提取粘合层5b,该光提取粘合层5b位于玻璃板(该玻璃板也可以称为第二玻璃板)朝向第一玻璃板1的一侧的表面上,光提取粘合层与该玻璃板共同构成带光提取粘合层的玻璃板4c。
根据采用的发光技术,独立的发光层可以包括但不限于:独立的自发光层、独立的光提取层。
在一个实施方案中,发光功能层为独立的光提取层。发光功能层的折射率n1即独立的光提取层的折射率。独立的光提取层包括但不限于光提取微结构膜。通过对膜的表面进行微雕,获得光提取微结构膜,当外部光源发出的入射光投射到光提取微结构膜上的微结构时,光线被散射或漫射而透出,从而实现发光效果。
在另一个实施方案中,发光功能层为独立的自发光层。自发光技术包括但不限于:电致发光技术、透明分立LED矩阵。
作为示例,图5示出采用电致发光的独立的自发光层。其中,依次设置有:保护层20a、Ag电层21、介电层22、无机发光材料23、透明导电层24、保护层20b,其中,在Ag电层和透明导电层都连有连接头25,其用于连接至电源。电致发光结构中保护层可以为PET或其他可替代材料。透明导电层可为氧化铟锡(ITO)、铜网或银网。图6示出采用透明分立LED矩阵的独立的自发光层。其中,依次设置有:保护层20a、粘合层26、嵌入有LED芯片27的各向异性的导电材料28层、透明导电层24、保护层20b,其中,在透明导电层连有两个连接头25,其用于连接至电源。分立LED矩阵中保护层为PET或其他可替代材料。透明导电层可为氧化铟锡(ITO)、铜网或银网。其中,分隔的LED芯片通过各向异性的导电材料附接至透明导电层,LED芯片相互隔开且具有适合的芯片封装和引脚间距。各向异性的导电材料包括但不限于:各向异性导电薄膜或各向异性导电浆料。其中的粘合层用于将保护层粘合到透明导电层的表面(该表面上有通过各向异性的导电材料附接的LED芯片)。在本文中,发光功能层的形状可以是任意的。根据实际需要,发光功能层可以为正方形、矩形、圆形、椭圆形、正六边形等。另外,根据实际需要,发光功能层例如可以为任意形状的框,即发光功能层的平面的内部为中空的,外部为实现发光功能的区域。根据发光功能的需要,中空结构的位置、形状和尺寸也可以是任意的。例如,实现发光功能的区域为正方形的框,其中中空结构为正方形,位于发光功能层的中心。
发光功能层可以由单独的发光层组成,也可以包括两种或以上的发光层。当发光功能层包含两种或以上的发光层时,选择折射率最低的发光层的折射率值作为发光功能层折射率n1,该选择能够确保实现良好的光隔离效果。
在本文中,根据实际情况的需要使用不同形状或尺寸的发光功能层,因此发光功能层的尺寸可以与其余层(例如第一玻璃板、光隔离层、可切换功能层)一致,也可以小于其余层。
在一个实施方案中,发光功能层面积小于与其相邻的层,并且发光功能层的周围还具有额外的连续或不连续的画框,以围绕和容纳发光功能层。在一个具体的实施方案中,发光功能层为独立的发光层(例如:独立的光提取层、独立的自发光层),并且该独立的发光层的周围还具有额外的连续或不连续的画框,以围绕和容纳独立的发光层。在文本中,“连续或不连续的”是指画框的形状是连续且完整,或者是不连续的,只要画框能够包围和容纳发光功能层即可。画框的形状或尺寸可以根据功能模块的形状进行调整。
画框的材料选自能够提供足够机械性能的材料,包括但不限于:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)等。
合适画框厚度有利于提高玻璃组件的稳定性,有效地填补发光功能层的边缘与相邻层边缘之间的空间,防止玻璃组件制备过程中,对玻璃板施加压力时,发光功能层的例如边缘可能对玻璃板造成的破坏。
光隔离层
本文中,光隔离层位于发光功能层和可切换功能层之间,其阻止来自发光功能层中的光线进入可切换功能层,从而避免类似于漏光的光晕效应所造成的不良的用户体验。同时,对于可切换功能层中存在的缺陷。当设置有光隔离层后,可以避免因过强的光线进入,从而缺陷被照亮,能带来更好的视觉效果及用户体验。
本发明的多层玻璃组件包含光隔离层,从而减少或阻隔来自发光功能层中进入可切换功能层的光,从而实现光隔离效果,从而满足玻璃组件发光功能和可切换功能的兼容性。
