Claims (20)
- 表示領域と、非表示領域と、前記表示領域にある複数のサブピクセルとを有する表示装置であって、
1つのサブピクセルを定義するためのゲートラインおよびデータライン、
前記表示領域の前記サブピクセル領域に配置された薄膜トランジスタ、
前記薄膜トランジスタ上に配置され、前記非表示領域に開口部を有する平坦化層、
前記開口部に配置される信号供給パッド、
前記開口部に前記信号供給パッドを覆う第1の保護層上に配置されたラインパッド、
前記開口部に少なくとも一つの第1コンタクトホールを通して前記ラインパッドに連結し、少なくとも一つの第2コンタクトホールを通して信号供給パッドに連結する、パッド連結層、
前記平坦化層上に配置され、第4コンタクトホールを通して薄膜トランジスタのソース電極と電気的に接続された第1電極、
前記第1電極上に配置された前記第1の保護層、
第2の保護層上に配置され、前記第1電極と重畳された第2電極、及び
前記データラインに平行なタッチセンシングラインを含む、表示装置。 - 少なくとも一つの第3コンタクトホールを通して前記タッチセンシングラインに接続するタッチ接続層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 非表示領域内のラインパッドに接続するように構成されたGIP回路をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記パッド連結層は、前記第2電極と同一の物質である、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記基板から前記タッチセンシングライン、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極は、基板から異なる距離で隔離されている、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記タッチセンシングライン及びラインパッドは、同一の物質である、請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1のコンタクトホールの数は複数であり、前記少なくとも1つの第2のコンタクトホールの数は複数である、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記信号供給パッドと前記ゲートラインは同一の物質で形成される、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記信号供給パッド及び前記ゲートライン上に配置されたゲート絶縁膜をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の表示装置。
- 前記信号供給パッドと前記データラインは同一の物質で形成されている、請求項1に記載の表示装置。

- 前記第2電極は、タッチモードの間はタッチセンサとして動作し、表示モードの間は共通電極として動作する、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2の電極はブロック状である、請求項15に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2電極のサイズは、1つのサブピクセル領域のサイズより大きい、請求項15に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1電極は櫛目形状またはスリット形状にパターニングし、前記第2の電極を板状にパターニングする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1電極は板状にパターニングし、前記第2の電極を櫛目形状またはスリット形状にパターニングする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記データライン、前記タッチセンシングライン、前記第1電極の対向する縁部および前記第2電極の対向する縁部は、互いに平行である、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
