Abstract
Description
表2において特定された材料を用いて、下記のとおりコーティング例を調製した。これらの例では、コーティングを防止剤(inhibitor)なしで調製し、ナノ酸化マグネシウムのみで、アミノ酸のみで、及びナノ酸化マグネシウム/アミノ酸で調製した。
1=腐食が存在しない
2=変色したスクライブ−白色の腐食は存在しない
3=軽度の腐食−幾分白色の腐食生成物が見られる(〜25〜30%)
4=腐食したスクライブ >30%の白色腐食
5=その他(上記のカテゴリーにあてはまらないもの−コメントの項で特定)
1=スクライブの100〜90%が光沢あり
2=スクライブの89〜30%が光沢あり
3=スクライブの29〜1%が光沢あり
4=スクライブに光沢がない
スクライブに隣接し、スクライブから離れたブリスター(すなわちFace)ブリスターの合計数は30までカウントする
スクライブに隣接する最大のブリスターのサイズは以下のように記録される。
0 スクライブブリスターが存在しない。

- (a)MgO、
(b)アミノ酸、及び
(c)フィルム形成性樹脂
を含むコーティング。 - MgOがグラム当たり少なくとも10平方メートルの表面積を有する、請求項1に記載のコーティング。
- アミノ酸がヒスチジンを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング。
- アミノ酸がアルギニンを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング。
- アミノ酸がシステインを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング。
- アミノ酸がシスチンを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング。
- アミノ酸がトリプトファンを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング。
- アミノ酸がチロシンを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング。
- アミノ酸がリジンを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング。
- アミノ酸がメチオニンを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング。
- アミノ酸がフェニルアラニンを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング。
- ヒスチジンが全樹脂固形分に基づいて0.1〜10重量%の量で存在する、請求項3に記載のコーティング。
