Description
Claims (12)
- バラ品を分離して破片物貯蔵庫(1)から引渡位置へ運搬するための装置(7)であり、
前記バラ品を吸引する吸引ノズル(8)と、
前記バラ品を運搬する流体流を発生する流出口(12)と、
前記流体流を前記吸引ノズル(8)から上方に誘導する流体経路と、を備え、
流体を透過させる受け板(10)が、前記流体経路の前記流体流の流出位置の領域に配設され、
流路(11)が前記受け板(10)の下流の位置から前記吸引ノズル(8)の入口付近の領域まで延び、
流体を透過させる前記受け板(10)は、前記バラ品が前記受け板(10)に衝突し、衝突によって必然的に減速した後で垂直下方に向かって落下するように、前記バラ品の流出口において搬送流の内部に配置されること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 前記吸引ノズル(8)は、コアンダ原理に従って、ベンチュリノズルまたはボルテックスノズルとして設計されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記吸引ノズル(8)は、前記装置(7)の底の近くに配置され、前記吸引ノズル(8)の長軸は、実質的に垂直に上に向かう方向に沿っていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記流体経路の前記流体流の流出位置および前記受け板(10)、および前記流路(11)の吸引口は、前記装置(7)の最も上の領域に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも前記受け板(10)と、前記流路(11)の吸引口と、引き離されたバラ品のための引渡位置とが、垂直方向から見たときに、前記吸引ノズル(8)の流出口からずらして配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記流路(11)の少なくとも1つの前記流出口(12)は前記吸引ノズル(8)の吸引口の近くで当該吸引口の水平方向下方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記流出口(12)の直径は、前記バラ品の最小寸法よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記流路(11)の前記流出口(12)の少なくとも1つの区画された群は、前記吸引ノズル(8)の前記吸引口の近くで当該吸引口の水平方向下方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記吸引ノズル(8)から離れて、且つ前記吸引ノズル(8)と実質的に同じ高さに、前記装置(7)の前記破片物貯蔵庫(1)の側に、吹き付けノズル(13)が存在することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記吹き付けノズル(13)は、変更可能な流出方向を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記吸引ノズル(8)は、前記装置(7)の前記破片物貯蔵庫(1)の側に存在することを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の装置。
- 複数のばらばらのケーブルブッシングを収容するための破片物貯蔵庫(1)と、前記破片物貯蔵庫(1)の中にあるケーブルブッシングを引き離し、引き離されたケーブルブッシングを取付箇所に運搬する前記装置(7)と、運搬された前記ケーブルブッシングをケーブルに取り付けるための取付装置とを含み、ケーブルブッシングをケーブルに取り付けるための他の装置であって、
前記装置(7)は、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置(7)であることを特徴とする、ケーブルブッシングをケーブルに取り付けるための他の装置。
