- 並列LC回路を有する第1の共振タンクと、
直列LC回路を有する第2の共振タンクと、
分路コンデンサと、
を備えた装置であって、
前記並列LC回路および前記直列LC回路は、共通入力に接続され、
前記並列LC回路の出力は、負荷に接続されるとともに前記分路コンデンサを介してアースに接続され、
前記直列LC回路の出力は、前記アースに接続されて、広帯域高調波トラップを形成する
装置。 - 前記広帯域高調波トラップは、広帯域電力増幅器の広帯域出力整合ネットワークと組み合わされる
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 6次バンドストップフィルタから前記広帯域高調波トラップを最適化することをさらに備えた
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記共通入力は、トランジスタである
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記装置は、セルラー電話通信のモバイル送受信機において用いられる
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記広帯域高調波トラップは、4次バンドストップフィルタおよび6次バンドストップフィルタの双方のトポロジーと比較して高周波数通過帯域において最高減衰を提供する
請求項3に記載の装置。 - 複数の広帯域高調波トラップは、直列に接続されている
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記負荷は、アンテナを含む
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記並列LC回路と前記直列LC回路との間に接続されて、前記広帯域高調波トラップの通常は50オームのインピーダンスを動作周波数レンジ全体にわたって前記トランジスタの最適な負荷インピーダンスに変換する第2の分路インピーダンス整合コンデンサをさらに備えた
