双重防滑齿铝合金轮圈
本实用新型涉及一种改进的两轮或三轮机动车用的铝合金轮圈,一种在其轮辋上具有双重防滑齿的铝合金轮圈,能有效地防止机动车在高速行驶中紧急制动刹车时,因轮胎与轮圈间的滑移错位使气门咀切断导致轮胎气压急剧下降而造成的行车事故。适合以电动机、内燃机为动力高速行驶的两轮或三轮机动车使用。
现有的钢制或铝合金制造的机动车轮圈,其防滑齿在轮辋的两侧,垂直于轮圈的圆心沿圆周分布,齿形比较浅,在正常的轮胎气压条件下,轮胎与轮辋的附着是可靠的。但是,如果轮胎气压降到非正常状况时,并且遇到恶劣的雨季气候或越野涉水行驶时,轮胎与轮辋的附着力由于水的作用会急剧下降,容易造成轮胎与轮圈间的滑移错位导致气门咀切断而使轮胎气压急剧下降而造成的行车事故。
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种具有双重防滑齿、可最大限度防止机动车轮胎与轮圈间滑移错位的铝合金轮圈,以提高机动车在恶劣环境条件下行驶的安全性。
本实用新型双重防滑齿铝合金轮圈是以如下方法完成的:采用高强度超硬铝合金材料通过现有技术金属热挤压工艺挤压出带有凸筋的轮辋型材,凸筋共有四条,对称分布在轮辋型面内两侧圆弧面及中部两平面上,由专用的轧齿设备在轮辋型材四条凸筋上轧出齿纹,再通过常规工艺制成各种直径规格的轮圈即完成在其轮辋两侧圆弧面及中部两圆柱面上轧有四条齿纹凸筋的本实用新型双重防滑齿铝合金轮圈。
下面根据附图对本实用新型双重防滑齿铝合金轮圈进行更详细的说明。附图是表示双重防滑齿铝合金轮圈的横截面示意图。
由高强度超硬铝合金制成的轮辋1内两侧圆弧面上对称分布带有轧制齿纹的凸筋2,在轮辋1中部两圆柱面上对称分布带有轧制齿纹的凸筋3。
本实用新型双重防滑齿铝合金轮圈的构成如上所述,双重凸筋防滑齿能较深地嵌入轮胎橡胶内,能有效地防止机动车轮胎与轮圈间滑移错位,可以提高机动车在恶劣环境条件下行驶的安全性。
