Abstract
Description
図1および図2を参照して、この発明の第1実施例である滑り軸受10は、画像形成装置100の紙送り機構が備える支持板(板金)24に形成された貫通孔24aに取り付けられて、図示しない搬送ローラを回転可能に軸支する。
次に、図8を参照して、この発明の第2実施例である滑り軸受10について説明する。この第2実施例では、突起部の形状が異なり、爪状部が設けられない点などが上述の第1実施例と異なる。その他の部分の構成については同様であるので、上述の第1実施例と共通する部分については、同じ参照番号を付し、重複する説明は省略または簡略化する。
続いて、図10および図11を参照して、この発明の第3実施例である滑り軸受10について説明する。この第3実施例では、突起部を含む爪状部の形状および爪状部の弾性変形方向などが上述の第1実施例と異なる。その他の部分の構成については同様であるので、上述の第1実施例と共通する部分については同じ参照番号を付し、重複する説明は省略または簡略化する。
続いて、図12および図13を参照して、この発明の第4実施例である滑り軸受10について説明する。この第4実施例では、突起部の形状が異なり、爪状部が設けられない点などが上述の第3実施例と異なる。その他の部分の構成については同様であるので、上述の第3実施例と共通する部分については同じ参照番号を付し、重複する説明は省略または簡略化する。

Claims (13)
- 支持板に形成された貫通孔に取り付けられる合成樹脂製の滑り軸受であって、
外周面にDカット面を有する筒状部、
前記筒状部の一方端部に形成され、前記Dカット面から突出するフランジ部、
前記筒状部の他端部の外周面から突出する係止部、および
前記Dカット面が形成される範囲外であってかつ前記係止部が形成される範囲外の周方向位置において、前記筒状部の外周面に形成される突起部を備える、滑り軸受。 - 前記突起部は、前記係止部と反対側の周方向位置に形成される、請求項1記載の滑り軸受。
- 前記突起部は、前記筒状部の軸方向に沿って延びるリブ状に形成される、請求項1または2記載の滑り軸受。
- 前記筒状部は、前記突起部の両側に形成されるスリットをさらに有し、
前記スリット間に形成された爪状部は、前記筒状部の径方向に対して弾性変形可能である、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の滑り軸受。 - 前記係止部と反対側の前記筒状部の外周面は、当該筒状部の軸方向に対してR形状とされる、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の滑り軸受。
- 支持板に形成された貫通孔に取り付けられる合成樹脂製の滑り軸受であって、
外周面にDカット面を有する筒状部、
前記筒状部の一方端部に形成され、前記Dカット面から突出するフランジ部、および
前記Dカット面の前記筒状部の軸方向と直交する方向における端部に形成される突起部を備える、滑り軸受。 - 前記筒状部は、前記突起部の背面側に、前記Dカット面に沿って形成されるスリットをさらに有し、
前記スリットと前記Dカット面との間に形成された爪状部は、前記筒状部の周方向に対して弾性変形可能である、請求項6記載の滑り軸受。 - 前記フランジ部と前記突起部との間には、前記筒状部の周方向において所定の空間が設けられる、請求項7記載の滑り軸受。
- 前記筒状部の軸方向における前記フランジ部と反対側の前記突起部の端部には、面取部が形成される、請求項7または8記載の滑り軸受。
- 前記突起部は、薄板状に形成される、請求項6記載の滑り軸受。
- 前記筒状部は、互いに反対方向を向くように配置される2つの前記Dカット面を有し、
前記突起部は、前記Dカット面のそれぞれに形成されて、前記筒状部の軸中心に対して点対称に配置される、請求項6ないし10のいずれかに記載の滑り軸受。 - 貫通孔を有する支持板、
前記貫通孔に取り付けられた請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の滑り軸受、および
前記滑り軸受によって回転可能に支持される回転体を備える、駆動装置。 - 請求項12記載の駆動装置を備える、画像形成装置。
