さらに好ましい実施形態では、前記嵌合部と前記シャフトとの嵌め合いが締まり嵌めである。
さらに好ましい実施形態では、前記嵌合部のシャフト対向面および前記シャフトの前記嵌合部に対向する面の、いずれか一方に凸部が形成され、前記凸部において前記ヨークと前記シャフトとが接合されている。
さらに好ましい実施形態では、前記嵌合部における接合領域の軸方向幅寸法は、前記ヨークの軸方向幅寸法の10%以下に設定されている。
さらに好ましい実施形態では、前記嵌合部の径方向厚さ寸法は、前記ヨークの外径寸法の10%以下に設定されている。
明は、排気機能部にターボポンプ部P1およびHolweckポンプ部P2を備えた真空ポンプ
に限らず、タービン翼のみを備えた真空ポンプや、ジーグバーンポンプやHolweckポンプ
などのドラッグポンプのみを備えた真空ポンプや、それらを組み合わせた真空ポンプにも適用することができる。
図3は第1の変形例を示す図である。第1の変形例では、シャフト10に凸部100を設ける代わりに、ヨーク40の嵌合部400にリング状の凸部400aを形成した。凸部400aは各嵌合部400の内周側に各々形成されており、各凸部400aとシャフト10とが嵌合接合される。この場合も、嵌合接合は締まり嵌めとされる。
図4は第2の変形例を示す図である。第2の変形例では、シャフトと10にリング状の凹部102を設けることで、ヨーク40とシャフト10との間に隙間を形成した。ヨーク40の形状は図2に示したヨーク40と同様であって、嵌合部400および保持部401を備えている。そして、ヨーク40の嵌合部400は、凹部102を挟んだ軸方向上側および下側のシャフト大径部分と、締まり嵌めで嵌合接合されている。ここでは、嵌合接合部Aの部分のシャフト大径部を、嵌合部101と呼ぶことにする。上述のような凹部102をシャフト10に形成したことにより、保持部401の部分において、ヨーク40とシャフト10との間に隙間が形成されることになる。すなわち、ヨーク40の保持部401は、一対の嵌合接合部Aの間に設けられていることになる。
Claims (5)
- ロータをモータで回転駆動して真空排気を行う真空ポンプにおいて、
前記モータのモータロータは、前記ロータのシャフトに固定されるヨークと、前記ヨークに保持される永久磁石とを備え、
前記ヨークには、前記シャフトと離間して設けられ、前記永久磁石を保持する保持部と、前記保持部の軸方向両端に設けられ、前記シャフトに嵌め合いにより接合している一対の嵌合部とが形成され、前記嵌合部の径方向厚さ寸法は、前記保持部の径方向厚さ寸法よりも小さく設定されている、真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、
前記嵌合部と前記シャフトとの嵌め合いが締まり嵌めである、真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1または2に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、
前記嵌合部のシャフト対向面および前記シャフトの前記嵌合部に対向する面の、いずれか一方に凸部が形成され、
前記凸部において前記ヨークと前記シャフトとが接合されている、真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、
前記嵌合部における接合領域の軸方向幅寸法は、前記ヨークの軸方向幅寸法の10%以下に設定されている、真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載の真空ポンプにおいて、
前記嵌合部の径方向厚さ寸法は、前記ヨークの外径寸法の10%以下に設定されている、真空ポンプ。
