本发明涉及一种检测电路、像素电信号采集电路、显示面板以及显示装置,用以解决目前检测柔性显示面板是否发生形变的技术方案较为复杂的问题。其中,基于AMOLED柔性显示面板的检测电路包括:用于将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC的多个像素电信号采集电路,以及用于在电信号发生变化后,确定柔性显示面板发生形变的集成电路IC。本发明实施例能够通过采集有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号,检测柔性显示面板是否发生形变,而在该技术方案中,无需设置独立的膜层结构,从而降低了检测柔性屏幕是否发生形变的复杂性。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种基于有源矩阵有机发光二极管柔性显示面板的检测电路、像素电信号采集电路、显示面板和显示装置。
背景技术
随着显示技术的进步,越来越多的柔性显示面板进入市场,与传统的显示面板相比,柔性显示面板以其轻薄,可弯折甚至卷曲,机械性能好的特点越来越受到人们的青睐。
目前,柔性显示面板通过形变对设备中的应用进行快捷的操作,然而,现有技术中检测柔性显示面板是否发生形变通常是通过采用特殊的大分子压电材料,在该技术方案中需要设置独立的膜层结构以及专门的电路来进行配合,这种用于检测柔性显示面板是否发生形变的技术方案较为复杂。
综上所述,目前检测柔性显示面板是否发生形变的技术方案较为复杂。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种检测电路、像素电信号采集电路、显示面板和显示装置,用以解决目前检测柔性显示面板是否发生形变的技术方案较为复杂的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种基于有源矩阵有机发光二极管柔性显示面板的检测电路,包括:
集成电路和多个像素电信号采集电路;
像素电信号采集电路,用于将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到集成电路,其中,有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号是通过像素电信号采集电路中用于指示柔性显示面板发生形变的像素电容控制的;
集成电路,用于在电信号发生变化后,确定柔性显示面板发生形变。
由于本发明实施例中能够通过采集有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号,检测柔性显示面板是否发生形变,而在该技术方案中,无需设置独立的膜层结构,从而降低了检测柔性显示面板是否发生形变的复杂性。
可选的,像素电信号采集电路具体用于:
在收到的扫描信号上升沿时,将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到集成电路;以及在收到扫描信号下降沿时,停止将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到集成电路;或
在收到的扫描信号下降沿时,将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到集成电路;以及在收到扫描信号上升沿时,停止将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到集成电路。
可选的,至少两个所述像素电信号采集电路共用一根所述数据采集线;所述共用一根所述数据采集线的所述像素电信号采集电路中,每次仅一个所述像素电信号采集电路通过数据采集线将所述电信号输入到所述集成电路。

在确定电信号发生变化,且变化值小于设定的阈值后,确定柔性显示面板发生形变。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例的基于AMOLED(Active-matrix organic light emitting diode,有源矩阵有机发光二极管)柔性显示面板的检测电路,包括:IC(Integrated Circuit,集成电路)和多个像素电信号采集电路;像素电信号采集电路,用于将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC,其中,有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号是通过像素电信号采集电路中用于指示柔性显示面板发生形变的像素电容控制的;IC,用于在电信号发生变化后,确定柔性显示面板发生形变。这种技术方案由于能够通过采集有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号,检测柔性显示面板是否发生形变,无需设置独立的膜层结构,从而降低了检测柔性屏幕是否发生形变的复杂性。
下面结合说明书附图对本发明实施例作进一步详细描述。
如图1(a)所示,本发明实施例一基于AMOLED柔性显示面板的检测电路,包括:
集成电路IC100和多个像素电信号采集电路101;
其中,像素电信号采集电路101,用于将像素电信号采集电路101中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线102输入到IC100,其中,有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号是通过像素电信号采集电路101中用于指示柔性显示面板发生形变的像素电容控制的;
IC100,用于在电信号发生变化后,确定柔性显示面板发生形变。
其中,像素电极可以为有机发光二极管的阳极,也可以为有机发光二极管的阴极,具体来说,对于目前常用的正置型AMOLED来说,像素电极为有机发光二极管的阳极,对于反置型AMOLED来说,像素电极为有机发光二极管的阴极。
当像素电极为有机发光二极管的阳极时,本发明实施例的像素电信号采集电路101的电路图如图2所示,当像素电极为有机发光二极管的阴极时,与图2的连接方式类似,在此不再赘述。
此外,需要说明的是,有机发光二极管200还可以用电阻等其他能够通过像素电极变化直接反映像素电容发生变化的元器件来代替。
本发明实施例中能够通过确定有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号的变化来确定柔性显示面板发生形变,这是由于当柔性显示面板发生形变时,导致像素电容发生变化,像素电容的变化直接作用于有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号的变化,通过检测有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号的变化,就能检测出柔性显示面板发生形变,而与直接检测像素电容的变化的方法相比,检测有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号的方式更简单。
