Abstract
Description
(2)増粘樹脂を加え、引き続き135−140℃まで昇温させ、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、1.5時間の脱水を行う;
(3)87℃まで降温させ、MDIと、触媒を加えて、攪拌し、85−95℃の、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、2時間の反応を行う;
(4)真空を解除し、ホワイトカーボンブラックを加え、速やかに攪拌し、均一に混和した後、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、引き続き10分の攪拌を行う;
(5)温度を85−100℃に維持し、速やかに材料の取り出しと包装を行い、その後、80−85℃のオーブン内で4時間のエージングを行い、目標の生成物を得る。
以下、実施例を参照し、本発明について更に詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれら実施例に限定されるものではない。
(1)51gのポリエーテルポリオール4000Eと、8gのポリエステルポリオール3000Hと、8gのポリエステルポリオール2000Nと、0.22gの酸化防止剤1010と、0.22gの酸化防止剤1076を三口フラスコ中に入れ、攪拌及び混合し、加熱して120℃前後まで昇温させ、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、0.5時間の脱水を行う;
(2)20gの増粘樹脂を上述のフラスコ中に加え、引き続き135−140℃まで昇温させ、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、1.5時間の脱水を行う;
(3)87℃まで降温させ、12gの4、4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)と、0.07gのオクタン酸第一スズと、0.07gのビス(2、2−モルホリノエチル)エーテル(DMDEE)を加えて、攪拌し、85−95℃の、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、2時間の反応を行う;
(4)真空を解除し、0.5gのホワイトカーボンブラックを加え、速やかに攪拌し、均一に混和した後、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、引き続き10分の攪拌を行う;
(5)材料取り出し温度を85−100℃に維持し、速やかに材料を取り出し、窒素ガス保護下において、アルミホイルバッグに封入した後、80−85℃のオーブン内で4時間のエージングを行い、製品Aを得る。
(1)46gのポリエーテルポリオール4000Eと、10gのポリエステルポリオール3000Hと、10gのポリエステルポリオール2000Nと、0.22gの酸化防止剤1010と、0.22gの酸化防止剤1076を三口フラスコ中に入れ、攪拌及び混合し、加熱して120℃前後まで昇温させ、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、0.5時間の脱水を行う;
(2)19gの増粘樹脂を上述のフラスコ中に加え、引き続き135−140℃まで昇温させ、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、1.5時間の脱水を行う;

(1)44gのポリエーテルポリオール4000Eと、llgのポリエステルポリオール3000Hと、llgのポリエステルポリオール2000Nと、0.22gの酸化防止剤1010と、0.22gの酸化防止剤1076を三口フラスコ中に入れ、攪拌及び混合し、加熱して120℃前後まで昇温させ、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、0.5時間の脱水を行う;
(2)19gの増粘樹脂を上述のフラスコ中に加え、引き続き135−140℃まで昇温させ、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、1.5時間の脱水を行う;
(3)87℃まで降温させ、llgのMDI、0.07gのオクタン酸第一スズと、0.07gのDMDEEを加えて、攪拌し、85−95℃の、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、2時間の反応を行う;
(4)真空を解除し、0.5gのホワイトカーボンブラックを加え、速やかに攪拌し、均一に混和した後、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、引き続き10分の攪拌を行う;
(5)材料取り出し温度を85−100℃に維持し、速やかに材料を取り出し、窒素ガス保護下において、アルミホイルバッグに封入した後80−85℃のオーブン内で4時間のエージングを行い、製品Cを得る。
(1)37gのポリエーテルポリオール4000Eと、13gのポリエステルポリオール3000Hと、13gのポリエステルポリオール2000Nと、0.22gの酸化防止剤1010と、0.22gの酸化防止剤1076を三口フラスコ中に入れ、攪拌及び混合し、加熱して120℃前後まで昇温させ、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、0.5時間の脱水を行う;
(2)19gの増粘樹脂を上述のフラスコ中に加え、引き続き135−140℃まで昇温させ、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、1.5時間の脱水を行う;
(3)87℃まで降温させ、13gのMDIと、0.07gのオクタン酸第一スズと、0.07gのDMDEEを加えて、攪拌し、85−95℃の、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、2時間の反応を行う;
(4)真空を解除し、0.5gのホワイトカーボンブラックを加えて、速やかに攪拌し、均一に混和した後、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、引き続き10分の攪拌を行う;
(5)材料取り出し温度を85−100℃に維持し、速やかに材料を取り出し、窒素ガス保護下において、アルミホイルバッグに封入した後、80−85Cのオーブン内で4時間のエージングを行い、製品Dを得る。
上述の実施例1−4において得られた織物貼り合わせ用湿気硬化型反応性ポリウレタンホットメルト接着剤Aと、織物貼り合わせ用湿気硬化型反応性ポリウレタンホットメルト接着剤Bと、織物貼り合わせ用湿気硬化型反応性ポリウレタンホットメルト接着剤Cと、織物貼り合わせ用湿気硬化型反応性ポリウレタンホットメルト接着剤Dの技術パラメータについては、表1を参照されたい。織物貼り合わせ用湿気硬化型反応性ポリウレタンホットメルト接着剤ABCDは織物の貼り合わせにおいて応用され、その応用方法は以下のステップを含む。
Claims (2)
- 織物用湿気硬化型反応性ポリウレタンホットメルト接着剤の製造方法であって、
(1)ポリエーテルポリオール4000Eと、ポリエステルポリオール3000Hと、ポリエステルポリオール2000Nと、酸化防止剤を攪拌混合し、加熱して120℃前後まで昇温させ、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、0.5時間の脱水を行う;
(2)増粘樹脂を加え、引き続き135−140℃まで昇温させ、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、1.5時間の脱水を行う;
(3)87℃まで降温させ、MDIと、触媒を加えて、攪拌し、85−95℃の、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、2時間の反応を行う;
(4)真空を解除し、ホワイトカーボンブラックを加え、速やかに攪拌し、均一に混和した後、真空度が100Pa未満の条件下において、引き続き10分の攪拌を行う;
(5)温度を85−100℃に維持し、速やかに材料の取り出しと包装を行い、その後、80−85℃のオーブン内で4時間のエージングを行い、目標の生成物を得る;

前記ポリエステルポリオール3000Hが分子量3000のポリ(1、6−ヘキサングリコールアジペート)ジオールであり、
前記ポリエステルポリオール2000Nが分子量2000のポリ(ネオペンチルグリコールアジペート)ジオールであり、
前記増粘樹脂がアクリル樹脂であり、
前記ポリエーテルポリオール4000Eが分子量4000のポリオキシプロピレンジオールであり、
前記酸化防止剤が、酸化防止剤1010と酸化防止剤1076の混合物であり、
前記MDIが、4、4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートであって;
100質量部の製品として、前記各物質の質量部は、それぞれMDIが11−13質量部、ポリエーテルポリオール4000Eが37−51質量部、ポリエステルポリオール3000Hが8−13質量部、ポリエステルポリオール2000Nが8−13質量部、酸化防止剤1010が0.22質量部、酸化防止剤1076が0.22質量部、増粘樹脂が19−20質量部、触媒が0.14質量部、ホワイトカーボンブラックが0.5質量部である、
ことを特徴とする織物用湿気硬化型反応性ポリウレタンホットメルト接着剤の製造方法。 - 前記触媒がオクタン酸第一スズとビス(2、2−モルホリノエチル)エーテルの混合物であり、両者の質量比が1:1である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
