Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係る殺菌装置の概略構成を示す模式図である。流体殺菌装置100は、紫外線を殺菌室に照射することで、殺菌室を通過する流体に含まれている細菌等を殺菌するものである。
Claims (7)
- 紫外線を出射する半導体発光素子を有する光源と、
殺菌対象である流体が通過する流路を形成する筐体と、
前記光源から出射した紫外線の一部を受光し、受光した紫外線の光量を検出する受光部と、
前記受光部から取得した紫外線の光量の情報に基づいて前記半導体発光素子の出力を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記筐体は、紫外線が入射する入射部と、紫外線を内面で反射する反射部とを有し、
前記反射部は、紫外線の一部を透過させる材料で構成されており、
前記受光部は、反射部を透過した一部の紫外線を受光できる位置に設けられていることを特徴とする流体殺菌装置。 - 前記受光部は、前記反射部を挟んで前記入射部と反対側の領域に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記反射部は、波長が285nmの紫外線の拡散反射率が78.5〜95.4%の範囲であり、波長が285nmの紫外線の拡散透過率が0.6〜13.1%の範囲である材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記反射部は、アモルファス結晶構造を一部に有するポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記反射部は、厚みが1〜20mmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記半導体発光素子は、ピーク発光波長が250nm〜350nmの範囲にある紫外線を発することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記筐体は、
前記反射部を有する筒状の殺菌室と、
前記殺菌室の長手方向に対して交差する方向に設けられている、流体の流入口および流体の流出口と、を有し、
前記光源は、前記殺菌室の長手方向の両端の少なくとも一方の外側に配置されており、 前記入射部は、前記光源と前記殺菌室との間に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の流体殺菌装置。
