- パネルと、
前記パネルに備えられたデータラインを駆動するデータドライバと、
前記パネルに備えられたゲートラインを駆動するゲートドライバと、
前記パネルの各ピクセルに備えられた有機発光ダイオードを駆動する駆動トランジスタの特性変化を感知するために、前記ピクセルに備えられたピクセル駆動回路を用いて、1フレーム期間を構成するディスプレイ期間及びブランク期間のうち前記ブランク期間に、前記パネルの曲げの有無をセンシングするセンシング部と、
前記センシング部から伝送されたセンシングデータを用いて前記駆動トランジスタの特性変化を感知するか、または前記センシングデータを用いて前記パネルの曲げの有無を分析する制御部と、
を含むフレキシブル有機発光表示装置。 - 前記曲げの有無の分析に用いられる前記センシングデータは、前記ピクセル駆動回路に備えられた駆動トランジスタの引張又は収縮の程度に応じて変更される
請求項1に記載のフレキシブル有機発光表示装置。 - 前記センシング部は、
前記ブランク期間におけるメインセンシング期間に、第1ゲートラインに接続されたピクセルに備えられた第1ピクセル駆動回路を駆動して、前記第1ピクセル駆動回路に備えられた駆動トランジスタの特性変化の感知のためのセンシングを行い、
前記ブランク期間における補助センシング期間に、ベンディング領域に備えられた第2ゲートラインに接続されたピクセルに備えられた少なくとも1つの第2ピクセル駆動回路を駆動して、前記ベンディング領域の曲げの有無をセンシングする
請求項1に記載のフレキシブル有機発光表示装置。 - 前記ゲートドライバは、前記補助センシング期間に、前記ベンディング領域に備えられた2つ以上の前記第2ゲートラインを順次駆動し、
前記センシング部は、順次駆動される2つ以上の前記第2ゲートラインに接続された前記第2ピクセル駆動回路を順次駆動して、前記ベンディング領域の曲げの有無をセンシングする
請求項3に記載のフレキシブル有機発光表示装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記ディスプレイ期間には、一般のゲート制御信号を生成して前記ゲートドライバに伝送し、前記補助センシング期間には、センシング用ゲート制御信号を生成して前記ゲートドライバに伝送し、
前記ゲートドライバは、前記センシング用ゲート制御信号を用いて、前記ディスプレイ期間に前記第2ゲートラインに出力されるゲートパルスの周波数よりも速い周波数を有するゲートパルスを前記第2ゲートラインに出力する
請求項4に記載のフレキシブル有機発光表示装置。 - 前記センシング部は、前記補助センシング期間に、第2スイッチング信号に応じて前記第2ピクセル駆動回路に基準電圧を供給し、第1スイッチング信号に応じて、前記第2ピクセル駆動回路から伝送されたアナログ信号をデジタル信号である前記センシングデータに変更して前記制御部に伝送する
請求項4に記載のフレキシブル有機発光表示装置。 - 前記駆動トランジスタが引張又は収縮する程度は、前記駆動トランジスタの前記特性変化によって示される

前記ベンディング領域にそれぞれ備えられた前記複数のゲートライン及び前記センシングパルスラインに、ゲートパルス及びセンシングパルスを供給するゲートドライバと、
前記ベンディング領域に備えられた複数のデータラインに、センシングデータ電圧を供給するデータドライバと、
前記複数のゲートラインのいずれか1つのゲートラインに接続されたピクセル駆動回路に備えられる駆動トランジスタと、
センシング部によって駆動され、前記ベンディング領域と関連するセンシングラインにある感知信号を獲得する前記ピクセル駆動回路から受信された前記感知信号を分析して、前記駆動トランジスタの幅又は長さの変化率を判断し、前記ベンディング領域の曲げの有無又は前記ベンディング領域の曲げの程度を判断する制御部と、
を含むフレキシブル有機発光表示装置。 - 前記センシング部は、センシング信号をセンシングデータに変換し、前記センシングデータを前記制御部に伝送する