在一个实施方案中,光隔离层的厚度为0.3-0.8mm且透光率T为18%以下,例如约10%、约12%、约14%、约16%、约18%等。小于0.3mm的过小厚度或者大于0.8mm的过大厚度对于玻璃组件都是不利的。例如,厚度过小,容易导致玻璃组件的粘合性弱,而厚度过大,容易导致玻璃组件的总体厚度过大,不利于实际应用,例如不利于在车辆中的装配和使用。光隔离层的透光率过高,无法充分地阻挡或减弱来自发光功能层的光线,无法实现有效的光隔离效果。其中,发光功能层可以采用光提取技术或自发光技术,其包括:光提取玻璃板、独立的光提取层、带光提取粘合层的玻璃板、独立的自发光层。所述光隔离层的材料包括但不限于:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酯(PVB)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)、聚烯烃弹性体(POE),特别是PVB。例如可在诸如PVB的材料中加入染色剂以改变其透光率,以满足对其透光率的要求。染色的材料作为光隔离层,可以实现光隔离效果,并且不需要额外的粘合层来实现与相邻层的粘接,简化工艺、降低生产成本。
在另一个实施方案中,光隔离层包含第一光隔离层和第二光隔离层;其中,第一光隔离层的透光率为T;第二光隔离层的折射率为n2;并且其中,n1、n2、T满足以下关系:0.03≤n1-n2<0.08,例如约0.03、约0.04、约0.05、约0.06、约0.07等;且,T相比n1与n2的差值的比值T/(n1-n2)小于10.5,例如约1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10等。T相比n1与n2的差值的比值T/(n1-n2)大于10.5时,无法阻挡或充分减弱来自发光功能层的光,无法实现有效的光隔离效果。其中,发光功能层的折射率为n1,其可以采用光提取技术,其包括:光提取玻璃板、独立的光提取层、带光提取粘合层的玻璃板。
其中,当发光功能层为光提取玻璃板时,发光功能层的折射率n1即光提取玻璃板中玻璃板的折射率;当发光功能层为独立的光提取层时,发光功能层的折射率n1即独立的光提取层的折射率;当发光功能层为带光提取粘合层的玻璃板时,发光功能层的折射率n1为:光提取粘合层的折射率和该粘合层所位于的玻璃板的折射率,这两个折射率中数值较小的折射率。
选择具有合适光学性质(如:折射率、透光率)的第一光隔离层、第二光隔离层的组合,在满足如上文所述的关系时,第一光隔离层和第二光隔离层共同实现光隔离效果。
在上述实施方案中:第一光隔离层的材料包括但不限于以下的一种或多种:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)。可以通过调节第一光隔离层的材料,来改变第一光隔离层的透光率T。还可以通过对第一光隔离层的材料进行染色和/或调节第一光隔离层的厚度,使第一光隔离层获得合适的透光率。在一个实施方案中,第一光隔离层的透光率T可以小于84%,例如约10%、约20%、约28%、约30%、约40%、约44%、约50%、约60%、约70%、约74%、约80%、约83%等。在一个实施方案中,第一光隔离层的厚度可以为0.3-0.8mm。小于0.3mm的过小厚度或者大于0.8mm的过大厚度对于玻璃组件都是不利的。例如,厚度过小,容易导致玻璃组件的粘合性弱,而厚度过大,容易导致玻璃组件的总体厚度过大,不利于实际应用,例如不利于在车辆中的装配和使用。
第二光隔离层的材料包括但不限于以下的一种或多种:聚偏氟乙烯,特别是折射率为1.43的聚偏氟乙烯;带涂层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯;硅酮;丙烯酸树脂;压敏粘合剂。
可选用带涂层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯作为第二光隔离层。在一个具体的实施方案中,第二光隔离层为折射率为1.47的带SiO2涂层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。在另一个具体的实施方案中,第二光隔离层为折射率1.43的带聚氧硅烷涂层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
可用丙烯酸树脂作为第二光隔离层,特别是折射率为约1.45-1.47或者具有更低折射率的丙烯酸树脂。丙烯酸树脂自身具有粘接性,与相邻层粘接力强,抗分层、可靠性好。在一个具体的实施方案中,第二光隔离层为折射率为1.45的丙烯酸树脂。
