Abstract
Description

‐金属およびガラスを溶融するための炉20を、廃棄物を焼却するためのリアクタ10から分離し、そしてるつぼ形成コンテナ23を取り外す工程。
冷却金属壁燃焼型のリアクタと、純酸素燃焼との組み合わせは、この燃焼に使用されない80%の窒素を含む空気燃焼に関して、処理するための燃焼ガス流速が最小にされることを可能にする。このことは、適度な、すなわち1200℃を下回るガス温度が保持されることを可能にし、例えば、廃棄物を保有するガラス繊維のバスケット18の不十分な燃焼を回避する。実際、さらなる熱量がリアクタ10の冷却壁により吸収される。この組み合わせは、ガスを焼却および処理するためのリアクタ10の全体的な大きさが最小にされることを可能にする。ガラス繊維のバスケット18中に含まれる廃棄物を導入するためのエアロック12を備える供給系と、冷却金属壁を備える酸素プラズマ基板燃焼リアクタ10との組み合わせは、このリアクタ10の大きさおよびガス処理全体が最小にされることを可能にし、廃棄物バッグ全体を、それらを開封せず、および破砕せずに処理する利点を維持しながら、安定な燃焼流速を伴い、従って放射性汚染の任意の拡散を回避する。

Claims (6)
- 金属および有機廃棄物を含み、ならびに一方で無機物質、および他方で放射汚染性および/または毒性廃棄物を含む可能性がある、混合廃棄物(30)を、焼却、溶融、およびガラス化するための方法であって、
以下の工程:
‐冷却または加温金属壁を備える酸素プラズマ基板焼却リアクタ(10)中に、ガラス繊維のバスケット(18)により、リアクタ(10)に開口するエアロック(12)を介して、バッグの中に配置された廃棄物(30)を導入する工程であって、該バッグはバスケット(18)の中に配置される、工程;
‐リアクタ(10)中で廃棄物(30)を焼却する工程;
‐るつぼ形成コンテナ(23)中で溶融するタイプの誘導炉(20)において、廃棄物(30)およびバスケット(18)の焼却に由来する残留画分を溶融する工程であって、該炉(20)はリアクタ(10)の下方に配置される、工程;
‐溶融された残留画分をガラス基質にガラス化する工程;
‐各バスケット(18)についてこのサイクルを反復する工程;
‐炉(20)を取り外し、およびるつぼ形成コンテナ(23)を取り外す工程、
を包含することにおいて特徴づけられる、方法。 - 以下の段階:
‐焼却由来のガスを二次燃焼する段階;
‐焼却の間に形成される金属塩化物をリン酸塩処理する段階;
‐塵を濾過する段階;
‐炉(20)中の塵をリサイクルする段階;
‐除去したガスを中和する段階、
を包含する、焼却由来の残留ガスの処理からなることにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 炉(20)を取り外す段階の前に、方法がさらに以下の工程:
‐リアクタ(10)のプラズマトーチおよび炉をシャットダウンする工程、ならびに
‐装置全体を冷却する工程、
を包含することにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 炉(20)の取り外しの段階の後に、方法が:
‐リアクタ(10)を検査する工程
をさらに包含することにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 以下:
‐少なくとも1つのプラズマトーチ(14)および廃棄物(30)を含むバスケット(18)を導入するための導入エアロック(12)を備える、冷却または加温金属壁を備えるリアクタ(10)、
‐るつぼ形成コンテナ(23)中で溶融するタイプの誘導溶融炉(20)であって、溶融炉(20)はリアクタ(10)の下方に配置され、炉は取り外し可能である、溶融炉;
を主に備えることにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の廃棄物を焼却、溶融、およびガラス化するための方法を行うための装置。 - 以下:
‐二次燃焼チャンバー;
‐冷却装置;
‐少なくとも1つのフィルタ;および
‐塩化水素中和系、
からなる、ガス処理トレインを備えることにおいて特徴づけられる、請求項5に記載の装置。
