Abstract
Description
下記の反応系に従って、本発明による各種の複合金属リン酸塩化合物を生成した。原料化合物の使用量、ドープ金属の化合物、反応時間、及び反応温度は、下記の表1に示されている。生成収率と、生成物中のリン及び金属の量(分析によって確認したとともに、各酸化物として示されている)は、下記の表2に示されている。
酸化銅(II)をドープ金属(CaO、Al2O3、及び/又はFe2O3)の化合物とともに水に分散させ、この水性分散液に、85%リン酸(本明細書ではP2O5のグラム数で示されている)を徐々に加えた。その反応混合物を温度Tまで期間tにわたって加熱してから、30℃未満まで冷却し、メンブレンフィルタープレスにかけた。続いて、ろ過ケークを1回、水で短時間洗浄し、絞り、風乾してから、強熱減量6%未満まで乾燥し、粉砕した。
本発明による複合金属リン酸塩化合物を微細に粉砕してから加工して、押出機によって、低密度ポリエチレン(LD−PE:オランダのLyondell BasellのLupolen1800Sという製品)において2重量%及び6重量%の含有率で粒状物質を得た。この粒状物質から、プレート状のサンプル体(4cm×3cm×0.2cm)を自動射出成形機(ドイツ、キアシュペのChristmann Kunststofftechnik GmbHのBabyplastという型)によって作製した。
Claims (11)
- 主要金属として、銅を2価の酸化状態で、少なくとも70.0原子%の割合で含むとともに、1種以上のドープ金属を、そのドープ金属の合計割合で少なくとも0.01〜最大30.0原子%含む複合金属リン酸塩化合物であって、前記ドープ金属が、元素周期律表の第1主族、第2主族、及び第8副族の元素、Al、Sn、Si、Bi、Cr、Mo、Mn、ランタニド、並びにアクチニドからなる群から選択されており、示されている前記金属の割合が、前記複合金属リン酸塩化合物における前記金属の総量に関するものであり、前記複合金属化合物のリン酸塩含有量が、P2O5換算で10〜60重量%の範囲である複合金属リン酸塩化合物。
- 紫外・可視・赤外域において、1400〜2200nmの波長範囲内の少なくとも1つの波長で、600〜1400nmの波長範囲内の吸収極大の少なくとも50%である吸収性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合金属リン酸塩化合物。
- 前記ドープ金属の合計割合が、0.1〜25.0原子%の範囲、好ましくは0.5〜20.0原子%の範囲、特に好ましくは1.0〜10.0原子%の範囲、又は2.0〜5.0原子%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の複合金属リン酸塩化合物。
- 前記主要金属の銅を2価の酸化状態で、少なくとも75.0原子%、好ましくは少なくとも80.0原子%、特に好ましくは少なくとも90.0原子%、又は少なくとも95.0原子%の割合で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の複合金属リン酸塩化合物。
- 前記ドープ金属が、Ca、Al、Fe、Sn、及びZnからなる群から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の複合金属リン酸塩化合物。
- リン酸塩含有量が、P2O5換算で15〜50重量%の範囲、好ましくは20〜40重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の複合金属リン酸塩化合物。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の複合金属リン酸塩化合物を生成する方法であって、
水酸化銅(II)と、前記ドープ金属の化合物との水性分散液を、ある量のリン酸と0.1〜10時間の期間、15〜150℃の範囲の温度で反応させ、リン酸H3PO4と、用いる主要金属の銅及び用いるドープ金属の総モル量とのモル比が1:1超となるように、前記リン酸の量を選択し、
その反応混合物から固形生成物を得る方法。 - 前記ドープ金属の化合物が、上記の複合金属化合物を含め、前記ドープ金属の酸化物、水酸化物、硫酸塩、炭酸塩、及び炭酸水素塩からなる群から選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記水性分散液とリン酸との反応を最長で4時間、好ましくは最長で2時間の期間行うことを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- そのプリフォームを放射線の作用下で加熱することによって中空ポリマー体を作製するためのブロー成形法で使用できる、熱可塑性ポリマーのプリフォームを作製するために、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の複合金属リン酸塩化合物を使用することであって、前記複合金属リン酸塩化合物又は複合金属リン酸塩化合物の混合物を前記熱可塑性ポリマーに、0.0005〜10重量%の量で微細に分布、分散、又は溶解する使用。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーのプラスチック物品をレーザー溶接するために、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の複合金属リン酸塩化合物を放射線吸収剤として使用することであって、前記複合金属リン酸塩化合物又は複合金属リン酸塩化合物の混合物を前記熱可塑性ポリマーに、0.01〜5重量%の量で微細に分布、分散、又は溶解する使用。