硅酮作为光隔离层的材料,自身的粘接性可以保证与相邻层的粘接力,相应产品的抗分层、可靠性好。
第二光隔离层的材料可以为压敏粘合剂,特别是折射率为约1.45-1.47或者具有更低折射率的压敏粘合剂,包括但不限于:丙烯酸酯型压敏粘合剂、丁基橡胶型压敏粘合剂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物型压敏粘合剂、天然橡胶型压敏粘合剂、聚异丁橡胶型压敏粘合剂、硅树脂型压敏粘合剂、氟树脂型压敏粘合剂、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物型压敏粘合剂、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物型压敏粘合剂。压敏粘合剂自身的粘接性,可以保证与相邻层良好的粘接力,可以提升产品的抗分层性和可靠性。
应当理解,光隔离层还可任选的包含一个或多个额外的隔离层,其可以相应记为“第三光隔离层、”“第四光隔离层”等。该额外的隔离层(第三光隔离层、第四光隔离层等)可选自上文所述的第一光隔离层或第二光隔离层的材料。
在一个具体的实施方案中,至少通过对光线进行全反射来实现光隔离的效果。图4为简化后的玻璃组件的示意图,其中示出至少通过光隔离层11的全反射来阻止光线进入可切换功能层10。由于发光功能层12中的光线被光隔离层全反射,还能进一步增加发光功能层12另一侧(即背离光隔离层的一侧)的光强,可以增强发光效果,例如照明效果。
光隔离层可以通过多种方式组装到玻璃组件中,包括但不限于:热层压、加压层压。
在一个实施方案中,光隔离层通过热压方式实现层压组装。
在另一个实施方案中,光隔离层的材料包含压敏粘合剂,可以通过加压层压进行组装。可以简化制备流程,避免使用例如固化工艺,并且保证与相邻层良好的粘结力。
在一个实施方案中,光隔离层与其相邻层的粘合力在2N/mm以上。光隔离层的相邻层指在玻璃组件中,位于光隔离层两侧的层。粘合力过低,光隔离层与其相邻层的粘合强度不够,会导致玻璃组件产生分层脱落等风险。
在一个实施方案中,光隔离层的相邻层均为粘合层。通过粘合层,提供相邻层间足够的粘合力。
在另一个实施方案中,光隔离层选自上文中具有粘合性的材料。光隔离层的至少一侧不包含粘合层,通过光隔离层的自身粘合性,提供相邻层间足够的粘合力。
在一个实施方案中,光隔离层具有紫外线(UV)和/或红外线(IR)过滤功能。从而为用户提供更舒适的体验,例如避免大量紫外线进入车内导致对车内部物品的光老化和对用户身体的损伤;增加车辆的隔热功能使得车辆内部保持更适宜的温度。
在一个实施方案中,光隔离层可承受140℃和13bar的工艺条件2个小时以上。从而避免在玻璃组件的制备、加工过程中,光隔离层出现分解、变形等影响性能的问题。
光隔离层需要能够确保玻璃组件具有良好的清晰度,从而给用户提供良好的视觉效果。在一个实施方案中,使用的光隔离层使得玻璃组件1米以上的雾度小于6%,优选小于1%。
在一个实施方案中,光隔离层平整地贴合各类型的面,如曲面、平面等,不出现皱褶等问题。在一个具体的实施方案中,光隔离层平整地贴合车辆的二维曲面玻璃,无皱褶情况产生。
在本文中,在满足光隔离层完全覆盖发光功能层从而阻挡来自发光功能层的光线的前提下,可根据实际情况的需要,使用不同形状或尺寸的光隔离层。
在一个实施方案中,光隔离层与第二玻璃板和/或发光功能层具有基本相同的尺寸,例如,光隔离层与第二玻璃板和/或发光功能层具有基本相同的长度。在本文中,光隔离层的长度可以正交于光隔离层的厚度;第二玻璃板的长度可以正交于第二玻璃板的厚度;发光功能层的长度可以正交于发光功能层的厚度。
外部光源
在一个实施方案中,窗体总成还包含外部光源,以确保向发光功能层提供适量的光通量。
外部光源可以是线性光源或点状光源。在一个优选的实施方案中,外部光源为准直光源,例如准直LED。
相对于发光功能层,外部光源可以位于发光功能层的周向边缘或位于发光功能层背离光隔离层的一侧。
在一个实施方案中,外部光源位于发光功能层的周向边缘,光线从发光功能层的周向边缘侧注入。外部光源可以被封装材料封装。
在另一个实施方案中,外部光源位于发光功能层背离光隔离层的一侧,即,从光隔离层向发光功能层的方向来看,外部光源位于发光功能层的下方。在该情况下,光线需要重新定向到发光功能层,这可以通过两种通过光重定向模块(也可称为光导件)的方法实现:1.通过波导技术来引导光线;2.通过光学棱镜重定向模块来引导光线。