具体来说,本发明实施例中有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC的方式可以如图1(a)所示,每个像素电信号采集电路对应一根不同的数据采集线;
具体的,有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号的采集过程为:像素电信号采集电路在收到的扫描信号上升沿时,将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;以及在收到扫描信号下降沿时,停止将所述像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;或
在收到的扫描信号下降沿时,将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;以及在收到扫描信号上升沿时,停止将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC。
本发明实施例中有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号的输入IC的方式还可以如图1(b)所示,至少两个像素电信号采集电路共用一根数据采集线;当至少两个像素电信号采集电路共用一根数据采集线时,减少了柔性显示面板的布线。
其具体有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号的采集过程为:像素电信号采集电路在收到的扫描信号上升沿时,将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;以及在收到扫描信号下降沿时,停止将所述像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;或
在收到的扫描信号下降沿时,将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;以及在收到扫描信号上升沿时,停止将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;
其中,共用一根数据采集线的像素电信号采集电路中,每次仅一个像素电信号采集电路通过数据采集线将电信号输入到IC。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的扫描信号为移位寄存器输出的信号,也可以为IC提供的信号,根据实际情况的需要进行选择。图1(a)和图1(b)中的103为栅线,本发明实施例中的扫描信号可以通过栅线输入到像素电信号采集电路中。
在本发明实施例中,像素电信号采集电路在收到的扫描信号上升沿时,将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,以及在收到扫描信号的下降沿时,停止将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,或像素电信号采集电路在收到的扫描信号下降沿时,将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,以及在收到扫描信号的上升沿时,停止将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,其中从向IC输入有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号开始到停止向IC输入有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号为止,这段时间又被称为扫描信号的有效时间,即本发明实施例中的IC在扫描信号的有效时间对有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号进行采集。
其中,若像素电信号采集电路在收到的扫描信号上升沿时,将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,以及在收到扫描信号的下降沿时,停止将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,即扫描信号的高电平时间为有效时间;若像素电信号采集电路在收到的扫描信号下降沿时,将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,以及在收到扫描信号的上升沿时,停止将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,即扫描信号的低电平时间为有效时间。
如图3(a)所示,本发明实施例低电平时间为有效时间的示意图;如图3(b)所示,本发明实施例高电平时间为有效时间的示意图。
如图4所示,扫描信号的低电平时间为有效时间,因此在扫描信号的低电平时间,即第一帧的时间,IC对电信号进行采集,而第二帧时扫描信号处于高电平,IC不对电信号进行采集。
当IC完成对电信号的采集后,本发明实施例中一种可选的确定柔性显示面板发生形变的方式为:
若确定电信号发生变化,且变化值小于设定的阈值,则确定柔性显示面板发生形变;若确定电信号发生变化,且变化值大于或等于设定的阈值,则确定柔性显示面板不发生形变。
本发明实施例中设定的阈值是根据实际情况的需要进行设定的。
当IC确定电信号发生变化,且变化值大于或等于设定的阈值时,确定柔性显示面板不发生形变的原因在于,当像素数据书写时会产生电信号的下降,而该电信号的变化值比由于柔性显示面板形变导致电信号变化的值要大很多,因此在IC确定电信号的变化值大于或等于设定的阈值时,确定柔性显示面板不发生形变。
当IC确定柔性显示面板发生形变后,本发明实施例中还提供了一种可选的确定柔性显示面板的形变信息的方式:
确定柔性显示面板发生形变后,将发生变化的电信号转换成IC能够识别的信号;
根据转换后的信号,确定柔性显示面板的形变信息。
其中,本发明实施例中的柔性显示面板的形变信息为卷曲、折叠等。
具体来说,根据电信号的变化转化为IC能够识别的信号,如图4第1帧中的反向形变,电信号的变化为由大变小,则IC将电信号的变化转化为能够识别的信号正,若如图4中第2帧的正向形变,电信号的变化为由小变大,则IC将电信号的变化转化为能够识别的信号负,根据转化后的信号确定形变的信息,如转化后的信号的影响范围为一条直线,则根据直线的数目确定折痕的数目,根据正负确定形变的方向,进而确定柔性显示面板的形变信息;若转化后的信号影响范围较大,而非一条直线,根据正负确定形变的方向,则确定柔性显示面板的形变信息。
在本发明实施例中,正对应的形变方向为前,负对应的形变方向为后。如图5(a)所示,本发明实施例中柔性显示面板的形变信息为向前翻折的示意图;其具体确定柔性显示面板为向前翻折的具体过程为:
IC根据电信号的变化将其转化为能够识别的信号正,根据能够识别的信号正确定信号正的范围为一条直线,则确定柔性显示面板的形变信息为向前翻折。
如图5(b)所示,本发明实施例中柔性显示面板左半部分向后翻折,右半部分向前翻折的示意图,其具体确定柔性显示面板左半部分向后翻折,右半部分向前翻折的具体过程为:
