Abstract
Description
第一実施形態は、積層光学フィルムの一種である偏光板の製造方法に関する。第一実施形態に係る偏光板の製造方法は、塗工工程と貼合工程と照射工程とを備える。塗工工程では、活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂を含む塗膜を、フィルム状の基材の表面に形成する。貼合工程では、基材を、塗膜を介して、フィルム状の偏光子の表面に貼合する。照射工程では、基材及び偏光子に挟まれた塗膜へ活性エネルギー線を照射する。以下では、各工程を詳しく説明する。
本発明の第二実施形態に係る積層光学フィルムの製造方法は、以下に記載する事項を除いて、第一実施形態と同じである。以下では、第一実施形態及び第二実施形態に共通する事項の説明を省略する。
Claims (2)
- 活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂を介して重なる複数のフィルムを、一対のロールで挟み、
前記複数のフィルムを貼合する貼合工程と、
貼合された前記複数のフィルムが繰り出される前記一対のロールの間に向けて、活性エネルギー線を照射する照射工程と、
を備える、
積層光学フィルムの製造方法。 - 活性エネルギー線硬化性樹脂を介して重なる複数のフィルムを挟み、前記複数のフィルムを貼合する一対のロールと、
貼合された前記複数のフィルムが繰り出される前記一対のロールの間に向けて、活性エネルギー線を照射する照射装置と、
を備える、
