- シート部と、前記シート部に着座するリリーフ弁と、を有するリリーフ弁機構を備え、設定吐出圧力が30MPa以上35MPa以下となるように設定された燃料供給ポン
プにおいて、
前記シート部のシート角度が40°~50°となるように形成されるとともに、前記リリーフ弁機構の設定開弁圧力が設定吐出圧力よりも大きく、前記設定開弁圧力と前記設定吐出圧力との差が、2MPa以上3MPa以下となるように設定された燃料供給ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料供給ポンプにおいて、
燃料を加圧する加圧室を備え、
前記リリーフ弁機構は、前記加圧室の吐出側の圧力と、前記加圧室の圧力との圧力差が前記設定開弁圧力より大きくなった場合に開弁するように構成され、
前記設定吐出圧力は、吸入行程における前記加圧室の吐出側の圧力最大値として設定された燃料供給ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料供給ポンプにおいて、
燃料を加圧する加圧室を備え、
前記リリーフ弁機構は、前記加圧室の吐出側の圧力と、前記加圧室の吸入側の圧力との圧力差が前記設定開弁圧力より大きくなった場合に開弁するように構成され、
前記設定吐出圧力は、圧縮行程における前記加圧室の吐出側の圧力最大値として設定された燃料供給ポンプ。 - シート部と、前記シート部に着座するリリーフ弁と、を有するリリーフ弁機構を備え、前記リリーフ弁機構の設定開弁圧力が設定吐出圧力よりも大きくなるように設定された燃料供給ポンプの製造方法において、
前記設定吐出圧力が同じ場合において、前記シート部のシート角度が大きい程、前記設定開弁圧力と前記設定吐出圧力との差分で設定される設定値が大きくなるように前記リリーフ弁機構を製造することを特徴とする燃料供給ポンプの製造方法。 - シート部と、前記シート部に着座するリリーフ弁と、を有するリリーフ弁機構を備え、
前記リリーフ弁機構の設定開弁圧力が設定吐出圧力よりも大きくなるように設定された燃
料供給ポンプの製造方法において、
前記シート部のシート角度が同じ場合において、前記設定吐出圧力が大きい程、前記設定開弁圧力と前記設定吐出圧力との差分で設定される設定値が大きくなるように前記リリーフ弁機構を製造することを特徴とする燃料供給ポンプの製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載の燃料供給ポンプの製造方法において、
前記設定吐出圧力が30MPa以上35MPa以下に設定されたことを特徴とする燃料供給ポンプの製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載の燃料供給ポンプの製造方法において、
前記シート部のシート角度が40°~50°の間になるように設定されたことを特徴とする燃料供給ポンプの製造方法。 - 請求項4又は5に記載の燃料供給ポンプの製造方法において、
前記リリーフ弁機構を加圧室の吐出側の圧力と前記加圧室の圧力との圧力差が前記設定開弁圧力より大きくなった場合に開弁するように構成し、
前記設定吐出圧力を吸入行程における前記加圧室の吐出側の圧力最大値として設定することを特徴とする燃料供給ポンプの製造方法。 - 請求項4又は5に記載の燃料供給ポンプの製造方法において、
前記リリーフ弁機構を加圧室の吐出側の圧力と、前記加圧室の吸入側の圧力との圧力差が前記設定開弁圧力より大きくなった場合に開弁するように構成し、
前記設定吐出圧力を圧縮行程における前記加圧室の吐出側の圧力最大値として設定することを特徴とする燃料供給ポンプの製造方法。