在一个实施方案中,外部光源位于玻璃组件的周向边缘,如图7所示。外部光源33可安装在玻璃边缘周围或特定位置。外部光源33可以采取通过封装或子部分的形式。外部光源33可以是直接光源或通过光导件的光源。
在另一个实施方案中,外部光源33位于第一玻璃板30与所述玻璃组件的其余部分所形成的抵消区域,如图8所示。外部光源33可以采取通过封装或子部分的形式。外部光源33可以是直接光源或通过光导件的光源。
在一个实施方案中,外部光源33嵌入第二玻璃板32上邻近周向边缘设置的开口中,例如,外部光源33可以设置在第二玻璃板32上的钻孔中,如图9所示。当光提取玻璃板或带光提取粘合层的玻璃板中的玻璃板为第二玻璃板32时,外部光源33嵌入光提取玻璃板或带光提取粘合层的玻璃板中的玻璃板邻近周向边缘设置的开口中。可以在钻孔区域上方设置黑色印刷图形,以使从车辆外部看不到钻孔区域和光源,提高视觉的美观性。钻孔的截面可以是圆形、矩形或与钻孔技术和工艺相匹配的其他形状。外部光源33可以是直接光源或通过光导件的光源。
玻璃组件
本发明涉及一种玻璃组件,其包含:第一玻璃板;可切换功能层;光隔离层;和发光功能层;其中,光隔离层位于可切换功能层和发光功能层之间;可切换功能层位于第一玻璃板和光隔离层之间;其中,光隔离层的厚度为0.3-0.8mm且透光率T为18%以下,例如约10%、约12%、约14%、约16%、约18%等。在一个实施方案中,发光功能层包括:光提取玻璃板、带光提取粘合层的玻璃板、独立的自发光层、独立的光提取层或其组合。
本发明还涉及另一种玻璃组件,其包含:
第一玻璃板;可切换功能层;光隔离层;和发光功能层其折射率为n1;其中,光隔离层位于可切换功能层和发光功能层之间;可切换功能层位于第一玻璃板和光隔离层之间。其中,光隔离层包含第一光隔离层和第二光隔离层;所述第一光隔离层的透光率为T;第二光隔离层的折射率为n2;n1、n2、T满足以下关系:0.03≤n1-n2<0.08,例如约0.03、约0.04、约0.05、约0.06、约0.07等;且,T相比n1与n2的差值的比值T/(n1-n2)小于10.5,例如约1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10等。在一个实施方案中,发光功能层包括:光提取玻璃板、独立的光提取层、带光提取粘合层的玻璃板或其组合。
玻璃组件可以包含第二玻璃板。在一个实施方案中,发光功能层包含玻璃板部分,发光功能层中的玻璃板部分为第二玻璃板。在另一个实施方案中,发光功能层不包含玻璃板部分,第二玻璃板位于玻璃组件中发光功能层背离第一玻璃板的一侧。其中,发光功能层包含玻璃板部分指发光功能层具有玻璃板的结构,可以为玻璃组件提供一定的物理支撑。
在一个优选的实施方案中,玻璃组件中存在光提取玻璃板或带光提取粘合层的玻璃板,光提取玻璃板或带光提取粘合层的玻璃板中的玻璃板为第二玻璃板。在另一个优选的实施方案中,玻璃组件中不存在光提取玻璃板或带光提取粘合层的玻璃板,玻璃组件所包含的第二玻璃板位于玻璃组件中发光功能层背离第一玻璃板的一侧。
本领域技术人员应当理解,本发明的玻璃组件中的光隔离层或发光功能层(例如带光提取粘合层的玻璃板)可以包含自身具有粘合性的材料,从而使得自身就可以具有粘合层的作用,从而无需额外设置粘合层。粘合层的作用是提供粘合功能,其与相邻层之间具有一定的粘合强度。粘合层两侧的层可以通过与粘合层之间的粘合力紧密结合至粘合层。同时,还可以提供一定的弹性和缓冲作用。
因此,若需要,玻璃组件还可以设有额外的粘合层。在一个实施方案中,玻璃组件还可以包含一个或多个粘合层,以用于实现层与层之间的稳定粘合,粘合层提供足够的粘合力并且能够保证玻璃组件的其他性能(如机械性能、光学性能等),粘合层的材料包括但不限于:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)等。
在一个具体的实施方案中,第一玻璃板和可切换功能层之间包含粘合层。在另一个具体的实施方案中,可切换功能层和光隔离层之间包含粘合层。在又一个具体的实施方案中,光隔离层和发光功能层之间包含粘合层。在再一个具体的实施方案中,发光功能层和第二玻璃板之间包含粘合层。
本发明的玻璃组件的一种实施方式可以例如图1所示。其中依次设置有:第一玻璃板1、粘合层5a、可切换功能层2、粘合层5a、光隔离层3、粘合层5a、光提取玻璃板4a,其中光提取玻璃板作为第二玻璃板。
