Claims (10)
- 駆動軸(1)用の長さ調節装置(7)であって、該長さ調節装置(7)は、
第1の長手方向歯列(11)を備える第1の回転エレメント(9)と、
第2の長手方向歯列(12)を備える第2の回転エレメント(10)と、を有し、
前記第1の長手方向歯列(11)および前記第2の長手方向歯列(12)は互いに噛み合いかつ互いに対して軸方向に可動であり、
前記第1の回転エレメント(9)の端部において、前記第1の長手方向歯列(11)の2つの長手方向歯(13,13’)の間の歯間隙(25)に障害物が置かれており、
前記第2の長手方向歯列(12)の長手方向歯(28)の半径方向高さは、他の長手方向歯(24)に対して減じられており、これにより、半径方向高さが減じられた前記長手方向歯(28)のみを、障害物が置かれた前記歯間隙(25)に軸方向に挿入することができる、駆動軸(1)用の長さ調節装置(7)において、
前記歯間隙(25)には、成形または材料接続によって、または第1の回転エレメント(9)のボアに当接したピンによって生ぜしめられた、前記第1の回転エレメント(9)のロッキング部分(27)によって障害物が置かれており、該ロッキング部分(27)または前記ピンは、前記歯間隙または前記歯間隙(25)までの軸方向延長部に配置されていることを特徴とする、駆動軸(1)用の長さ調節装置(7)。 - 前記第2の長手方向歯列(12)の減じられた高さを備える前記長手方向歯(28)は、前記第1の長手方向歯列(11)と前記第2の長手方向歯列(12)との間のトルク伝達中に、減じられた高さを備える前記長手方向歯(28)が、障害物が置かれた前記歯間隙(25)を形成する前記長手方向歯(13,13’)のうちの1つと当接するように形成されている、請求項1記載の長さ調節装置。
- 前記第1の長手方向歯列(11)の、直径方向で反対側の2つの前記歯間隙(25)に障害物が置かれており、
前記第2の長手方向歯列(12)の、直径方向で反対側の2つの前記長手方向歯(28)の半径方向高さが減じられている、請求項1または2記載の長さ調節装置。 - 前記ボアはねじ山付きボアとして形成されており、前記ピンはねじ山付きピンとして形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の長さ調節装置。
- 前記第1の回転エレメント(9)の端部において、前記歯間隙(25)には、端面(14)における凹部(26)によって、または前記端面における軸方向ボアに当接するピンによって障害物が置かれている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の長さ調節装置。
- 前記第1の長手方向歯列(11)の前記長手方向歯(13,13’)は前記端面(14)から延びている、請求項5記載の長さ調節装置。
- 前記第1の回転エレメント(9)は軸ジャーナルであり、前記第1の長手方向歯列(11)は外側長手方向歯列であり、
前記第2の回転エレメント(10)はハブスリーブであり、前記第2の長手方向歯列(12)は内側長手方向歯列である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の長さ調節装置。 - 前記ハブスリーブ(10)の前記内側長手方向歯列(12)は、コールドプレスによって形成されている、請求項7記載の長さ調節装置。
- 駆動軸(1)が、第2の回転エレメント(10)に堅く接続された第1の継手(2)と、第1の回転エレメント(9)に堅く接続された第2の継手(3)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の長さ調節装置を備える駆動軸。
- 前記第1の継手(2)および前記第2の継手(3)はそれぞれ自在継手である、請求項9記載の駆動軸。
