Abstract
Description
1) 炉側のロックの扉が開いているときの温度上昇の後でのロックにおける有機物質の融解または流れのリスクのある、入口ロックにおける廃棄物小塊の取り扱いの困難性。
2) ロックにおける有機物質の点火、および、このロックとその閉システムとにおける過熱のリスク。
3) 追加の廃棄物小塊が炉に導入されたときの、廃棄物小塊の過剰に速い燃焼のリスク。これは、酸化ガス供給およびガス処理設備を大型にすることを必要とする。
4) 廃棄物小塊の素早い燃焼の最中における飛灰および有毒物質の機械的な取り込みのリスク。
先に定められたものなどのようなガラス繊維バスケットで焼却される廃棄物を、溶融ガラス浴の上のガス雰囲気中に保たれるように配置するステップと、
完全燃焼が、焼却炉排気ガス中に一酸化炭素が存在せずに達成され得るように、バスケットのない廃棄物の熱分解および燃焼よりも長い持続時間の間(焼却時間は、バスケットに応じて、3倍さらには10倍の倍数で増加される)、熱分解および燃焼を行うステップとから成る。

Claims (11)
- 焼却炉へと挿入されて焼却炉で焼却される廃棄物を収容するように構成されたバスケットであって、
数ある材料の中でもガラス繊維から作られた包体(10、20、30A、30B)から構成されていることを特徴とするバスケット。 - 前記包体(10、20、30A、30B)を形成する繊維は、廃棄物の熱分解速度が熱化学的に制御できるように、前記廃棄物の種類に適合された間隙率を規定するメッシュサイズで織られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスケット。
- 軽量金属構造体(12、22、32)により補強されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバスケット。
- 前記軽量金属構造体(12)が、外部にあり、かつガラス繊維から作られた前記包体(10)が、前記軽量金属構造体の内側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバスケット。
- ガラス繊維から作られた前記包体(20)が外部にあるとともに、前記軽量金属構造体(22)がガラス繊維包体の内側に配置されていることとを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバスケット。
- 前記軽量金属構造体を形成するメッシュワイヤが、前記包体を形成する繊維の織りに一体とされていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバスケット。
- 前記包体が、熱分解ガスを濾過する第1外側層(30)、および、廃棄物を含む第2内側層(30B)である、2つのガラス繊維層(30A、30B)から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバスケット。
- 軽量金属構造体(32)が、ガラス繊維包体の層(30A、30B)同士の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバスケット。
- 前記軽量金属構造体(12、22、32)が、メッシュから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバスケット。
- 廃棄物ガラス化焼却炉で廃棄物を焼却する方法であって、
請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバスケットで焼却される廃棄物を、溶融ガラス浴の上のガス雰囲気中に保たれるように配置するステップと、
熱分解および燃焼を実施し、完全燃焼が達成され得るように、バスケットのない廃棄物の熱分解および燃焼よりも長い持続時間の間、前記バスケットに有毒粒子を閉じ込めるステップと、
から成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記廃棄物の完全燃焼の後、廃棄物燃焼残留物を収容しているガラス繊維バスケットが、溶融ガラス浴で溶解されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
