Claims (11)
- 自動車用の少なくとも一つのエネルギーモジュールを収納する装置、特にハイブリッドカー若しくは電気車両用の少なくとも一つの高電圧エネルギーモジュールを収納する装置(10)であって、
少なくとも一つのエネルギーモジュールを収納する第一の収容部及び第二の収納部(11−1,11−2,13−1,13−2)と、前記第一の収容部及び前記第二の収容部(11−1,11−2,13−1,13−2)の間に設けられた接続部(11−3,13−3)とを有するケーシング(11,13)を備え、
前記接続部(11−3,13−3)は、当該接続部(11−3,13−3)により、前記ケーシングに所定の力が加わるときに変形下で当該変形により起きる前記第一の収容部及び前記第二の収容部(11−1,11−2,13−1,13−2)の間の相対移動が可能となるように形成されている装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置(10)において、
前記収容部(11−1,11−2,13−1,13−2)の変形のし難さと、前記接続部(11−3,13−3)の変形のし難さとは、予め決められた力の範囲内の所定の力が加わるときに前記接続部(11−3,13−3)が変形する一方、前記接続部(12)の変形に伴い動かされる前記収納部は、全く或いは略塑性変形を被らないように選択されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の装置(10)において、
前記接続部(11−3,13−3)は、前記第一の収容部及び前記第二の収納部(11−1,11−2,13−1,13−2)よりも低い剛性を有していることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
前記接続部(11−3,13−3)の板厚は、前記少なくとも一つの収納部(11−1,11−2,13−1,13−2)の板厚よりも薄いことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
前記接続部(11−3,13−3)と前記収納部(11−1,11−2,13−1,13−2)とは、異なる材料から形成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項5に記載の装置において、
前記接続部(11−3,13−3)はポリプロピレンを含み、前記収納部(11−1,11−2,13−1,13−2)は、繊維強化されたポリアミドを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
前記ケーシング(11,13)は、ケーシング下部(11)とケーシング蓋部(13)とを有し、
前記接続部(11−3,13−3)は、それぞれ端部を具備した前記ケーシング下部(11)の接続部(11−3)と前記ケーシング蓋部(13)の接続部(13−3)とを備え、
前記端部は、取り外し可能なクランプ(14)により、互いに面で当接するようにして押し合わされることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項7に記載の装置において、
前記ケーシング下部(11)の前記接続部(11−3)及び/又は前記ケーシング蓋部(13)の前記接続部(13−3)は、少なくとも一つの傾斜部(15)を有し、当該傾斜部は、前記第一の収納部及び前記第二の収納部(11−1,11−2,13−1,13−2)から選択された一の収納部が、前記第一の収納部及び前記第二の収納部から選択された他の収納部の方に相対移動するときに、前記クランプ(14)の端部が前記傾斜部(15)に接触し、前記二つの収納部の間が所定の距離に達すると、前記傾斜部(15)により及ぼされる力で前記クランプ(14)が外されるように形成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の装置において、
前記クランプ(14)は、スナップ装置によって、前記ケーシング(11,13)の前記接続部(11−3,13−3)上に取り付けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項9に記載の装置において、
前記ケーシング蓋部(13)及び/又は前記ケーシング下部(11)の前記接続部(11−3,13−3)が、スナップ突出部とスナップ溝部から選択された一方を有するとともに、前記クランプ(14)が、前記スナップ突出部と前記スナップ溝部から選択された他方を有し、前記スナップ突出部は、前記スナップ溝部内にスナップ係合されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の装置(10)を有する車両、特には自動車、好ましくはハイブリッドカー若しくは電気車両。
