Abstract
本発明の目的は、可動コアと固定コアとの接触部に発生する応力を抑制し、かつ磁気切れ性を向上することができる電磁ソレノイドを提供することにある。
【解決手段】
電磁ソレノイドは、内周面27ahと外周面27aeとの間に形成された端面27abを有する可動鉄心27aと、内周面25hと外周面25fとの間に形成され可動鉄心27aの端面27abに対向する端面25bを有する固定鉄心25と、を備え、可動鉄心27aの端面27ab又は固定鉄心25の端面25bの少なくともいずれか一方に環状を成して形成された凸形状部27akを有し、凸形状部27akは端面27abの径方向において内周側に偏った位置に設けられ、凸形状部27akの頂部27akpと内周縁27aoとの間の長さ寸法Wiが頂部27akpと外周縁27anとの間の長さ寸法Woよりも短い。

内周面と外周面との間に形成された端面を有する可動鉄心と、
内周面と外周面との間に形成され前記可動鉄心の前記端面に対向する端面を有する固定鉄心と、
を備え、
前記可動鉄心の前記端面又は前記固定鉄心の前記端面の少なくともいずれか一方に環状を成して形成された凸形状部を有し、
前記凸形状部は前記凸形状部が設けられる端面の径方向において内周側に偏った位置に設けられると共に、前記凸形状部は前記凸形状部の頂部と内周縁との間の長さ寸法が前記頂部と外周縁との間の長さ寸法よりも短く形成されている。
協働して燃料通路を開閉する弁座及び弁体と、
前記弁体が一端部に設けられ他端部に可動鉄心が設けられた可動子と、
前記可動鉄心に磁気吸引力を作用させて吸引する固定鉄心と、
を備え、
前記可動鉄心は、内周面と外周面との間に形成された端面を有し、
前記固定鉄心は、内周面と外周面との間に形成され前記可動鉄心の前記端面に対向する端面を有し、
前記可動鉄心の前記端面又は前記固定鉄心の前記端面の少なくともいずれか一方に環状を成して形成された凸形状部を有し、
前記凸形状部は前記凸形状部が設けられる端面の径方向において内周側に偏った位置に設けられると共に、前記凸形状部は前記凸形状部の頂部と内周縁との間の長さ寸法が前記頂部と外周縁との間の長さ寸法よりも短く形成されている燃料噴射弁。
αa:凸形状部27akの曲面と可動鉄心27aの端面27abの外周縁とに接する平面と、可動子27の中心軸線27lに垂直な平面との成す角度
αb:凸形状部25kの曲面と固定鉄心25の端面25bの外周縁とに接する平面と、固定鉄心25の中心軸線25cに垂直な平面との成す角度
Ha:凸形状部27akの端面27abからの突出高さ
Hb:凸形状部25kの端面25bからの突出高さ
そして、αaとαbとを加えた角度α(=αa+αb)が、傾き角度βの最大値βmaxよりも大きい角度(α>βmax)になるように、凸形状部27ak,25kの形状及び突出高さHa,Hbを設定する。この場合、HaとHbとの合計値H0(=Ha+Hb)は、15μm以上50μm以下にするとよい。

この場合、R0,R01a及びR01bは、(式2)の関係を有する。

Claims (14)
- 内周面と外周面との間に形成された端面を有する可動鉄心と、
内周面と外周面との間に形成され前記可動鉄心の前記端面に対向する端面を有する固定鉄心と、
を備え、
前記可動鉄心の前記端面又は前記固定鉄心の前記端面の少なくともいずれか一方に環状を成して形成された凸形状部を有し、
前記凸形状部は前記凸形状部が設けられる端面の径方向において内周側に偏った位置に設けられると共に、前記凸形状部は前記凸形状部の頂部と内周縁との間の長さ寸法が前記頂部と外周縁との間の長さ寸法よりも短く形成されている電磁ソレノイド。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁ソレノイドにおいて、
前記凸形状部の少なくとも外周側は曲率を有する曲面形状であることを特徴とする電磁ソレノイド。 - 請求項2に記載の電磁ソレノイドにおいて、
前記凸形状部の曲面形状と前記可動鉄心の前記端面の外周とに接する平面と前記可動鉄心の中心軸線に垂直な平面とが成す角度をαとし、前記可動鉄心の前記中心軸線の前記固定鉄心の中心軸線に対する最大の傾き角度をβmaxとしたとき、α>βmaxなる関係を有することを特徴とする電磁ソレノイド。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁ソレノイドにおいて、
前記凸形状部の前記頂部は、前記凸形状部が設けられる端面の内周縁に位置し、前記頂部と前記内周縁との間の長さ寸法がゼロであることを特徴とする電磁ソレノイド。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁ソレノイドにおいて、
前記凸形状部は、前記頂部を境に外周側が曲率半径をR01とする曲面で形成されると共に、内周側が曲率半径をR02とする曲面で形成され、
R01≧R02なる関係を有することを特徴とする電磁ソレノイド。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁ソレノイドにおいて、
前記凸形状部は、前記凸形状部が設けられる端面に施される表面処理によって形成される表面処理層により形成されることを特徴とする電磁ソレノイド。 - 協働して燃料通路を開閉する弁座及び弁体と、
前記弁体が一端部に設けられ他端部に可動鉄心が設けられた可動子と、
前記可動鉄心に磁気吸引力を作用させて吸引する固定鉄心と、
を備え、
前記可動鉄心は、内周面と外周面との間に形成された端面を有し、
前記固定鉄心は、内周面と外周面との間に形成され前記可動鉄心の前記端面に対向する端面を有し、
前記可動鉄心の前記端面又は前記固定鉄心の前記端面の少なくともいずれか一方に環状を成して形成された凸形状部を有し、
前記凸形状部は前記凸形状部が設けられる端面の径方向において内周側に偏った位置に設けられると共に、前記凸形状部は前記凸形状部の頂部と内周縁との間の長さ寸法が前記頂部と外周縁との間の長さ寸法よりも短く形成されている燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項7に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記凸形状部の少なくとも外周側は曲率を有する曲面形状であることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項8に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記凸形状部の曲面形状と前記可動鉄心の前記端面の外周とに接する平面と前記可動鉄心の中心軸線に垂直な平面とが成す角度をαとし、前記可動鉄心の前記中心軸線の前記固定鉄心の中心軸線に対する最大の傾き角度をβmaxとしたとき、α>βmaxなる関係を有することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項7に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記凸形状部の前記頂部は、前記凸形状部が設けられる端面の内周縁に位置し、前記頂部と前記内周縁との間の長さ寸法がゼロであることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項7に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記凸形状部は、前記頂部を境に外周側が曲率半径をR01とする曲面で形成されると共に、内周側が曲率半径をR02とする曲面で形成され、
R01≧R02なる関係を有することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項11に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記頂部を境に外周側に形成される曲面の曲率半径R01がR01≧1.5mmなる関係を有することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項7に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記凸形状部は、前記凸形状部が設けられる端面に施される表面処理によって形成される表面処理層により形成されることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項7に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記凸形状部の高さ寸法は15μm以上であることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