本发明的玻璃组件的一种实施方式可以例如图2所示。其中依次设置有:第一玻璃板1、粘合层5a、可切换功能层3、粘合层5a、光隔离层3、粘合层5a、独立的发光层6、粘合层5a、第二玻璃板4b。
本发明的玻璃组件的一种实施方式可以例如图3所示。其中依次设置有:第一玻璃板1、粘合层5a、可切换功能层2、粘合层5a、光隔离层3、带光提取粘合层5b的玻璃板4c,其中,带光提取粘合层的玻璃板4c中的玻璃板作为第二玻璃板。
上述实施方式中,可切换功能层的功能模块和/或独立的发光层还被连续或不连续的画框包围和容纳。其中画框可以相同或不相同。粘合层可以相同或不同。
窗体总成
本发明还涉及包含本发明的玻璃组件的一种窗体总成。
在一个实施方案中,窗体总成包括门、窗、幕墙、车窗玻璃、飞机玻璃或轮船玻璃。
在一个具体的实施方案中,窗体总成为车窗玻璃,车窗玻璃包括后风挡玻璃、天窗玻璃、车门玻璃或角窗玻璃,优选天窗玻璃。其中,第一玻璃板背离所述可切换功能层的一侧朝向车辆外部,在这种情况下,第一玻璃板也可称为外玻璃板,与第一玻璃板相对的第二玻璃板可以称为内玻璃板。其中,当光提取玻璃板或带光提取粘合层的玻璃板中的玻璃板为第二玻璃板时,光提取玻璃板或带光提取粘合层的玻璃板中的玻璃板即称为内玻璃板。这样设置的车窗玻璃能够向在车辆内部的用户提供发光功能,例如照明效果、装饰效果等,使用户获得更好的体验。而第一玻璃板作为外玻璃板,也可以有效地抵挡外部因素(例如摩擦、腐蚀等)的对玻璃组件的伤害。
这里应当理解的是,本文图中所示实施方式仅显示了根据本发明的玻璃组件、窗体总成中各个可选部件的可选架构、形状、尺寸和布置方式,然而其仅为示意而非限制,在不背离本发明的思想和范围的情况下,亦可采取其他形状、尺寸和布置方式。
有益效果
本发明通过设置光隔离层、发光功能层、可切换功能层的合理设置,同时实现玻璃的可切换功能和发光功能,并赋予这两种功能的良好的兼容性。保证玻璃组件优秀的机械、光学等性能不被影响的同时,改善用户体验和视觉效果。
本发明的第二光隔离层的材料可以包括:带涂层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚偏氟乙烯、硅酮、丙烯酸树脂或压敏粘合剂。当第二光隔离层的材料为压敏粘合剂时,可通过加压层压实现组装,简化制备流程,避免使用例如固化工艺,还可以保证与相邻层良好的粘结力。
实施例
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的方案做进一步详细的描述。
需要说明的是,以下实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明的技术方案所作的举例,而并非对本发明的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举,而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。除非另外指明,本文所用的仪器设备和试剂材料都是可以商购的。
制备
根据下述具体材料,将各层材料依次层叠后进行热层压,制备实施例1-4、对比例1-2。实施例1-3、对比例1获得的玻璃组件的示意图如图10所示。实施例4、对比例2获得的玻璃组件,光隔离层位于第一玻璃板和第二玻璃板之间。
实施例1
第一玻璃板1:厚度为2.1mm的超透明玻璃,其表面带有发光图案1;
粘合层5a:厚度为0.38mm的PVB;
第二光隔离层3b:丙烯酸树脂,其折射率为1.45,其厚度为0.075mm;
第一光隔离层3a:厚度为0.38mm的染色PVB,其透光率T为44%;
第二玻璃板4b:厚度为2.1mm的超透明玻璃,其表面带有发光图案2,其折射率为1.50。
实施例2
第二光隔离层3b:带SiO2涂层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,其折射率为1.47,其厚度为0.075mm;
第一光隔离层3a:厚度为0.38mm的染色PVB,其透光率T为28%;
其余参数与实施例1相同。
实施例3
第二光隔离层3b:带聚氧硅烷涂层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,其折射率为1.43,其厚度为0.075mm;
第一光隔离层3a:厚度为0.38mm的染色PVB,其透光率T为73%;
