Claims (16)
- 電気モータであって、
フレームと、ロータ組立体と、ステータ組立体を有し、
前記ロータ組立体は、磁石と、軸受組立体と、インペラと、シャフトを有し、
前記ステータ組立体は、ステータコアと、ボビンを有し、
前記フレームは、内壁と、外壁を有し、前記外壁は、前記内壁を包囲し、環状チャネルが、前記内壁と前記外壁の間に定められ、
前記フレームは、前記環状チャネルの中を前記内壁から前記外壁まで延びるディフューザベーンを有し、前記内壁は、前記ロータ組立体を支持するボアを含み、前記外壁は、前記電気モータの実質的に円筒形の外側ケーシングを構成する、電気モータ。 - 前記ボアは、前記ロータ組立体を前記軸受組立体のところで支持する、請求項1に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記軸受組立体は、前記シャフトに固定された1対の軸受と、前記2つの軸受の間に配置されたばねを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記軸受組立体は、前記ボア内に固定され、前記内壁は、前記軸受組立体の周りの保護スリーブとして作用する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記外壁は、軸線方向に且つ上流方向及び下流方向の少なくとも一方に、前記内壁を越えて延びる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記ディフューザベーンは、前記内壁を軸線方向に越えて前記外壁まで延びる尾部を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記内壁は、前記内壁の一方の端部から軸線方向に延びる少なくとも1つのラグを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記ステータ組立体は、前記少なくとも1つのラグを受入れる少なくとも1つの凹部を含む、請求項7に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記内壁は、前記内壁の一方の端部から軸線方向に延びる環状突出部を含み、前記環状突出部は、前記インペラのハブに設けられた凹部内に受入れ可能である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記インペラは、アルミニウムで形成された軸線方向インペラであり、ハブと、前記ハブに取付けられた複数のブレードを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記ハブは、前記内壁の環状突出部を受入れる凹部を含む、請求項10に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記内壁は、前記ハブの外径と実質的に一致する外径を有する、請求項10又は11に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記フレームは亜鉛で形成される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記フレームは、前記外壁に形成された電気接続部分を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記電気接続部分はスペード形端子である、請求項14に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記電気接続部分はDC基準接続部である、請求項14又は15に記載の電気モータ。
