Abstract
Description
本出願は、2013年11月22日提出の「輸送手段用ガラス封止部材の形成方法、輸送手段の窓ガラス及び金型」という発明の名称の中国特許出願第201310597096.X号の優先権を主張し、その開示全体を参照によりここに組み入れるものである。
Claims (14)
- 輸送手段用ガラス封止部材を形成するための方法であって、
発泡剤により形成されている気泡核を含むポリマー溶融液を作ること、及び、
金型キャビティの内壁の少なくとも一部分で気泡核が成長するのを抑制するようにして、金型内に気泡核を含むポリマー溶融液を射出することにより射出成形処理を実施して、輸送手段用ガラス封止部材を形成すること、
を含む、輸送手段用ガラス封止部材の形成方法。 - 金型キャビティの内壁の少なくとも一部分で気泡核が成長するのを抑制することが、キャビティの内壁の少なくとも一部分を冷却することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- キャビティの内壁の少なくとも一部分の温度が8℃〜20℃の範囲内にある、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 金型キャビティの内壁の少なくとも一部分で気泡核が成長するのを抑制することが、気泡核を含むポリマー溶融液を金型内に射出する前にポリマー溶融液の温度を低下させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金型キャビティの内壁の少なくとも一部分で気泡核が成長するのを抑制することが、金型の入口に延長した射出管路を配置することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 金型キャビティの内壁の少なくとも一部分で気泡核が成長するのを抑制することが、金型のゲートを冷却することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 金型キャビティの内壁の少なくとも一部分で気泡核が成長するのを抑制することが、40Kg/cm2〜90Kg/cm2の圧力下で金型内に気泡核を含むポリマー溶融液を射出することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 射出成形処理の際に金型内のガスを排気することをさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 発泡剤の質量の射出原料の質量に対する比率が0.2%〜10%の範囲内にある、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 発泡剤が物理的発泡剤又は化学的発泡剤を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリマー溶融液がポリ塩化ビニル又は熱可塑性エラストマーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 気泡核を含むポリマー溶融液を作ることが、
射出原料を用意すること、
この射出原料中に発泡剤を添加して混合物を作ること、及び、
混合物に対して可塑化処理を実施してポリマー溶融液を作ること、
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 封入部材が請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて形成されている、輸送手段の窓ガラス。
- 内側が多孔質構造を有しその内側よりも表面が緻密である輸送手段用ガラス封止部材を形成するための金型であって、金型の入口に延長した射出管路が配置され、及び/又は金型のゲートに冷却装置が配置されている、輸送手段用ガラス封止部材を形成するための金型。
