Claims (20)
- 少なくとも酸素を含む空気が注入される注入部、排ガスが排出される排出部、および前記注入部と前記排出部とを一つの経路で連結する流路を含む正極集電体と、
前記正極集電体と隣接して配置され、酸素を活物質として用いる正極層、前記正極層を挟んで前記正極集電体の反対側に配置される負極金属層、および前記正極層と前記負極金属層との間に配置される電解質膜を含む単セルと、
を含む電気化学素子。 - 前記単セルは、一対設けられ、前記正極集電体を挟んで対向するように配置される、請求項1に記載の電気化学素子。
- 前記流路は、蛇行形状からなる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気化学素子。
- 前記正極層は、前記正極集電体の一面と接触している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学素子。
- 前記流路は、少なくとも一部が前記正極層表面に向いて開放されている、請求項4に記載の電気化学素子。
- 前記正極集電体は、
2以上の第1突起が形成された第1フレームと、2以上の第2突起が形成された第2フレームとを含み、
前記第1突起と前記第2突起とは、互いに離隔して対向するように配置されている、請求項1に記載の電気化学素子。 - 前記第1突起と前記第2突起は、第1方向に沿って交互に配置される、請求項6に記載の電気化学素子。
- 前記第1突起および前記第2突起は、互いに対応する形状に形成されている、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の電気化学素子。
- 前記負極金属層は、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、ルビジウム、セシウム、亜鉛、カルシウム、マグネシウム、鉄、およびアルミニウムの中から選択されたいずれか一つまたはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学素子。
- 前記電解質膜は、
酸素を遮断しかつ金属イオンに対して伝導性を有する分離膜と、
金属イオンを伝達するための電解質と、を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学素子。 - 前記分離膜は、多孔性フィルムを含み、前記電解質は、前記多孔性フィルムの孔内に含浸されている、請求項10に記載の電気化学素子。
- 前記単セルは、
前記負極金属層を挟んで前記電解質膜の反対側に配置される負極集電体をさらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学素子。 - 前記単セルは、前記正極層と前記正極集電体との間に配置されるガス拡散層をさらに含み、
前記ガス拡散層の第1面は、前記正極集電体と接触している、請求項1に記載の電気化学素子。 - 前記正極層、前記負極金属層および前記電解質膜は、前記ガス拡散層における前記第1面を除いた残りの面のうちの少なくとも一面を覆うように折り曲げられている、請求項13に記載の電気化学素子。
- 前記ガス拡散層は、2以上設けられかつ互いに離隔して配置され、
前記正極層、前記負極金属層および前記電解質膜は、前記2以上のガス拡散層の前記第1面を除いた残りの面のすべてを覆うように繰り返し折り曲げられている、請求項13に記載の電気化学素子。 - 前記負極金属層の部位が互いに隣接して配置されるように、隣接したガス拡散層の間の位置で、前記正極層、前記負極金属層、および前記電解質膜が180度に折り曲げられている、請求項15に記載の電気化学素子。
- 前記負極金属層を挟んで前記電解質膜の反対側に配置される負極集電体をさらに含み、
前記負極集電体の部位が互いに隣接して配置されるように、隣接したガス拡散層の間の位置で、前記正極層、前記負極金属層、前記電解質膜、および前記負極集電体が180度に折り曲げられている、請求項15に記載の電気化学素子。 - 前記単セルは、一対設けられ、前記正極集電体を挟んで対向するように配置される、請求項13〜17のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学素子。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学素子を2以上含む電池モジュールであって、
互いに隣接して配置される前記2以上の電気化学素子と、
前記2以上の電気化学素子のそれぞれの流路と連結されて前記空気を供給する供給マニホールド(manifold)と、
前記2以上の電気化学素子のそれぞれの流路と連結されて排ガスを排出する排気マニホールドと、
を含む電池モジュール。 - 請求項19に記載の電池モジュールを2以上含む電池パックであって、
互いに隣接して配置される前記2以上の電池モジュールと、
前記2以上の電池モジュールのそれぞれの供給マニホールドと連結される供給部と、
前記2以上の電池モジュールのそれぞれの排気マニホールドと連結される排気部と、
を含む電池パック。
