Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つのバッテリモジュール(10)を含む自動車用バッテリであって、前記各バッテリモジュール(10)が、バッテリモジュール壁(12)により境界が画定される複数のバッテリセル(11)を有し、前記各バッテリモジュール(10)が、2つの対向するバッテリモジュール壁(12)を介してバッテリハウジングの壁又は車体構造の壁(14)に固定される、自動車用バッテリにおいて、いずれの場合も、それぞれのバッテリモジュールを前記バッテリハウジング又は前記車体構造の壁(14)に固定するのに用いられる前記バッテリモジュール壁(12)と、前記バッテリハウジング又は前記車体構造の前記それぞれの壁(14)との間に変形要素(15)が位置決めされ、前記変形要素が、前記それぞれのバッテリモジュールを前記バッテリハウジング又は前記車体構造に間接的に固定する働きをし、
前記それぞれの変形要素(15)が、断面が溝状又はU字状となるように底壁(16)と側縁部(17)とを備えて形成され、前記それぞれの変形要素(15)の前記底壁が、前記バッテリハウジング又は前記車体構造の前記それぞれの壁(14)に係合し、且つ前記それぞれの変形要素(15)の前記側縁部が、前記それぞれのバッテリモジュール壁(12)に対し、前記それぞれの変形要素(15)の前記底壁(16)と前記それぞれのバッテリモジュール壁(12)との間に間隙(18)を形成するように係合することを特徴とする、自動車用バッテリ。 - 前記それぞれの変形要素(15)の前記底壁(16)が、前記バッテリハウジング又は前記車体構造の前記それぞれの壁(14)に着脱可能に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- 前記それぞれの変形要素(15)の前記底壁(16)が、前記バッテリハウジング又は前記車体構造の前記それぞれの壁(14)にボルト(19)によって固定されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- 前記それぞれの変形要素(15)の前記側縁部(17)が、前記それぞれのバッテリモジュール(10)の前記それぞれのバッテリモジュール壁(12)に着脱不能に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- 前記それぞれの変形要素(15)の前記側縁部(17)が、前記それぞれのバッテリモジュール(10)の前記それぞれのバッテリモジュール壁(12)に溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- 前記変形要素(15)が、前記自動車の長手方向に対して横断方向に延在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- ハイブリッド車両又は電気車両のメインバッテリとして設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
