Abstract
Description
ポリ(シクロヘキシルマレイミド−co−メチルメタクリレート)((株)LGMMA PMMA830HR)樹脂を、250℃、250rpmの条件下でTダイ製膜機を用いて、幅800mmの未延伸アクリル系フィルムを製造した後、135℃の温度でMD方向に1.8倍延伸した。
機能性コーティング液の製造時に導電性物質(PEDOT/PSS、固形分1.4%の水溶液)3gを使用することを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
機能性コーティング液の製造時に導電性物質としてPEDOT/PSS(固形分1.4%の水溶液)の代りにポリアニリンスルホン酸(PAS、Mitsubishi Rayon社、固形分3.0%の水溶液)1.40gを使用することを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
機能性コーティング液の製造時に導電性物質としてPEDOT/PSS(固形分1.4%の水溶液)の代りにポリアニリンスルホン酸(PAS、Mitsubishi Rayon社、固形分3.0%の水溶液)2.33gを使用することを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
機能性コーティング液の製造時に導電性物質として(PEDOT/PSS、固形分1.4%の水溶液)の代りにIonic liquid(IL−OH8、KOEI社)0.21gを使用することを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
機能性コーティング液の製造時に水分散ポリウレタン系樹脂((株)チョグァンペイント社、CK−PUD−PF:固形分30%の水溶液)の代りに、アクリル系樹脂(TAKAMATSU OIL & FAT社、A−645:固形分30%の水溶液)を4.67g使用することを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。

水分散ポリウレタン系樹脂((株)チョグァンペイントCK−PUD−PF:固形分30%の水溶液)4.67g及び純水13.33gを混合してコーティング液を製造して延伸フィルムにコーティングしたことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
機能性コーティング液の製造時に導電性物質(PEDOT/PSS、固形分 1.4%の水溶液)15gを使用することを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
機能性コーティング液の製造時に導電性物質(PEDOT/PSS、固形分1.4%の水溶液)1gを使用することを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
機能性コーティング液の製造時に導電性物質として(PEDOT/PSS、固形分1.4%の水溶液)の代りにIonic liquid(IL−OH8、KOEI社)0.43gを使用することを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
機能性コーティング液の製造時に導電性物質として(PEDOT/PSS、固形分1.4%の水溶液)の代りにIonic liquid(IL−OH8、KOEI社)0.014gを使用することを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で光学フィルムを製造した。
1.表面抵抗
表面抵抗測定器(MCP−HT450/MITSUBUSHI CHEMICAL)、プローブ(Probe)(URS、UR100)を用いて製造された帯電防止性光学フィルムの表面3地点をそれぞれ3回ずつ測定し、その平均値を計算した。その結果を下記表1に示す。
実施例1ないし8及び比較例2ないし6によって製造された20cm×20cmフィルムの表面を観察して、全面ムラ、筋状ムラ、スポット(spot)性ムラ及びディウェッティング(Dewetting)痕などコーティング外観不良の程度を評価した。その結果を下記[表1]に示す。
△ (普通):不良部位の面積が1%以上で10%未満である。
× (不良):不良部位の面積が10%以上である。
実施例1ないし8及び比較例1ないし6によって製造されたフィルムとPVA偏光子、そしてまた他の保護フィルムを接着剤で貼り合わせた2cm×2cmの偏光板を、テクスチャーアナライザー(texture analyzer)を用いて、0.05N、0.5cm/secで6秒間引っ張って、アクリル基材フィルムの破壊有無で、上記製造されたアクリル系フィルムとPVAとの接着力を判断した。測定の結果は下記[表1]に示す(このとき、アクリル系フィルムが破壊されるということは、PVA偏光子とプライマーとが完璧にくっついたことを意味する。)。
△ (普通):接着表面でアクリル基材フィルムの破壊された面積が50%以下である。
× (不良):接着表面でアクリル基材フィルムの破壊された面積がない。
作製したフィルムの両端をスリッティングした後、500m以上のロールに巻取してフィルムロールを形成させる。フィルムの巻取状態及び1週間以上放置後のロール外観の変化などを肉眼で確認して、下記のようにアンチブロッキング性を評価した。測定の結果は、下記[表1]に示す。
× (不良):巻取時にシワの発生、または放置後に外観変形またはフィルム同士がくっつく。
Claims (14)
- アクリル系フィルム;及び
前記アクリル系フィルムの少なくとも一面に形成され、導電性物質及び水分散性樹脂を含有し、表面抵抗が109W/Sqないし1013W/Sqである機能性コーティング層を含む光学フィルム。 - 前記導電性物質は、導電性高分子;イオン性液体;金属酸化物;またはこれらの混合物である請求項1に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記導電性高分子は、ポリチオフェン系、ポリピロール系、ポリアニリン系高分子化合物またはこれらの混合物である請求項2に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記金属酸化物は、ドーピングされた酸化亜鉛(ZnO)、ドーピングされた酸化スズ(ATO)またはドーピングされた酸化インジウム(ITO)である請求項2に記載の光学フィルム。
- 前記イオン性液体は、アルキルイミダゾリウム、アルキルホスホニウム、N−アルキルピリジニウム、N,N’−ジアルキルイミダゾリウムまたはその誘導体からなる陽イオン;
臭化物、ヘキサフルオロホスフェート、ヘキサフルオロアンチモネート、テトラフルオロボレート、トリフルオロメタンサルフェート、メタンサルフェート、トシレート、クロライドまたはその誘導体からなる陰イオン;及び
