Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 内部を通る溶融金属の輸送を可能にするように構成された垂直鋼製管を備えるポンプ本体であって、
溶融金属による腐食に耐性を有する材料で形成された内部を有する、ポンプ本体と、
前記ポンプ本体の下側部分に取り付けられた窒素供給線であって、
前記窒素供給線と前記ポンプ本体とが、前記窒素供給線から前記ポンプ本体の内部への窒素の流れを可能にするように連通する、窒素供給線と、
前記ポンプ本体の頂部に取り付けられた排出ヘッドであって、
前記排出ヘッドが、前記ポンプ本体から前記排出ヘッド内部に向かい、そして前記排出ヘッドから出る溶融金属および窒素の輸送を可能にするように、前記ポンプ本体と連通する、排出ヘッドと、を有するバブルポンプ。 - 溶融金属による腐食に耐性がある前記材料が、アルミナ、マグネシア、ケイ酸塩、炭化ケイ素、グラファイト、およびそれらセラミック材料の混合物からなるグループから選択される、請求項1に記載のバブルポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ本体が、セラミック製の織物の1つまたは複数の層で包まれて、前記ポンプ本体の外部に、溶融金属による腐食に対する柔軟な耐性を与える、請求項1に記載のバブルポンプ。
- 前記窒素供給線も、セラミック製の織物の1つまたは複数の層で包まれて、前記ポンプ本体の外部に、溶融金属による腐食に対する柔軟な耐性を与える、請求項3に記載のバブルポンプ。
- 前記セラミック製の織物が、アルミナ、マグネシア、ケイ酸塩、炭化ケイ素、グラファイト、およびそれらセラミック材料の混合物からなるグループから選択される溶融金属による腐食に耐性がある材料で形成されている、請求項4に記載のバブルポンプ。
- 前記排出ヘッドが、溶融金属による腐食に耐性がある成型セラミック材料で形成されている、請求項1に記載のバブルポンプ。
- 溶融金属による腐食に耐性がある前記材料が、アルミナ、マグネシア、ケイ酸塩、炭化ケイ素、グラファイト、およびそれらセラミック材料の混合物からなるグループから選択される、請求項6に記載のバブルポンプ。
- 前記排出ヘッドが、内部に分配チャンバを含み、前記分配チャンバは、前記ポンプ本体から前記分配チャンバを通る溶融金属および窒素の流れを可能にするために、ポンプ本体と連通する、請求項1に記載のバブルポンプ。
- 前記分配チャンバが、ほぼ平坦な底部および楕円形の頂部を有する楕円ドーム形状を有する、請求項8に記載のバブルポンプ。
- 前記排出ヘッドが、前記分配チャンバから前記排出ノズルを通り、前記バブルポンプから出る溶融金属および窒素の流れを可能にするために、前記分配チャンバと連通する2つの排出ノズルをさらに含む、請求項8に記載のバブルポンプ。
- 排出ノズルが正方形の断面を有する、請求項10に記載のバブルポンプ。
