Abstract
【解決手段】円すいころ軸受1は、内輪軌道面21を有する内輪2と、内輪2の外周側に同心に配置され内輪軌道面21に対向する外輪軌道面31を有する外輪3と、内輪軌道面21と外輪軌道面31との間に介在する複数の円すいころ4と、円すいころ4を周方向に沿って所定間隔毎に保持する保持器5とを備えている。保持器5における小径円環部51の内周面51bの直径D1が、円すいころ4の小径側のピッチ円直径D2と略同じである。

Description
そこで、本発明は、潤滑不足による軸受温度の上昇を抑制することができる円すいころ軸受を提供することを目的とする。
この場合、保持器の小径円環部の内周面と柱部の内周面との接続部分に段差が生じないため、小径円環部の内周面から柱部の内周面に向けて潤滑油を円滑に移動させることができる。その結果、潤滑油は上記空間から軸受内部にさらに流入し易くなる。
この場合、溝部により潤滑油を案内することで、小径円環部の内周面から柱部の内周面に向けて潤滑油をさらに円滑に移動させることができる。その結果、潤滑油は上記空間から軸受内部にさらに流入し易くなる。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る円すいころ軸受を示す軸方向断面図である。本実施形態の円すいころ軸受1は、産業機械に搭載されるデファレンシャルギヤ装置のピニオン軸を支持する用途等に使用される。この円すいころ軸受1は、内輪2、外輪3、複数の円すいころ(転動体)4、及びこれら円すいころ4を保持する保持器5を有している。内輪2、外輪3及び保持器5は、共通する軸線Cを中心線とする環状(短円筒状)の部材である。
内輪2は、軸受鋼を用いて製作されていて、焼入れ硬化処理をした後、内輪軌道面21、内周面22、大端面23、小端面24、大鍔面25、大円筒面26、小円筒面27、及び小鍔部28がそれぞれ研削加工によって仕上げられている。
外輪3は、軸受鋼を用いて製作されていて、焼入れ硬化処理をした後、外輪軌道面31、外周面32、大端面33、小端面34、及び内周円筒面35がそれぞれ研削加工によって仕上げられている。
D2−(2×0.3×D4)≦D1≦D2+(2×0.3×D4)
ここで、D4は、円すいころ4の小径側端面43の直径である。

- 内輪軌道面を有する内輪と、前記内輪の外周側に同心に配置され前記内輪軌道面に対向する外輪軌道面を有する外輪と、前記内輪軌道面と前記外輪軌道面との間に介在する複数の円すいころと、前記円すいころを周方向に沿って所定間隔毎に保持する保持器と、を備えた円すいころ軸受であって、
前記保持器における小径側端部の内周面の直径が、前記円すいころの小径側のピッチ円直径と略同じである、円すいころ軸受。 - 前記保持器は、互いに軸方向に離れて配置された小径円環部及び大径円環部と、これら小径円環部と大径円環部とを連結する複数の柱部と、を有し、周方向に隣り合う前記柱部同士の間が前記円すいころを収容するポケットとされており、
前記小径円環部の内周面は、前記柱部の内周面に対して段差が生じないように接続されている、請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受。 - 前記柱部の内周面に、潤滑油を案内する溝部が軸方向に延びて形成されており、
前記溝部の軸方向の一端部は、前記小径円環部の内周面まで延びて形成されている、請求項2に記載の円すいころ軸受。