IC根据电信号的变化将其转化为能够识别的信号正或负,根据能够识别的信号正确定信号正的范围为柔性显示面板右半部分的一条直线,根据能够识别的信号负确定信号负的范围为柔性显示面板左半部分的一条直线,则确定柔性显示面板的形变信息为左半部分向后翻折,右半部分向前翻折。
如图5(c)所示,本发明实施例柔性显示面板的形变信息为向前卷曲的示意图,其具体确定柔性显示面板的形变信息为向前卷曲的具体过程为:
IC根据电信号的变化将其转化为能够识别的信号正,根据能够识别的信号正确定信号正的范围为柔性显示面板的部分或整个柔性显示面板,即柔性显示面板的电信号变化范围发生大面积变化,则确定柔性显示面板的形变信息为向前卷曲。
如图5(d)所示,本发明实施例柔性显示面板的形变信息为左半部分向前卷曲,右半部分向后卷曲的示意图,其具体确定柔性显示面板的形变信息为向前卷曲的具体过程与图5(c)中确定柔性显示面板的形变信息为向前卷曲的具体过程类似,在此不再赘述。
此外,本发明实施例中在确定柔性显示面板的形变信息后,根据形变信息与操作处理的对应关系,确定所述柔性显示面板的形变信息对应的操作处理。
其中,操作处理包括但不限于视频的快进、网页刷新、文本切换、文档打开等。
例如:单向向前卷曲对应的操作处理为视屏的快进,则IC在确定柔性显示面板的形变信息为单向向前卷曲后,则确定对应的操作处理为视频的快进。
本发明实施例的像素电信号采集电路可以为一个电路,还可以如图6所示包括像素电路600和输出电路601,
其中,像素电路600,用于根据像素电路中的像素电容,控制输出的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号;
输出电路601,用于将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC,以使IC在电信号发生变化后,确定柔性显示面板发生形变。
其中,像素电极可以为有机发光二极管的阳极,也可以为有机发光二极管的阴极,具体来说,对于目前常用的正置型AMOLED来说,像素电极为有机发光二极管的阳极,对于反置型AMOLED来说,像素电极为有机发光二极管的阴极。当像素电极为有机发光二极管的阳极时,本发明实施例的像素电路600和输出电路601的电路图如图6所示,当像素电极为有机发光二极管的阴极时,与图6的连接方式类似,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,像素电路600不限于本发明实施例中的连接形式,输出电路601只要与像素电路600中有机发光二极管的像素电极端P1处相连即可。
其中,本发明实施例的输出电路601输出有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号的方式可以如图1(a)所示,每个像素电信号采集电路的输出电路601对应一根不同的数据采集线;
具体的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号的采集过程为:输出电路601在收到的扫描信号上升沿时,将像素电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;以及在收到扫描信号下降沿时,停止将像素电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;或
在收到的扫描信号下降沿时,将像素电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;以及在收到扫描信号上升沿时,停止将像素电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC。
本发明实施例中有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号的输入IC的方式还可以如图1(b)所示,像素电信号采集电路的输出电路601与至少一个其他像素电信号采集电路中的输出电路共用一根数据采集线。
其具体有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号的采集过程为:输出电路601在收到的扫描信号上升沿时,将像素电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;以及在收到扫描信号下降沿时,停止将像素电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;或
在收到的扫描信号下降沿时,将像素电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;以及在收到扫描信号上升沿时,停止将像素电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC;
其中,每次仅一个输出电路将输出的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的扫描信号为移位寄存器输出的信号,也可以为IC提供的信号,根据实际情况的需要进行选择。图1(a)和图1(b)中的103为栅线,本发明实施例中的扫描信号可以通过栅线输入到像素电信号采集电路的输出电路中。
在本发明实施例中,像素电信号采集电路的输出电路在收到的扫描信号上升沿时,将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,以及在收到扫描信号的下降沿时,停止将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,或像素电信号采集电路的输出电路在收到的扫描信号下降沿时,将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,以及在收到扫描信号的上升沿时,停止将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,其中从向IC输入有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号开始到停止向IC输入有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号为止,这段时间又被称为扫描信号的有效时间,即本发明实施例中的IC在在扫描信号的有效时间对有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号进行采集。
其中,若像素电信号采集电路的输出电路在收到的扫描信号上升沿时,将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,以及在收到扫描信号的下降沿时,停止将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,即扫描信号的高电平时间为有效时间;若像素电信号采集电路的输出电路在收到的扫描信号下降沿时,将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,以及在收到扫描信号的上升沿时,停止将有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号输入到IC,即扫描信号的低电平时间为有效时间。