其余参数与实施例1相同。
对比例1
第一玻璃板1:厚度为2.1mm的超透明玻璃,其表面带有发光图案1;
粘合层5a:厚度为0.38mm的PVB;
第二光隔离层3b:丙烯酸树脂,其折射率为1.45,其厚度为0.075mm;
第一光隔离层3a:厚度为0.38mm的染色PVB,其透光率T为73%;
第二玻璃板4b:厚度为2.1mm的超透明玻璃,其表面带有发光图案2,其折射率为1.50。

实施例4
第一玻璃板:厚度为2.1mm的超透明玻璃,其表面带有发光图案1;
光隔离层:染色PVB,其厚度为0.76mm,透光率T为10%;
第二玻璃板:厚度为2.1mm的超透明玻璃,其表面带有发光图案2,其折射率为1.50。
对比例2
第一玻璃板:厚度为2.1mm的超透明玻璃,其表面带有发光图案1;
光隔离层:染色PVB,其厚度为0.76mm,透光率T为80%;
第二玻璃板:厚度为2.1mm的超透明玻璃,其表面带有发光图案2,其折射率为1.50。
发光图案1、2分别为在第一玻璃板、第二玻璃板的表面上施加的发光珐琅,二者图案不相同,从而便于分辨玻璃板被照亮的情况。根据第一玻璃板上的发光图案1是否产生发光效果,可以确定光线是否通过光隔离层进入第一玻璃板。
其中,第一玻璃板上的发光图案1,位于第一玻璃板背离第二玻璃板的一侧的表面。第二玻璃板上的发光图案2,位于第二玻璃板背离第一玻璃板的一侧的表面。
光隔离实验
实施例1-3中,将第一玻璃板设置在第二玻璃板的上方,将外部光源设置为使得光线从第二玻璃板注入。通过观察发光图案1、2是否出现发光效果来验证光是否进入相应的玻璃板。
图11示出实施例1沿着从第二玻璃板向第一玻璃板方向观察到的实验结果照片。即图11中,实施例1从靠近到远离观察者的顺序分别为:外部光源、第二玻璃板、第一光隔离层、第二光隔离层、粘合层、第一玻璃板。从图11中可以看出,第二玻璃板上的发光图案2出现了发光效果,而第一玻璃板上的发光图案1未发光。
图12示出另一角度观察到的实验结果照片。其中,第一玻璃板为图12中位于下方的玻璃板,第二玻璃板为图12中位于上方的玻璃板,外部光源位于第二玻璃板的上方,光线从第二玻璃板注入。从图12中可以看出,第二玻璃板上的发光图案2出现发光效果,而第一玻璃板上的发光图案1未发光。
实施例2-4与实施例1的实验结果相同,均为第二玻璃板上的发光图案2出现发光效果,而第一玻璃板上的发光图案1未发光。
对于对比例1-2,其光隔离实验结果显示,第一玻璃板上的发光图案1、第二玻璃板上的发光图案2均出现发光效果,该结果表明,光线并未被有效地阻隔。
根据光隔离实验结果,实施例1-4中光隔离层的设置有效地阻挡了光线。当光隔离层设置在发光功能层和可切换功能层之间时,光隔离层会阻挡或充分减弱来自发光功能层的光,从而避免或减弱光线进入可切换功能层,以避免不利的视觉效果。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (16)
1.一种多层玻璃组件,其包含:
第一玻璃板;
可切换功能层;
光隔离层;和
发光功能层,
其中,
所述光隔离层位于所述可切换功能层和发光功能层之间;
所述可切换功能层位于所述第一玻璃板和光隔离层之间;
其中,
所述光隔离层的厚度为0.3-0.8mm且透光率T为18%以下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃组件,其中,
所述发光功能层包括:光提取玻璃板、带光提取粘合层的玻璃板、独立的自发光层、独立的光提取层或其组合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的玻璃组件,其中,
所述光隔离层的材料包括:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、热塑性聚烯烃或聚烯烃弹性体。
4.一种多层玻璃组件,其包含:
第一玻璃板;
可切换功能层;
光隔离层;和
发光功能层,其折射率为n1,
其中,
所述光隔离层位于所述可切换功能层和发光功能层之间;
所述可切换功能层位于所述第一玻璃板和光隔离层之间;
其中,
所述光隔离层包含第一光隔离层和第二光隔离层;
所述第一光隔离层的透光率为T;所述第二光隔离层的折射率为n2;
n1、n2、T满足以下关系:
0.03≤n1-n2<0.08;且
T相比n1与n2的差值的比值T/(n1-n2)小于10.5。
