Abstract
Description
実施例1の蛍光体の原料として、α型窒化ケイ素粉末(Si3N4、宇部興産株式会社製SN−E10グレード)、窒化カルシウム粉末(Ca3N2、Materion社製)、窒化ストロンチウム粉末(Sr3N2、株式会社高純度化学研究所製純度2N)、窒化アルミニウム粉末(AlN、トクヤマ株式会社製Eグレード)、酸化ユーロピウム(Eu2O3、信越化学工業株式会社製RUグレード)を、Sr:Ca:Al:Si=0.90:0.10:1.00:1.00となる比率で用いた。また三酸化タングステン粉末(WO3、株式会社高純度化学研究所製純度3N)は30ppm添加した。
実施例1と同じ原料粉末を使用し、表1に示すWO3量、Sr/(Ca+Sr)比に変えたほかは実施例1と同じ条件で実施例2〜8、比較例1〜2の蛍光体粉末を作製した。実施例2〜8及び比較例1〜2で得られた蛍光体の発光特性を実施例1の結果と合わせて表1に示す。
実施例9の蛍光体の原料として、α型窒化ケイ素粉末(Si3N4、宇部興産株式会社製SN−E10グレード)、窒化カルシウム粉末(Ca3N2、Materion社製)、窒化アルミニウム粉末(AlN、トクヤマ株式会社製Eグレード)、酸化ユーロピウム(Eu2O3、信越化学工業株式会社製RUグレード)を、Ca:Al:Si=1.00:1.00:1.00となる比率で用いた。また三酸化タングステン粉末(WO3、株式会社高純度化学研究所製純度3N)は400ppm添加した。
実施例9と同じ原料粉末を使用し、表2に示すWO3量に変えたほかは実施例9と同じ条件で比較例3〜4の蛍光体粉末を作製した。比較例3〜4で得られた蛍光体の発光特性を実施例9の結果と合わせて表2に示す。
Claims (6)
- 主結晶相が一般式:MAlSiN3(M元素は、Mg、Ca、Sr、およびBaからなる群から選択される一種以上の元素を表す)で表わされ、かつ主結晶相がCaAlSiN3のみからなるか、または主結晶相がCaAlSiN3と同一の結晶構造を有し、M元素の一部がEu元素で置換されている蛍光体であって、前記蛍光体が前記蛍光体の全体質量を基準として3ppm以上500ppm以下のW(タングステン)を含有する蛍光体。
- 前記蛍光体の全体質量を基準として5ppm以上362ppm以下のWを含有する請求項1に記載の蛍光体。
- M元素がCaである、請求項1又は2に記載の蛍光体。
- M元素がCa及びSrである、請求項1又は2に記載の蛍光体。
- モルで表したときのSr/(Ca+Sr)の値が0.75以上0.97以下である、請求項4に記載の蛍光体。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の蛍光体と、発光素子とを有する発光装置。
