Claims (14)
- 位置固定して取り付けられたブレーキキャリア(1)であって、2対の角状のキャリア突起(7R,8R;7Z,8Z)を有し、反応側のブレーキパッド(22)と圧着側のブレーキパッド(23)とを保持するブレーキキャリア(1)と、
テンションストラット(25,26)とブレーキキャリパ背部(27)とによって形成されるブレーキキャリパ(24)と、
圧着機構と、
を少なくとも備えるディスクブレーキ(21)、特にスライド式キャリパ型ディスクブレーキであって、
前記反応側のブレーキパッド(22)を収容する前記キャリア突起(7R,8R)相互の間隔が、前記圧着側のブレーキパッド(23)を収容する前記キャリア突起(7Z,8Z)の間隔よりも大きいことを特徴とする、ディスクブレーキ(21)。 - 前記ブレーキキャリア(1)の反応側(R)における前記キャリア突起(7R,8R)は、前記ブレーキキャリア(1)の圧着側(Z)における前記キャリア突起(7Z,8Z)よりも短く構成されている、請求項1記載のディスクブレーキ(21)。
- 前記反応側のブレーキパッド(22)の体積が、前記圧着側のブレーキパッド(23)の体積よりも大きい、請求項1または2記載のディスクブレーキ(21)。
- 前記テンションストラット(25,26)と前記ブレーキキャリパ背部(27)との間の結合箇所が、三心アーチ状部分または楕円部分(29)によって丸み付けされている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ(21)。
- 前記テンションストラット(25,26)は、それぞれ最適化された幾何学形状部(30)を有しており、該幾何学形状部(30)は、前記ブレーキキャリパ背部(27)に向かって先細になっていて、最終的に、前記三心アーチ状部分または前記楕円部分(29)へと延びている、請求項4記載のディスクブレーキ(21)。
- 側部に前記三心アーチ状部分(29)を備えた前記最適化された幾何学形状部(30)は、前記ブレーキキャリパ(24)の前記ブレーキキャリパ背部(27)の、一種の楕円形の開口を形成しており、前記ブレーキキャリパ背部(27)の前記開口の圧着側の長辺が、前記ブレーキキャリパ背部(27)の前記開口の反応側の長辺よりも短い、請求項5記載のディスクブレーキ(21)。
- ブレーキング動作時に前記ブレーキキャリパ背部(27)に作用する、合力としての傾倒モーメントが、前記反応側のブレーキパッド(22)の幾何学形状によって減じられる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ(21)。
- 前記ブレーキキャリア(1)及び前記ブレーキキャリパ(24)は、鋳造によって製造されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ(21)。
- 前記ブレーキキャリア(1)及び前記ブレーキキャリパ(24)は、延性の鋳造材料から製造されている、請求項8記載のディスクブレーキ(21)。
- 前記ブレーキキャリア(1)及び前記ブレーキキャリパ(24)は、ノジュラー鋳鉄から製造されている、請求項8または9記載のディスクブレーキ(21)。
- 前記反応側のブレーキパッド(22)及び前記圧着側のブレーキパッド(23)と前記2対のキャリア突起(7R,8R;7Z,8Z)とは、それぞれ互いに支持面において接触している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のディスクブレーキ(21)。
- 第1のブレーキパッド(22)と第2のブレーキパッド(23)とを有し、対応配置されるディスクブレーキ(21)が、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のように形成されている、ディスクブレーキ(21)のブレーキパッドセットであって、
前記第1のブレーキパッド(22)は、前記第2のブレーキパッド(23)の幅よりも大きな幅を有していることを特徴とする、ディスクブレーキ(21)のブレーキパッドセット。 - 前記第1のブレーキパッド(22)は、前記第2のブレーキパッド(23)の体積よりも大きな体積を有している、請求項12記載の、ディスクブレーキ(21)のブレーキパッドセット。
- 前記第1のブレーキパッド(22)は、対応配置されるディスクブレーキ(21)のための反応側のブレーキパッド(22)として設けられており、前記第2のブレーキパッド(23)は、対応配置されるディスクブレーキ(21)のための圧着側のブレーキパッド(23)として設けられている、請求項12または13記載の、ディスクブレーキ(21)のブレーキパッドセット。