5.根据权利要求4所述的玻璃组件,其中所述发光功能层包括:光提取玻璃板、独立的光提取层、带光提取粘合层的玻璃板或其组合。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的玻璃组件,其中,
所述第一光隔离层的材料包括:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、热塑性聚烯烃或聚烯烃弹性体;和/或
所述第二光隔离层的材料包括:带涂层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚偏氟乙烯、硅酮、丙烯酸树脂或压敏粘合剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的玻璃组件,其中,
所述带涂层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯包括:带SiO2涂层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯或带聚氧硅烷涂层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯;
所述压敏粘合剂包括:丙烯酸酯型压敏粘合剂、丁基橡胶型压敏粘合剂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物型压敏粘合剂、天然橡胶型压敏粘合剂、聚异丁橡胶型压敏粘合剂、硅树脂型压敏粘合剂、氟树脂型压敏粘合剂、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物型压敏粘合剂或苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物型压敏粘合剂。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的玻璃组件,其中
所述玻璃组件包含第二玻璃板,
当所述发光功能层包含玻璃板部分时,所述发光功能层中的玻璃板部分为第二玻璃板;或者
当所述发光功能层不包含玻璃板部分时,所述第二玻璃板位于所述玻璃组件中发光功能层背离第一玻璃板的一侧;
优选地,
所述玻璃组件包含第二玻璃板,
当存在光提取玻璃板或带光提取粘合层的玻璃板时,所述第二玻璃板为光提取玻璃板或带光提取粘合层的玻璃板中的玻璃板;或者
当不存在光提取玻璃板或带光提取粘合层的玻璃板时,所述第二玻璃板位于所述玻璃组件中发光功能层背离第一玻璃板的一侧。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的玻璃组件,其中,
所述玻璃组件还包含一个或多个粘合层,所述粘合层位于以下位置中的一个或多个:
第一玻璃板和可切换功能层之间;
可切换功能层和光隔离层之间;
光隔离层和发光功能层之间;
发光功能层和第二玻璃板之间。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的玻璃组件,其中,
所述可切换功能层包含功能模块,
所述功能模块包括:聚合物分散液晶、悬浮颗粒器件或电致变色显示装置。
11.根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的玻璃组件,其中,
所述玻璃组件还包含连续或不连续的画框,其包围和容纳所述可切换功能层的功能模块和/或发光功能层。
12.根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的玻璃组件,其中,
所述玻璃组件还包含外部光源。
13.根据权利要求12所述的玻璃组件,其中,
所述外部光源:
位于所述玻璃组件的周向边缘,
或者
位于所述第一玻璃板与所述玻璃组件的其余部分所形成的抵消区域,或者
嵌入所述第二玻璃板上邻近周向边缘设置的开口中。
14.一种窗体总成,其包含权利要求1-13中任一项所述的玻璃组件。
15.根据权利要求14所述的窗体总成,其中,
所述窗体总成包括:门、窗、幕墙、车窗玻璃、飞机玻璃或轮船玻璃。
16.根据权利要求15所述的窗体总成,其中,
所述窗体总成为车窗玻璃,所述车窗玻璃包括:后风挡玻璃、天窗玻璃、车门玻璃或角窗玻璃;
其中,
所述第一玻璃板背离所述可切换功能层的一侧朝向车辆外部。
