- 赤色・緑色・青色の副画素領域が定義された基板と、
前記赤色・緑色・青色の副画素領域のそれぞれに位置する第1電極と、
前記第1電極の上部における前記赤色・緑色・青色の副画素領域にそれぞれ位置する第1・第2・第3発光層と、
前記第1・第2・第3発光層の上部の第2電極と、
前記第2電極の上部に位置し、前記赤色・緑色・青色の副画素領域にそれぞれ対応する赤色・緑色・青色のカラーフィルターと
を含み、
前記第1および第2発光層は、黄色の発光物質を含み、
前記第1発光層の厚さは、前記第2発光層の厚さより小さい、有機発光ダイオード表示装置。 - 前記黄色の発光物質は、530nm乃至555nmの波長領域で第1発光ピークを有し、590nm乃至620nmの波長領域で第2発光ピークを有する、請求項1に記載の有機発光ダイオード表示装置。
- 前記黄色の発光物質は、4,4’−N,N’−dicarbazole−biphenyl(CBP)と、ドーパントとしてbis[2−(4−tertbutylphenyl)benzothiazolato−N,C2’]iridium(acetylactonate)[(t−bt)2Ir(acac)]を含む、請求項2に記載の有機発光ダイオード表示装置。
- 前記第1および第2発光層のそれぞれは、正孔補助層と発光物質層と電子補助層とを含み、前記第1発光層における正孔補助層の厚さは、前記第2発光層における正孔補助層の厚さより小さい、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光ダイオード表示装置。
- 前記第1発光層における正孔補助層の厚さは250nm乃至280nmであり、前記第2発光層における正孔補助層の厚さは310nm乃至330nmである、請求項4に記載の有機発光ダイオード表示装置。
- 前記第3発光層は青色の発光物質を含み、前記第3発光層の厚さは前記第1発光層の厚さより小さい、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光ダイオード表示装置。
- 前記第3発光層は正孔補助層と発光物質層と電子補助層とを含み、前記第3発光層における正孔補助層の厚さは、前記第1発光層における正孔補助層の厚さより小さい、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光ダイオード表示装置。
- 前記第3発光層における正孔補助層の厚さは30nm乃至70nmである、請求項7に記載の有機発光ダイオード表示装置。
