Abstract
【解決手段】
高圧ポンプ10は、吐出部より下流流路の燃料の圧力が所定圧以上になると上流流路に燃料を戻す圧力調整部70を有する。圧力調整部70は、ボディ部73、弁部材71を備えている。ボディ部73により、下流流路と繋がる流入口732a及び上流流路と繋がる流出口733aとが形成されている。弁部材71はボディ部73により形成される弁座734に着座することで流入口732aを塞ぐ。また弁部材71は、外壁部713と、外壁部713より弁座734側に設けられ、外壁部713より外径が小さい先端部715を有している。高圧ポンプ10は、外壁部713を挟持する弁保持部材75を有している。また、ボディ部73によって、弁保持部材75の弁座734とは反対側への移動を規制する規制部736が形成されている。

Description
燃料を貯溜する燃料タンク30内には、燃料を汲み上げる低圧ポンプ31が設置されている。この低圧ポンプ31は、バッテリ(図示せず)を電源として駆動される。この低圧ポンプ31から吐出される燃料は、低圧流路33を通り高圧ポンプ10に供給される。
上記第1実施形態において、保持部材75の内壁に切欠き751を形成するようにしてもよい。このようにすると、高圧流路34の燃料は、切欠き751を通り、低圧流路33に流れやすくなる。
Claims (5)
- プランジャ(41)の移動によって容積変化し燃料を加圧可能な加圧室(42)を形成する加圧部(40)と、
前記加圧室にて加圧される燃料を、燃料レール(20)へ吐出する吐出部(60)と、
前記吐出部より下流側の空間である下流流路から前記吐出部より上流側側の空間である上流流路への燃料が流れるリリーフ流路を形成するリリーフ流路(731a)、前記リリーフ流路と前記下流流路とを繋ぐ流入口(732a)、前記流入口の径外側に環状に形成される弁座(734)、及び前記リリーフ流路と前記上流流路とを繋ぐ流出口(733)を形成するボディ部と、
大径部(713)、および、前記大径部の前記弁座側に設けられ前記大径部より外径が小さい小径部(715)を有し、前記小径部が前記弁座に着座することで前記流入口を塞ぎ、前記下流流路の圧力が所定圧以上になると前記小径部が前記弁座から離座することで前記流入口を開く弁部材(71)と、
前記弁部材を前記弁座側に付勢する付勢部材(77)と、
前記大径部を内側に挟持する弁保持部材(75)と、
前記弁保持部材の前記弁座とは反対側への移動を規制可能な規制部(736)と、
を備える高圧ポンプ(10)。 - 前記規制部は、前記ボディ部の内壁から、前記ボディ部の軸に向けて伸びる面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧ポンプ。
- 前記弁部材は、前記着座時に前記弁座と接する面より前記離座側に、外側に延び前記弁保持部材の端部を係止可能な係止面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高圧ポンプ。
- 前記弁保持部材は、前記弁部材の外周を覆うリング形状の部材であって、
前記弁保持部材には、前記着座方向から前記離座方向にかけて延びる隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の高圧ポンプ。 - 前記弁保持部材の内壁には切欠きが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高圧ポンプ。
