Claims (10)
- 冷媒流入口、冷媒流出口、及び前記冷媒流入口と前記冷媒流出口との間に設けられた弁口付き弁座を有する弁室が設けられた弁本体と、前記弁口を開閉するための弁体と、前記弁体を前記弁口の開閉方向に移動させるための弁体駆動源と、を備えるカーエアコン用の電気式膨張弁であって、
前記弁本体には、導管接続用流入口と導管接続用流出口とを有する貫通路が設けられるとともに、前記貫通路を流れる冷媒の圧力を検出する圧力センサが前記弁本体に一体に設けられていることを特徴とする電気式膨張弁。 - 前記弁体駆動源と前記圧力センサとが、前記弁本体における同じ側面に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気式膨張弁。
- 前記側面が平面で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気式膨張弁。
- 前記側面に、前記弁体駆動源を取り付けるための装着穴と前記圧力センサを取り付けるための嵌挿穴とが形成されるとともに、前記装着穴と前記嵌挿穴とが同じ向きに開口せしめられていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の電気式膨張弁。
- 前記圧力センサが前記弁体駆動源の上側に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気式膨張弁。
- 前記弁座が前記冷媒流入口より上側に配在されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気式膨張弁。
- 前記冷媒流入口と前記導管接続用流出口とが、前記弁本体における同じ側面に開口せしめられていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気式膨張弁。
- 前記冷媒流出口と前記導管接続用流入口とが、前記弁本体における同じ側面に開口せしめられていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気式膨張弁。
- 前記弁体駆動源として、ソレノイドを主要部とする電磁式アクチュエータが使用されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電気式膨張弁。
- 前記弁体駆動源として、電動モータを主要部とする電動式アクチュエータが使用されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電気式膨張弁。
