Abstract
【解決手段】破片貯蔵庫1からのバラ品を分離して引渡位置へ運搬するための装置7は、このバラ品を運搬する液流を発生させるために、バラ品を吸引する低圧ノズル8を備えている。引渡位置の領域では、液流内に、液体を透過させる受け板10がバラ品のために配置されている。液路11は、受け板10の下流の位置から、低圧ノズル8の入口の近くの領域まで通じている。この装置7は、ケーブルブッシングをケーブルに取り付けるために使用され、複数のばらばらのケーブルブッシングを収容するための破片物貯蔵庫1を含んでいる。この装置7によって、破片物貯蔵庫の中にあるケーブルブッシングは引き離され、搬送装置5によって、運搬されたケーブルブッシングをケーブルに取付けるために、取付装置の取付箇所に搬送される。

Claims (10)
- バラ品を引き離し、当該バラ品を破片物貯蔵庫(1)から引渡位置へ運搬するための装置(7)であり、
基本的には垂直に上へと方向づけられる流出方向を有しており、前記破片物貯蔵庫(1)の底近くにあり、前記バラ品を吸引し、当該バラ品を運搬する液流を発生させる低圧ノズル(8)、および、
前記バラ品のために、前記引渡位置の上方にある、前記バラ品のための、液体を透過させる受け板(10)、
を有する装置(7)であって、
前記受け板(10)は、前記バラ品を透過させず、かつ、水平線とゼロではない角度、特に鈍角をなすことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記低圧ノズル(8)は、コアンダ原理に従って、ベンチュリノズルまたはボルテックスノズルとして実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記引渡位置および前記受け板(10)は、前記装置(7)の最も上の領域に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記破片物貯蔵庫(1)の内部空間は、前記低圧ノズル(8)から前記受け板(10)へ、さらには前記破片物貯蔵庫(1)の底へと戻り、低圧ノズル(8)の底へ戻る環状の液流の形成を妨害または阻止する組込部、特に、水平に延びる分割部品、から防護されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも前記受け板(10)および液路(11)の流入口、好ましくは、引き離されたバラ品のための引渡位置もが、前記低圧ノズル(8)の流出口を垂直方向から見たときに、ずらして配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記低圧ノズル(8)から離れて、そして基本的にはそれと同じ高さに、好ましくは前記装置(7)に対向する側に、好ましくは変更可能な流出方向を有する吹き付けノズル(13)が存在することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- バラ品によって充満された前記破片物貯蔵庫(1)の内部空間では、区画された液路(11)が、前記受け板(10)の下流位置から、前記低圧ノズル(8)の入口近くまで通じることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記液路(11)の流出口(12)は前記低圧ノズル(8)の吸引口の近くであってその水平方向下方にあり、その際、各々の流出口(12)の直径は、好ましくは前記バラ品の最小寸法よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記液路の前記流出口(12)の少なくとも1つの区画された群は、前記低圧ノズル(8)の前記吸引口の近くであってその水平方向下方にあることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 複数のばらばらにされたケーブルブッシングを収容するための破片物貯蔵庫(1)と、当該破片物貯蔵庫の中にあるケーブルブッシングを引き離し、引き離されたケーブルブッシングを取付箇所に運搬する装置(7)と、運搬された前記ケーブルブッシングをケーブルに取り付けるための取付装置とを含み、ケーブルブッシングをケーブルに取り付けるための装置であって、
前記装置(7)は、前記破片物貯蔵庫(1)からのバラ品を引き離し、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の引渡位置へと運搬することを特徴とする、ケーブルブッシングをケーブルに取り付けるための装置。
