Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態によるハイブリッド車両5の概略構成図である。図1を参照して、ハイブリッド車両5は、エンジンENGと、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2と、バッテリ10と、電力変換ユニット(PCU:Power Control Unit)20と、動力分割機構PSDと、減速機RDと、前輪70L,70Rと、後輪80L,80Rと、電子制御ユニット(ECU:Electronic Control Unit)30とを備える。本実施の形態に係る制御装置は、たとえばECU30が実行するプログラムにより実現される。なお、図1には、前輪70L,70Rを駆動輪とするハイブリッド車両5が例示されるが、前輪70L,70Rに代えて後輪80L,80Rを駆動輪としてもよいし、前輪70L,70Rに加えて後輪80L,80Rを駆動輪としてもよい。
(1) 前述した実施の形態のハイブリッド車両5は、エンジンENGと、モータジェネレータMG1と、三相のモータジェネレータMG2と、動力分割機構PSDと、インバータ14,22と、ECU30とを備える。
次に上述した実施の形態の変形例を説明する。
ECU30は、モータジェネレータMG2に異常がある場合、走行レンジがパーキングレンジでなく、かつ、車速がゼロであり、かつ、ユーザが要求する駆動力がゼロであるという所定条件を満たすときには、リングギヤ152を機械的にロックするとともに、モータジェネレータMG1でエンジンENGをクランキングする制御を実行してエンジンENGを始動する一方、所定条件を満たさないときには、モータジェネレータMG1でエンジンENGをクランキングすると共に、インバータ14の各相の上アームもしくは各相の下アームをオン状態に制御するを実行してエンジンENGを始動する。
このように、所定条件を満たさないときには、前述の制御Aを実行してエンジンENGを始動する。一方、所定条件を満たすときには、リングギヤ152がロックされ、モータジェネレータMG2の回転が機械的にロックされるので、駆動輪の側に伝達されるトルクを打ち消すためのトルクをモータジェネレータMG2から発生させる必要がない。その結果、インバータ14での無駄な電力の消費をなくした状態で、エンジンENGを始動することができる。
Claims (3)
- エンジンと、
第1の電動機と、
多相の第2の電動機と、
前記第1の電動機の出力軸に連結されるサンギヤ、前記第2の電動機の出力軸に連結されるリングギヤ、および、前記エンジンの出力軸に連結されるプラネタリキャリヤを有する遊星歯車装置を含んで構成される動力分割機構と、
前記第1の電動機への給電を制御するための第1のインバータと、
各相が上アームと下アームとを有する多相フルブリッジ型であり、前記第2の電動機への給電を制御するための第2のインバータと、
前記第1の電動機、前記第2の電動機、および、前記エンジンの出力を制御するための制御装置とを備え、
前記第2の電動機に異常がある場合、前記制御装置は、前記第1の電動機で前記エンジンをクランキングする第1の制御と、前記第2のインバータの各相の前記上アームもしくは各相の前記下アームをオン状態に制御する第2の制御とを含む特定制御を実行して前記エンジンを始動する、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記第2の電動機に異常がある場合、前記制御装置は、
走行レンジがパーキングレンジでないときには、前記特定制御を実行して前記エンジンを始動する一方、
走行レンジがパーキングレンジであるときには、前記第1の制御を実行するとともに前記第2のインバータを停止して前記エンジンを始動する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記第2の電動機に異常がある場合、前記制御装置は、
走行レンジがパーキングレンジでなく、かつ、車速がゼロであり、かつ、ユーザが要求する駆動力がゼロであるという所定条件を満たすときには、前記リングギヤを機械的にロックするとともに前記第1の制御を実行して前記エンジンを始動する一方、
前記所定条件を満たさないときには、前記特定制御を実行して前記エンジンを始動する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
