Claims (10)
- 固定子と、固定子の外周を取り囲むように覆設された回転子と、を含む弾性保護套付きの回転機構において、前記回転子の外周には弾性保護套が覆設され、前記弾性保護套はリング状で、前記回転子の外周を取り囲むように配置されていることを特徴とする弾性保護套付きの回転機構。
- 前記弾性保護套の内周面は、前記回転子の外周に当接し、その両端は外へ延伸し、外に拡がった形状となり、かつ、前記両端の側面に段階構造が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弾性保護套付きの回転機構。
- 前記弾性保護套の両端の側面の高さは回転子の高さより大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弾性保護套付きの回転機構。
- 前記固定子が前記固定子軸の外周に覆設され、前記固定子軸の外周に回転子支持枠が覆設され、前記回転子支持枠と前記固定子軸とは回転可能に接続し、前記回転子は前記回転子支持枠に接続することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の弾性保護套付きの回転機構。
- 前記回転子の外周に、間隔を空けて配置された複数の締結具が覆設され、前記弾性保護套の内周面が前記締結具に当接することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の弾性保護套付きの回転機構。
- 前記回転子の上端面には制動枠が設けられ、前記制動枠は前記回転子の上端面に沿って取り囲むように延伸して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の弾性保護套付きの回転機構。
- 前記回転子の上端面には上固定枠が設けられ、前記上固定枠は前記回転子の上端面に沿って取り囲むように延伸して配置され、その一端は前記制動枠に接続し、他端は前記弾性保護套の外端へ延伸し、前記弾性保護套の外端の上側面の段階構造を押圧する上押さえ板を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の弾性保護套付きの回転機構。
- 前記上押さえ板は前記弾性保護套の外端の上側面の段階構造を押圧し、かつ、前記段階構造の外にまで延伸することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の弾性保護套付きの回転機構。
- 前記回転子支持枠の一端は前記固定子軸に回転可能に接続し、他端は前記弾性保護套の外端へ延伸し、前記弾性保護套の外端の下側面の段階構造を押圧する下押さえ板を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の弾性保護套付きの回転機構。
- 前記下押さえ板は、前記弾性保護套の外端の下側面の段階構造を押圧し、かつ、前記段階構造の外にまで延長することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の弾性保護套付きの回転機構。
