Abstract
【解決手段】ワークWを載置保持した保持テーブル1を移動させながら、粘着性を有する樹脂Gを塗布部材であるダイコータ10からワークWの貼付け部位に所定幅で直接に塗布する。ワークWに塗布された樹脂Gに原反ロールから供給される補強用の基材Tを貼付けローラ15よって押圧しながら貼り付け、所定長さに達した時点で基材Tを切断する。すなわち、粘着シートをワークWに直接に形成する。

粘着性を有する所定幅の樹脂を塗布部材によって前記ワークに塗布する塗布過程と、
前記ワークに塗布された樹脂に補強用の基材を貼付け部材によって貼り付けて粘着シートを形成する貼付け過程と

- ワークに粘着シートを貼り付ける粘着シート貼付け方法であって、
粘着性を有する所定幅の樹脂を塗布部材によって前記ワークに塗布する塗布過程と、
前記ワークに塗布された樹脂に補強用の基材を貼付け部材によって貼り付けて粘着シートを形成する貼付け過程と
を備えたことを特徴とする粘着シート貼付け方法。 - 請求項1に記載の粘着シート貼付け方法において、
前記貼付け過程は、貼付け部材である貼付けローラによって樹脂の幅より小さい幅を有する、単数本または複数本の帯状の基材を樹脂に貼り付ける
ことを特徴とする粘着シート貼付け方法。 - 請求項1に記載の粘着シート貼付け方法において、

前記基材が複数本の粗糸状である場合、貼付けローラは、当該基材を案内しながら樹脂に押圧して貼り付ける複数本のガイド溝を周側面に有する
ことを特徴とする粘着シート貼付け装置。 - 請求項12に記載の粘着シート貼付け装置であって、
前記塗布部材からワークの幅方向に塗布される樹脂量を塗布ライン上で調整しながら塗布方向に沿った複数本の凹部を樹脂表面に形成する制御部を備え、
前記貼付けローラは、粗糸状の基材を案内しながら樹脂表面の凹部に当該基材を挿入および押圧するガイド溝を周側面に有する
ことを特徴とする粘着シート貼付け装置。 - 請求項9または請求項10に記載の粘着シート貼付け装置であって、
前記基材供給部は、単数本または複数本の基材を供給し、
前記貼付け部材は、基材に気体を吹き付けながら樹脂に貼り付けるノズルである
ことを特徴とする粘着シート貼付け装置。 - 請求項14に記載の粘着シート貼付け装置であって、
複数本の粗糸状の基材を周側面に形成された複数本の各ガイド溝に案内しながら樹脂に載置するガイドローラを備えた
ことを特徴とする粘着シート貼付け装置。 - 請求項15に記載の粘着シート貼付け装置であって、
前記塗布部材からワークの幅方向に塗布される樹脂量を塗布ライン上で調整しながら塗布方向に沿った複数本の凹部を樹脂表面に形成する制御部を備え、
前記ガイドローラは、樹脂表面の凹部に粗糸状の基材を案内する - 請求項9または請求項10に記載の粘着シート貼付け装置であって、
前記基材供給部は、前記ワークに塗布された樹脂に対して、当該樹脂の長さに予め切断した前記基材を搬送する
ことを特徴とする粘着シート貼付け装置。 - 請求項9ないし請求項17のいずれかに記載の粘着シート貼付け装置であって、
前記塗布部材は、スリットから樹脂を所定幅で前記ワークに塗布するダイコータである
ことを特徴とする粘着シート貼付け装置。 - 請求項9ないし請求項17のいずれかに記載の粘着シート貼付け装置であって、
前記塗布部材は、樹脂を所定幅で前記ワークに吹きつけ塗布するノズルである
ことを特徴とする粘着シート貼付け装置。
