Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 車輪とともに回転するブレーキディスクを挟持して前記車輪を制動するブレーキ装置であって、
車体又は台車に支持されるブレーキ本体と、
一端部と他端部との間の支持部が前記ブレーキ本体に回動可能に支持される一対のリンクアームと、
作動流体の給排によって作動し前記一対のリンクアームを回動させることにより、前記ブレーキディスクの両面に臨むように前記一対のリンクアームの前記他端部に支持され前記ブレーキディスクに摺接して摩擦力を付与可能なブレーキライニングを前記ブレーキディスクに押圧するアクチュエータと、
伸縮可能に設けられ前記一対のリンクアームの前記一端部どうしを連結する連結部材と、
前記連結部材を伸長させて前記ブレーキディスクに対する前記ブレーキライニングの相対位置を一定に調整するアジャスタと、を備え、
前記アジャスタは、
回転不能に設けられ第一ねじ部が形成される第一部材及び回転可能に設けられ前記第一ねじ部に螺合する第二ねじ部が形成される第二部材を有して前記第一部材及び前記第二部材の相対回転により前記連結部材を伸長させる伸長機構と、
前記第二部材の外周に設けられ前記連結部材が伸長する方向にのみ前記第二部材へ回転トルクを伝達可能なトルク伝達部と、
前記連結部材に形成され前記第二部材を収容する収容部に設けられて、前記第二部材の一端部に当接する当接部と、
前記当接部に向けて前記第二部材を軸方向に押圧する押圧部材と、を有することを特徴とするブレーキ装置。 - 前記当接部は、前記第二部材の中心軸に対して傾斜するテーパ状の当接面であり、
前記第二部材は、
前記第二ねじ部が形成される本体部と、
前記当接面に対応した形状に形成されて前記当接面に当接する押圧面が設けられる押圧端部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ装置。 - 前記押圧端部の最大外径は、前記本体部の最大外径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーキ装置。
- 前記第一部材は、外周に前記第一ねじ部である雄ねじが形成されるボルト部材であり、
前記第二部材は、前記第一部材が挿通するボルト挿通孔の内周に前記第二ねじ部である雌ねじが形成されるナット部材であり、
前記第二部材における前記押圧端部の内側には、前記押圧端部を補強する補強部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のブレーキ装置。 - 前記補強部は、中実に形成されると共に前記押圧端部の内周に圧入される支持部材であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のブレーキ装置。
- 前記連結部材は、
一方の前記リンクアームに連結されると共に前記収容部が形成される連結本体部と、
他方の前記リンクアームに連結される連結ロッド部と、
前記連結本体部に連結され前記連結本体部と共に前記連結ロッド部に対し軸方向に相対移動するガイドスリーブと、を有し、
前記押圧部材は、前記ガイドスリーブに設けられる座部と前記第二部材との間に介装される押圧ばねであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載のブレーキ装置。
