Abstract
Description
a.第1のガラスシートと、
b.電気駆動機能性フィルムと、
c.第1のガラスシートと電気駆動機能性フィルムとの間に位置付けられる赤外線放射を反射するための手段と、
d.赤外線放射を反射するための手段と機能性フィルムとの間に位置付けられる少なくとも1つの第1の熱可塑性中間層と、
e.第2のガラスシートと
を含む積層ガラスである。
− 2.1mmの厚さを有する透明な(実際には更に超透明な)ガラスシート、
− 赤外線放射を反射する手段としての銀層、
− 可視波長に対して不透明であるブラックの着色のPVBフレームによって取り囲まれた0.76mmの厚さを有するUV放射を遮蔽する透明なPVBシート、
− 0.38mmの灰色のPVBシート、
− PDLCフィルム(電気的に駆動させることを可能にする手段を有する)、
− 特にPDLCフィルムの活性化のための手段を含む最低限の2つの熱可塑性中間層、
− ドープされた酸化スズ層で覆われたシリカ層から前述のように構成されたlow−e層のシステムでコーティングされた3.15mmの透明なガラスシート、
− エナメル咬合ストリップ。
Claims (16)
- a.第1のガラスシート(11)と、
b.電気駆動機能性フィルム(12)と、
c.前記第1のガラスシート(11)と前記機能性フィルム(12)との間に位置付けられる赤外線放射を反射するための手段(13)と、
d.前記赤外線放射を反射するための手段(13)と前記機能性フィルム(12)との間に位置付けられる少なくとも1つの第1の熱可塑性中間層(20)と、
e.第2のガラスシート(16)と
を含む積層ガラス(10)において、前記少なくとも1つの中間層(20)は、可視波長放射に対して不透明である領域(21)を含むことを特徴とする、積層ガラス(10)。 - 前記不透明領域は、前記第1及び第2のガラスシートの少なくとも1つの周囲にわたり延在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層ガラス(10)。
- 前記不透明領域は、前記第1のガラスシート(11)の内部面(11a)の周囲にわたり延在することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の積層ガラス(10)。
- エネルギー反射は60%未満、好ましくは50%未満であり、且つ赤外線領域における前記反射は70%超、好ましくは80%超、より好ましくは更に85%超であり、及び光透過は5%未満、好ましくは0%であり、前記値は前記不透明領域において測定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス(10)。
- 前記機能性フィルム(12)は、60℃を超える高温で有害な影響を受け得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の熱可塑性中間層(20)は、実質的に前記ガラスの表面に位置付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の中間層(20)は、不透明領域(21)であって、その光透過が入射光の5%未満、好ましくは0%である、不透明領域(21)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の中間層(20)は、非不透明領域(22)の周りに位置付けられる不透明フレーム(21)から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の熱可塑性中間層(20)は、ポリビニルブチラール又はエチレン/ビニルアセテートのシートであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス(10)。
- 前記不透明領域(21)は、前記中間層の周囲のバルク着色によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス(10)。
- 前記機能性フィルム(12)は、液晶を有するフィルム又は懸濁状態で分散された粒子を有するフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス(10)。
- 前記赤外線放射を反射する手段(13)は、薄い銀系層の組立体からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス(10)。
- 自動車のためのガラスルーフであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラス(10)。
- 高温で有害な影響を受け得る機能性フィルムを熱から保護するための、可視波長放射に対して不透明である領域(21)を含む中間層フィルムの使用であって、前記フィルムは、少なくとも2つのガラスシート(11、16)間に含まれる、使用。
- 自動車のためのガラスとしての、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のガラス(10)の使用。
- 前記第1のガラスシート(11)は、前記車両の外側に向けられたシートであり、及び前記第2のガラスシート(16)は、前記車両の内側に向けられたガラスシートであり、前記熱可塑性中間層(20)は、前記外側に向けられた前記ガラスシート(11)の内部面の側に次いで配置される前記中間層シートの全周囲にわたり延在する不透明領域を含み、及び前記機能性フィルムは、次いで前記少なくとも1つの第1の中間層と前記第2のガラスシート(16)との間に位置付けられることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の使用。
