Abstract
Description
まず、補強材織物を製織するために経糸及び緯糸に適用する繊維糸を選ぶ。
アミノシランで表面処理したガラス繊維糸(E-Glass、G 75)二つの本を上/下撚それぞれ 4.0 TPIで合撚した合撚糸(ECG 75 1/2)を経糸に、アミノシランで表面処理したアラミド繊維糸(600デニール)二つの本を上/下撚それぞれ 4.0 TPIで合撚した合撚糸(1/2)を緯糸に適用し、経糸の製織密度は 32count/inchに、緯糸の製織密度は 26count/inchにして、平織の方法で補強材織物を製織した。
アミノシランで表面処理したガラス繊維糸(E-Glass、G 75)二つの本を上/下撚それぞれ4.0 TPIで合撚した合撚糸(ECG 75 1/2)及びアミノシランで表面処理したアラミド繊維糸(600デニール)二つの本を上/下撚それぞれ 4.0 TPIで合撚した合撚糸(1/2)を、混合割合 1:1で緯糸に配置して製織したものを除き、実施例1と同一の方法で2次バリア積層シートを製造した。
補強材織物を構成する繊維糸の種類及び繊維糸の太さ、製織密度及び製織形態を以下の表1のように行ったものを除き、実施例1と同一の方法で2次バリア積層シートを製造した。
Claims (10)
- ガラス繊維、カーボン繊維、アラミド繊維及び合成繊維からなる群から選ばれた2種以上の繊維糸で製織した補強材織物を含むことを特徴とする、極低温での繰返疲労抵抗性能を大幅に改善した可とう性を有する液化ガス貯蔵タンク用2次ガスバリア。
- 前記織物の緯糸及び経糸を構成する各繊維糸が、お互いに異なる種類(異種)である補強材織物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の極低温での繰返疲労抵抗性能を大幅に改善した可とう性を有する液化ガス貯蔵タンク用2次ガスバリア。
- 前記織物の緯糸及び経糸を構成する各繊維糸が、同種類である補強材織物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の極低温での繰返疲労抵抗性能を大幅に改善した可とう性を有する液化ガス貯蔵タンク用2次ガスバリア。
- 前記織物は緯糸及び経糸を構成する各繊維糸の製織密度及び混合割合を多様に混合して製織した補強材織物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の極低温での繰返疲労抵抗性能を大幅に改善した可とう性を有する液化ガス貯蔵タンク用2次ガスバリア。
- 前記織物の繊維糸の種類は、ガラス繊維、カーボン繊維、アラミド繊維及び合成繊維からなる群から選ばれた2種以上の繊維糸として、前記選ばれたそれぞれの繊維糸の形態が片糸、片撚糸及び2合撚糸からなる群から選ばれた繊維糸である補強材織物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の極低温での繰返疲労抵抗性能を大幅に改善した可とう性を有する液化ガス貯蔵タンク用2次ガスバリア。
- ガラス繊維、カーボン繊維、アラミド繊維及び合成繊維からなる群から選ばれた2種の繊維糸片糸または片撚糸を2合撚糸したハイブリッド繊維糸が、緯糸または経糸のうち、少なくともいずれかの1ヶ所以上に含まれるよう製織した織物補強材を含むことを特徴とする、極低温での繰返疲労抵抗性能を大幅に改善した可とう性を有する液化ガス貯蔵タンク用2次ガスバリア。
- 前記織物の緯糸及び経糸が全て前記ハイブリッド繊維糸である補強材織物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の極低温での繰返疲労抵抗性能を大幅に改善した可とう性を有する液化ガス貯蔵タンク用2次ガスバリア。
- 前記織物の緯糸が前記ハイブリッド繊維糸であり、前記織物の経糸はガラス繊維、カーボン繊維、アラミド繊維及び合成繊維からなる群から選ばれた1種以上の繊維糸片糸や片撚糸または2合撚糸である補強材織物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の極低温での繰返疲労抵抗性能を大幅に改善した可とう性を有する液化ガス貯蔵タンク用2次ガスバリア。
- 前記織物の緯糸がガラス繊維、カーボン繊維、アラミド繊維及び合成繊維からなる群から選ばれた1種以上の繊維糸片糸や片撚糸または2合撚糸であり、前記織物の経糸は前記ハイブリッド繊維糸である補強材織物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の極低温での繰返疲労抵抗性能を大幅に改善した可とう性を有する液化ガス貯蔵タンク用2次ガスバリア。
- 前記補強材織物を構成する繊維糸の表面に化学的表面処理及び物理的表面処理方法からなる群から選ばれた1種以上の方法により処理して製織した補強材織物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は6に記載の極低温での繰返疲労抵抗性能を大幅に改善した可とう性を有する液化ガス貯蔵タンク用2次ガスバリア。
