Abstract
Description
車両1の停止中にイグニションキーIGがオンとなると、電子制御ユニット10はステップS1の処理を行う。
第3速段にプレシフトする場合、図5において太線にて表示された第1クラッチC1から下流部分、すなわち内側メインシャフトIMS、サンギヤ71、ロータ3a、5−7速シンクロメッシュ機構81、3速シンクロメッシュ機構82、3速駆動ギヤ43及びギヤ56が、2−3速従動ギヤ53を介してセカンダリシャフトSSに連結される。これにより第2クラッチC2から下流の第2駆動系に対する負荷慣性が増加し、第2クラッチC2から下流の駆動系の固有振動数が低下し、第2クラッチ締結に伴う駆動力の回転変動を好適に減衰させることが可能となる。その結果、クラッチ締結により車体に発生する振動を好適に抑制することが可能となる。
この説明図は、第2クラッチC2を締結した際に発生する振動がプレシフトの有無により第2クラッチC2から下流の第2駆動系においてどの程度増幅或いは減衰されて伝達されるかを周波数毎に示すグラフである。具体的には、例えば第2クラッチC2に近い外側メインシャフトOMSにおける時間毎のトルクデータ(入力トルク信号)と、ドライブシャフトにおける時間毎のトルクデータ(出力トルク信号)との比(ゲイン)をFFT(高速フーリエ変換)により周波数毎のゲインに変換したものである。なお、ゲインは常用対数で表されている。
ここでは、既述した通り、車体振動データとして第2クラッチC2の回転振幅、ドライブシャフト6L,6Rのトルク振幅、および車体振動振幅の各タイムチャートが表示されている。

Claims (5)
- 車両を駆動する駆動力を発生する駆動源と、
第1断接手段を介して選択的に前記駆動源に結合する第1入力軸と、
第2断接手段を介して選択的に前記駆動源に結合する第2入力軸と、
前記第1入力軸上に相対回転自在に設けられた1又は複数の駆動ギヤから成る第1ギヤ群と、
前記第1ギヤ群に属するいずれか1つの駆動ギヤを選択的に前記第1入力軸に同期係合する第1同期係合機構と、
前記第2入力軸上に相対回転自在に設けられた1又は複数の駆動ギヤから成る第2ギヤ群と、
前記第2ギヤ群に属するいずれか1つの駆動ギヤを選択的に前記第2入力軸に同期係合する第2同期係合機構と、
前記第1及び第2ギヤ群に属する各駆動ギヤに噛み合う1又は複数の従動ギヤが相対回転不能に設けられた出力軸と、
前記第1及び第2同期係合機構を制御する制御装置と、を備えた変速機であって、
前記制御装置は、前記第2ギヤ群に属する一の駆動ギヤを選択し前記第2断接手段を締結して前記車両を発進させる際、前記第1ギヤ群に属する一の駆動ギヤを前記第1入力軸に予め同期係合させるように前記第1同期係合機構を制御するように構成されていることを特徴とする変速機。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第2ギヤ群に属する一の駆動ギヤを選択し前記第2断接手段を締結し前記車両を発進させる際、前記第1ギヤ群に属する前記駆動ギヤの内で最も低速段の駆動ギヤを前記第1入力軸に予め同期係合させるように前記第1同期係合機構を制御するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第2断接手段が完全に締結される迄に前記第1ギヤ群に属する前記駆動ギヤを前記第1入力軸に予め同期係合させるように前記第1同期係合機構を制御することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の変速機。
- 前記第1入力軸には該第1入力軸を駆動することが可能なモータが接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載の変速機。
- 前記モータには遊星歯車機構が接続され、該遊星歯車機構のサンギヤは該モータのロータと一体となって回転すると共に、キャリアは前記第1ギヤ群に属する一の駆動ギヤと一体となって回転し、リングギヤは前記第1同期係合機構によって選択的に回転を拘束されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の変速機。
