Abstract
Description
実施の形態1に係るポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)と近赤外線反射顔料(B)と無機系近赤外線吸収剤(C)と酸化防止剤(D)とを必須成分として含有してなるものである。

粘度平均分子量(Mv):20,700 (以下、「PC」と略記)
クロム、鉄、およびコバルトから選ばれた少なくとも2種以上の元素を含む黒色系複 合酸化物顔料
(組成式:Cr2O3:Fe2O3:CoO、Cr2O3:Fe2O3、(Co,Fe)
(Fe,Cr)2O4 )
商品名 42―707A 東罐マテリアル・テクノロジー(株)社製、
平均粒径:0.9μm (以下、「化合物B」と略記)
3−1.六ホウ化物(LaB6)20質量%、ZrO2及びアクリル系分散剤の混合物

以下の式で表される、2,4,8,10−テトラ−t−ブチル−6−〔3−(3−メチル−4−ヒドロキシ−5−t−ブチルフェニル)プロポキシ〕ジベンゾ〔d,f〕〔1,3,2〕ジオキサホスフェピン
ビスフェノールAとホスゲンから合成されたポリカーボネート樹脂
(商品名 UV2043M NAT 住化スタイロンポリカーボネート(株)製)
(a)ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物ペレットの作製
前述の各種配合成分を表1、表2に示す配合比率にて、タンブラーミキサーを用いて混合した後、二軸押出機TEX−30α(JSW(株)製)を用いて溶融温度260℃で造粒しポリカーボネート樹脂ペレットを得た。
上記(a)で作製したポリカーボネート樹脂ペレットを単軸押出機(田辺プラスチック社製VS40単軸押出機)を用いて樹脂温度270℃にて溶融混練し、また表層材であるUV2043Mを単軸押出機(株式会社プラ技研製PEX25―24型単軸押出機)を用いて溶融混練し、それぞれの溶融物を共押出用ダイの基材フィードブロック及び表層フィードブロックに供給し共押出シートを得た。表層の厚みは、30μmであり、基材の厚みは0.77mmであった。
(b)で得られた各シートを分光光度計(日立ハイテクサイエンス(株)製 UH−4150形分光光度計)を用いてD65光源で300nm〜2500nmの波長範囲において1nm間隔で反射率を測定して、得られた反射率の値を用い、JIS K5675−2011に準じて日射反射率を算出した。測定に際しては積分球側面の試料ホルダーを使用して白色板を外し、試験片を固定して測定を行った。表1、表2に測定で得られた日射反射率の測定値を示した。この日射反射率の値は、本発明のシートの日射反射率を表す値であり、値が大きいほど、近赤外線領域の反射性が良好であることを意味する。なお、日射反射率が8以上を良好(○)とし、それを満足出来ない場合は、不良(×)とした。
(b)で得られた各シートを分光光度計(日立ハイテクサイエンス(株)製 UH−4150形分光光度計)を用いてD65光源で380nm〜780nmの波長範囲において1nm間隔で透過率を測定して、得られた透過率の値を用い、JIS R3106−1998に準じて可視光透過率を算出した。表1、表2に測定で得られた可視光透過率の測定値を示した。この可視光透過率の値は、本発明のシートの可視光透過性を表す値であり、大きい値ほど透明性が良好であり、肉眼で見た際、向こう側が見えやすいことを意味する。尚、可視光透過性が40%以上を良好(○)とし、それを満足出来ない場合は、不良(×)とした。
(b)で得られた各シートを分光光度計(日立ハイテクサイエンス(株)製 UH−4150形分光光度計)を用いてD65光源で300nm〜2500nmの波長範囲において1nm間隔で透過率を測定して、得られた透過率の値を用い、JIS K5675−2011に準じて日射透過率を算出した。測定に際しては積分球前面の試料ホルダーを使い試験片を固定して測定を行った。表1、表2に測定で得られた日射透過率の測定値を示した。この日射透過率の値は、本発明のシートの日射透過率を表す値であり、値が小さいほど、近赤外線領域の熱線カット性が良好であることを意味する。尚、日射透過率が60未満を良好(○)とし、それを満足出来ない場合は、不良(×)とした。
Claims (7)
- ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)と近赤外線反射顔料(B)と無機系近赤外線吸収剤(C)と酸化防止剤(D)とを必須成分として含有してなる樹脂組成物であって、該近赤外線反射顔料(B)の量が、該ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100重量部に対して0.01〜20重量部、該無機系近赤外線吸収剤(C)の量が、該ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100重量部に対して0.001〜2重量部であることを特徴とする、ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記近赤外線反射顔料(B)が、クロム、鉄、コバルト、チタン、アンチモン、アルミニウム、亜鉛、およびニッケルから選ばれた少なくとも2種以上の元素を含む複合酸化物顔料である、請求項1記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記近赤外線反射顔料(B)の平均粒径が2μm以下である、請求項1記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記無機系近赤外線吸収剤(C)が、分光光度計で測定した近赤外線吸収極大ピークが950〜1300nmの範囲にある、六ホウ化物および/またはタングステン系酸化物である、請求項1記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記酸化防止剤(D)が、以下の一般式(1)で表される環状亜リン酸エステル系酸化防止剤である、請求項1記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。

(式中、R1、R2、R4およびR5はそれぞれ独立して水素原子、炭素数1〜8のアルキル基、炭素数5〜8のシクロアルキル基、炭素数6〜12のアルキルシクロアルキル基、炭素数7〜12のアラルキル基またはフェニル基を表し、R3は水素原子または炭素数1〜8のアルキル基を表す。Xは単結合、硫黄原子もしくは−CHR6基(R6は水素原子、炭素数1〜8のアルキル基または炭素数5〜8のシクロアルキル基を示す)を表す。Aは炭素数1〜8のアルキレン基または*−COR7基(R7は単結合または炭素数1〜8のアルキレン基を、*は酸素側の結合手であることを示す。)を表す。Y、Zは、いずれか一方がヒドロキシル基、炭素数1〜8のアルコキシ基または炭素数7〜12のアラルキルオキシ基を表し、もう一方が水素原子または炭素数1〜8のアルキル基を表す。) - 前記酸化防止剤(D)の量が、前記ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100重量部に対して0.01〜0.5重量部である、請求項1記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
