Description
[1]連続的に鋼帯を溶融金属めっきする設備において、先端部がめっき浴内に浸漬されたスナウトの内部に発生する異物をスナウト内異物排出装置で排出するに際し、
前記スナウト内異物排出装置は、前記スナウト内に配置されて前記スナウト内の異物を吸入する吸込側配管と、前記スナウト外に配置されて前記スナウト内の異物を排出する排出側配管とを備える移送管を有し、前記排出側配管内にはスクリューが挿入されており、前記スクリューはめっき浴面に対して傾斜して設置されていることを特徴とするスナウト内異物排出装置。
[2]前記スクリューの羽根および軸は耐食性材料で形成されているとともに、肉盛溶接加工を施されていることを特徴とする[1]に記載のスナウト内異物排出装置。
[3]前記スクリューはスクリュー軸駆動部を有し、前記スクリュー軸駆動部と前記排出側配管は、めっき浴外で接続されていることを特徴とする[1]または[2]に記載のスナウト内異物排出装置。

Claims (3)
- 連続的に鋼帯を溶融金属めっきする設備において、先端部がめっき浴内に浸漬されたスナウトの内部に発生する異物をスナウト内異物排出装置で排出するに際し、
前記スナウト内異物排出装置は、前記スナウト内に配置されて前記スナウト内の異物を吸入する吸込側配管と、前記スナウト外に配置されて前記スナウト内の異物を排出する排出側配管とを備える移送管を有し、
前記排出側配管内にはスクリューが挿入されており、前記スクリューの軸はめっき浴面に対して傾斜して設置されており、前記スクリューのねじ羽根のピッチは、1.5ピッチ以上であることを特徴とするスナウト内異物排出装置。 - 前記スクリューはスクリュー軸駆動部を有し、前記スクリュー軸駆動部と前記排出側配管は、めっき浴外で接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスナウト内異物排出装置。
- スクリューの軸の傾斜角度は、浴面から30度以上80度以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスナウト内異物排出装置。
