Claims (21)
- 金属シートと、
前記金属シートの一方の表面に付着された上接着シートと、
前記金属シートの他方の表面に付着された下接着シートと、
前記上接着シートおよび前記下接着シートにそれぞれ付着された上、下吸湿材料層と、
を備えたことを特徴とする除湿基材。 - 前記金属シートの材料は、超伝導薄膜発熱シートまたは正の温度係数(Positive Temperature Coefficient:PTC)のサーミスターである、請求項1に記載の除湿基材。
- 前記上接着シートおよび前記下接着シートは、(Acrylic)+(PET)または(Silicone)+(PET)である、請求項1に記載の除湿基材。
- 前記上、下吸湿材料層は、多孔性材料である、シリカゲル、活性酸化アルミニウム、ゼオライトまたは活性炭から形成される、請求項1に記載の除湿基材。
- 前記上接着シートおよび前記下接着シートの厚みは、0.16〜0.25mmである、請求項1に記載の除湿基材。
- 前記金属シートの厚みは、0.03〜0.08mmである、請求項1に記載の除湿基材。
- 前記上、下吸湿材料層の吸湿材料の粒径は、0.3〜0.5mmである、請求項1に記載の除湿基材。
- 金属シートと、上接着シートと、下接着シートと、上離型シートと、下離型シートとを含む基材原反を載置する原反載置部と、
前記原反載置部の下流の前記基材原反の進行経路の近傍に位置し、前記上離型シートを巻き上げる上離型シート巻取り部と、
前記上離型シートが剥離された前記基材原反の進行経路の近傍に位置し、吸湿材料が充填された第1のバスケットと、前記上離型シートが剥離された前記基材原反の進行経路の近傍に位置し、前記上離型シートが剥離された前記基材原反が通過する際に、前記第1のバスケットから前記吸湿材料を前記上接着シートに落下させる第1の供給ベースと、を含む上吸湿材料供給部と、
前記上吸湿材料供給部の下流の前記基材原反の進行経路の近傍に位置し、前記下離型シートを巻き上げる下離型シート巻取り部と、
前記下離型シートが剥離された前記基材原反の進行経路の近傍に位置し、吸湿材料が充填された第2のバスケットと、前記下離型シートが剥離された前記基材原反の進行経路の近傍に位置し、前記下離型シートが剥離された前記基材原反が通過する際に、前記第2のバスケットから前記吸湿材料を前記下接着シートに落下させて除湿基材を形成する第2の供給ベースと、を含む下吸湿材料供給部と、
前記基材原反または前記除湿基材の進行経路に位置し、前記基材原反または前記除湿基材に接触し、前記基材原反または前記除湿基材を進行させるローラーと、
前記下吸湿材料供給部の下流の前記除湿基材の進行経路に位置し、前記除湿基材の吸湿材料に接触し、前記上接着シートおよび前記下接着シートに前記吸湿材料が散布された前記除湿基材を加圧する加圧ローラーと、
前記加圧ローラーの下流の前記除湿基材の進行経路の末端に位置し、前記加圧ローラーにより加圧された前記除湿基材を巻き上げる基材巻取り部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする除湿基材成形装置。 - 前記上離型シート巻取り部および前記下離型シート巻取り部のそれぞれを駆動する第1、2の駆動モータをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の除湿基材成形装置。
- 前記基材巻取り部を駆動する第3の駆動モータをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の除湿基材成形装置。
- ベルト伝動システムを介して前記ローラーおよび前記加圧ローラーを回動させる第4の駆動モータをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の除湿基材成形装置。
- 前記ローラーは、第1〜第4のローラーをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の除湿基材成形装置。
- 前記原反載置部と前記上吸湿材料供給部との間の前記基材原反の進行経路に位置する第1の剥離ローラーをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の除湿基材成形装置。
- 前記上吸湿材料供給部と前記下吸湿材料供給部との間の前記基材原反の進行経路に位置する第2の剥離ローラーをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の除湿基材成形装置。
- 前記上離型シート巻取り部、前記下離型シート巻取り部、前記基材巻取り部、並びに、前記ローラー及び前記加圧ローラー、のそれぞれを駆動する第1、2、3、4の駆動モータの回転速度を制御する制御モジュールをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の除湿基材成形装置。
- 前記上吸湿材料供給部の第1の供給ベースは、第1の上供給ベースと第1の下供給ベースとを含み、
前記第1の上供給ベースと前記第1の下供給ベースとの間のピッチは、前記吸湿材料の直径に前記上接着シート、前記金属シート、前記下接着シート、および前記下離型シートの厚みが加算された大きさと同一である、請求項8に記載の除湿基材成形装置。 - 前記下吸湿材料供給部の第2の供給ベースは、第2の上供給ベースと第2の下供給ベースとを含み、
前記第2の上供給ベースと前記第2の下供給ベースとの間のピッチは、前記吸湿材料の直径の二倍に前記上接着シート、前記金属シート、および前記下接着シートの厚みが加算された大きさと同一である、請求項8に記載の除湿基材成形装置。 - 前記第1の上供給ベースと前記第1の下供給ベースとの間のピッチ、および、前記第2の供給ベースと前記第2の下供給ベースとの間のピッチは、それぞれピッチ調節部によって調節される、請求項16または17に記載の除湿基材成形装置。
- 前記第1の上供給ベースと前記第1の下供給ベースとの間、および、前記第2の上供給ベースと前記第2の下供給ベースとの間には、前記吸湿材料が前記上、下接着シートに均一に落下するように制御する制御板をさらに含む、請求項16または17に記載の除湿基材成形装置。
- 前記原反載置部にある基材原反の直径、および前記基材巻取り部にある除湿基材の直径を検出するセンサーをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の除湿基材成形装置。
- 金属シートと、上接着シートと、下接着シートと、上離型シートと、下離型シートとを含む基材原反を供給するステップと、
前記基材原反の一端を末端巻取り部に巻き付けるステップと、
前記基材原反から前記上離型シートを剥離し、前記基材原反の前記上接着シートに吸湿材料を散布するステップと、
前記基材原反から前記下離型シートを剥離し、前記基材原反の前記下接着シートに吸湿材料を散布し、除湿基材を形成するステップと、
前記上接着シートおよび前記下接着シートに前記吸湿材料が散布された前記除湿基材を加圧するステップと、
加圧された前記除湿基材を巻き上げるステップと、
を備えたことを特徴とする除湿基材成形方法。
