Abstract
Description
(A)ポリイソプレンを含む植物組織と有機溶媒とを、60℃から80℃の温度で合わせて、ポリイソプレン溶液を調製する工程;および
(B)該ポリイソプレン溶液の温度を0℃から30℃にまで低下させて、該ポリイソプレン溶液中に該ポリイソプレンを析出する工程;
を包含し、
ここで、該有機溶媒がエチレングリコールジメチルエーテルである、方法である。
トランス型ポリイソプレンを生産する温帯性樹木のトチュウ(Eucommia ulmoides)について、2014年秋に収穫した翼果を充分に乾燥した。その後、これを籾摺り機内で種子と果皮とに分離した(なお、トチュウ果皮には乾燥重量を基準として約10重量%〜約25重量%の割合でトランス型ポリイソプレンが含有されていることが知られている)。この操作によって得られた果皮は、最大径が約2mm程度の顆粒状に破砕されていた。この破砕物を、試料として以下に使用した。

Claims (7)
- ポリイソプレンを製造するための方法であって、
(A)ポリイソプレンを含む植物組織と有機溶媒とを、60℃から80℃の温度で合わせて、ポリイソプレン溶液を調製する工程;および
(B)該ポリイソプレン溶液の温度を0℃から30℃にまで低下させて、該ポリイソプレン溶液中に該ポリイソプレンを析出する工程;
を包含し、
ここで、該有機溶媒がエチレングリコールジメチルエーテルである、方法。 - 前記ポリイソプレンを含む植物組織が、ポリイソプレンを含む植物体の破砕体に10℃から30℃の温度で前処理溶媒を付与する前処理工程を経て得られたものであり、ここで、該前処理溶媒がエチレングリコールジメチルエーテルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリイソプレンがトランス型ポリイソプレンである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリイソプレンを含む植物組織がトチュウ(Eucommia ulmoides)由来である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- さらに、(C)前記ポリイソプレン溶液から前記析出したポリイソプレンを分離して、回収液を得る工程;を包含する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- さらに、(D)前記回収液を、前記有機溶媒として前記(A)工程に戻す工程;を包含する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- さらに、(E)前記回収液を、前記前処理溶媒として前記前処理工程に戻す工程;を包含する、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