以图7为例,对每次仅一个输出电路将输出的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC进行说明。
通常情况下,对于帧频是60Hz的全高清屏幕而言,可将柔性显示面板按照32*60子像素分出区块,如果将刷新率(扫描信号的帧频)增加为120Hz,柔性显示面板纵向可以划分为120块。在每个分好的区块内对角线方向的子像素如图7所示。柔性显示面板的输出电路进行工作时,扫描信号在第n块的第n行为有效时间,时长为1帧,此时采集的像素电信号在输出时没有冲突,所有扫描信号的下一帧有效时间向下行传导,采集另一部分的像素电信号,在1秒的时间内,完成对所有测试点的扫描。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供了一种显示面板,包括本发明实施例提供的上述电路。由于该显示面板解决问题的原理与上述电路相似,因此该显示面板的实施可以参见上述电路的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供了一种显示装置,包括本发明实施例提供的上述显示面板。该显示装置可以为:手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。由于该显示装置解决问题的原理与显示面板相似,因此该显示装置的实施可以参见显示面板的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
从上述内容可以看出:本发明实施例的基于AMOLED柔性显示面板的检测电路,包括:集成电路IC和多个像素电信号采集电路;像素电信号采集电路,用于将像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到IC,其中,有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号是通过像素电信号采集电路中用于指示柔性显示面板发生形变的像素电容控制的;IC,用于在电信号发生变化后,确定柔性显示面板发生形变。这种技术方案由于能够通过采集有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号,检测柔性显示面板是否发生形变,无需设置独立的膜层结构,从而降低了检测柔性屏幕是否发生形变的复杂性。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (12)
1.一种基于有源矩阵有机发光二极管柔性显示面板的检测电路,其特征在于,包括:
集成电路和多个像素电信号采集电路;
所述像素电信号采集电路,用于将所述像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到所述集成电路,其中,所述有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号是通过所述像素电信号采集电路中用于指示柔性显示面板发生形变的像素电容控制的;
所述集成电路,用于在所述电信号发生变化后,确定所述柔性显示面板发生形变。
2.如权利要求1所述的电路,其特征在于,所述像素电信号采集电路具体用于:
在收到的扫描信号上升沿时,将所述像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到所述集成电路;以及在收到所述扫描信号下降沿时,停止将所述像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到所述集成电路;或
在收到的扫描信号下降沿时,将所述像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到所述集成电路;以及在收到所述扫描信号上升沿时,停止将所述像素电信号采集电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到所述集成电路。
3.如权利要求2所述的电路,其特征在于,至少两个所述像素电信号采集电路共用一根所述数据采集线;所述共用一根所述数据采集线的所述像素电信号采集电路中,每次仅一个所述像素电信号采集电路通过数据采集线将所述电信号输入到所述集成电路。
4.如权利要求1所述的电路,其特征在于,所述集成电路具体用于:
在确定所述电信号发生变化,且变化值小于设定的阈值后,确定所述柔性显示面板发生形变。
5.如权利要求4所述的电路,其特征在于,所述集成电路还用于:
若所述变化值大于或等于设定的阈值,确定所述柔性显示面板不发生形变。
6.如权利要求1~5任一所述的电路,其特征在于,所述集成电路还用于:
确定所述柔性显示面板发生形变后,将发生变化的所述电信号转换成所述集成电路能够识别的信号;
根据转换后的信号,确定所述柔性显示面板的形变信息。
7.如权利要求6所述的电路,其特征在于,所述集成电路还用于:
确定所述柔性显示面板的形变信息后,根据形变信息与操作处理的对应关系,确定所述柔性显示面板的形变信息对应的操作处理。
8.一种像素电信号采集电路,其特征在于,包括:
像素电路和输出电路;
其中,所述像素电路,用于根据所述像素电路中的像素电容,控制输出的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号;
所述输出电路,用于将所述有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到集成电路,以使所述集成电路在所述电信号发生变化后,确定柔性显示面板发生形变。
9.如权利要求8所述的电路,其特征在于,所述输出电路具体用于:
在收到的扫描信号上升沿时,将所述像素电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到所述集成电路;以及在收到所述扫描信号下降沿时,停止将所述像素电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到所述集成电路;或
在收到的扫描信号下降沿时,将所述像素电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到所述集成电路;以及在收到所述扫描信号上升沿时,停止将所述像素电路中的有机发光二极管的像素电极的电信号通过数据采集线输入到所述集成电路。
10.如权利要求9所述的电路,其特征在于,所述像素电信号采集电路的输出电路与至少一个其他像素电信号采集电路中的输出电路共用一根数据采集线;所述共用一根所述数据采集线的所述像素电信号采集电路中,每次仅一个输出电路将输出的电信号通过数据采集线输入到所述集成电路。
11.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~7任一所述的电路。
12.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求11所述的显示面板。
